We celebrated a birthday at Melting Pot. We have been many times before, but enjoyed this evening more than usual. Our server, Jessica was outstanding. and made our dining experience and birthday celebration special. The food was delicious! Thanks!

We had a bit of trouble getting to the restaurant from the parking garage.
The food was excellent and our server was extremely friendly and accommodating.
It was my granddaughter’s birthday and the server made her happy the way he celebrated her, subtly with not a lot of fanfare.

I am from Atlanta and the Melting Pot restaurants there were so much better. The waiter seemed liked he was in a hurry in the beginning and didnt seem interested in taking drink orders. Though he was kind, he was not on the ball. At one point, I got my own silverware from another table and shared my glass of wine with my friend because we were waiting so long for him to bring hers. Apparently they had run out of wine glasses?! Also the women's bathrooms were a mess. We will not be coming back to that particular Melting Pot

We were a bit disappointed from our last visit years ago. There was too much variety in things that should have been kept simple. Honey wheat bread was too sweet for cheese fondue - just leave it at plain french bread! Even on the classic and the land and sea, most of the meats were over-seasoned and clashed with the sauces, which are an integral part of the fondue experience. Simple or no seasonings (like the shrimp) would be adequate. Plus the zucchini and broccoli chunks were huge, and there were too many mushrooms and not many potatoes (the server brought more potatoes, which was great). And why cover the marshmallows in chocolate? They were being dunked in chocolate. Same reason not to include brownies, although I know some folks do like dunking chocolate in chocolate. But then provide plain marshmallows, too. Our server was excellent and we still had a fun time but the way it is right now we won't go back again for a long time and I can't really recommend it to anyone without my comments.

My boyfriend and I went here for our 1 year anniversary and it was wonderful. Our waitress was so nice and helpful and we got a secluded booth where we had no problem talking while cooking our food. The food was wonderfully delicious as well. I got a melting pot mule and it was probably the best I have ever had.

We went for Halloween/my husband's birthday. The food was really good and our server was awesome. We were disappointed in the Halloween costume contest though. We went all out dressing up, and then we weren't ever really given any information. I had to keep asking about how the contest was going to work. They didn't ask for my contact info, didn't take notes or our picture to remember what we had worn (we were the very first reservation of the night). Now two days later, there hasn't been an announcement anywhere, so I'm left wondering did someone else win? Did they even choose a winner? It would have been nice if they took pictures and then posted the winner so we would at least know we weren't just overlooked. Overall, it was fun, but we probably wouldn't participate in any contests again.

Carlos, our waiter, made the night perfect. Best service I have ever had at a Melting Pot. In addition to attentive service, the managers stopped by a few times to check on things. Very well run location.

Always delicious. I could eat cheese and chocolate fondue all the time. The actual meal is a little time consuming if you get potatoes. You have to cook those a long time. But other than that it is fun and creative. I would ask for the extra plate of dessert for dipping.

If you want to gain weight and love cheese and chocolate. This is the place. Since it caters to over large folks, you would think the tables would be larger.

This is a great place for a group of friends to get together and eat. The meal takes a while as you have a cheese course, salad course, entree and dessert! You will spend a couple of hours, but it goes fast and you are having a great time talking and eating the whole time! You will not go home hungry!

The food was good, but the restaurant was super hot. The waiter said there was some problems with the building's AC. With stoves on the table and AC not working appropriately, it was more than a little uncomfortable.

Great food and great experience. The only negative was the A/C wasn't high enough so it gets pretty toasty in there with all the table burners. I was told this location has AC issues by the waitress.

We went here for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were sat in a very intimate table for 2 in a back room. We had one of their specials - Wine Country Tour, with a wine paired with each of 4 courses. Food is wonderful! We highly recommend the Melting Pot!

When we arrived at 8:45 for a 9:15 reservation they said "No problem! Give us 1-3 minutes to get a table set up!" They did not seat us until 9:10. It wasn't crowded and seemed like they forgot about us. Very annoying. Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious. I brought my 8 year old daughter and her bff for dessert at the end of a girls night. They thought it was fantastic!!

Another home run at the Melting Pot. We had the Wisconsin Cheddar fondue, house salads, and "pick three" for the main course with oil- Teriyaki steak, Sesame crusted Ahi Tuna, and Honey Duck for me; teriyaki steak, shrimp, and chicken for my wife. The star, as usual, are the fried mushrooms - we fill mushroom caps with green goddess, batter them, and fry them in the fondue pot. The rest of the food was great, too, though neither of us care for the broccoli or sweet potatoes.

On this visit, the service was great. The manager stopped by to check on things , and other passing staff helped out, but the waiter was on top of everything.
