Anthony was a great server - very friendly and helped the meal move along at a good pace. There were more kids around than I would have liked - it would be nice to sit families together and alow those on a date night to be closer to a quiet area.

Food was good, cheese not as good as expected, and dining proved to be a little messy on the very small tables they had, but great service from the waiter Jeremy, and a pleasant experience!

It had been awhile since I’ve been to the Melting Pot and I was really impressed with how good the food was. Did the Cajun fillet, Cajun chicken, Cajun shrimp and andouille sausage with the Majo cooking style. There was a lot more more favors than I remembered form my previous visit. it was awesome favors. My wife had the duck and loved it. We will be back.

Our waiter, Mike, made our dining experience great. He ensured all our pots and dippers were gluten free and we had plenty of them.

Once again, we had a relaxing and marvelous meal at The Melting Pot. The service was timely without being obtrusive, the ambience was quiet enough that we could have a conversation without yelling to be heard, and the food was excellent.

Great food & service, but prices keep going up and up. I'll think long and hard before coming back with a party of five that cost over $320 on our latest visit. If money isn't an issue, this is a wonderful place to eat. Also, plan to spend well over 2 hours for the meal - plan accordingly! B-)

The food is always great and the waiters are always very knowledgeable about the menu, but be prepared to spend 2 to 2.5 hours there. I understand it is meant to be a dining experience but I would appreciate the waiter coming around and checking in with us more often.

It was our first time there and heard so many great things about Melting Pot. Our waiter was amazing to us and helped us understand how this ordering thing works. The food was good but some of them needed more flavors in it but we will be coming back to try something else.

Fun concept!

Portions were too small. There is no way a pot can serve 3 adults unless they are having a drink, an appetizer, salad and other things plus dessert. It was a huge disappointment for the 9 of us as this was a birthday celebration. I would definitely think twice before going there again. For the money, it was a poor deal.

Not the best dining experience. Server was not very engaged with the table and did not do much explaining of the menu. There was a lot of confusion and dietary restrictions were not addressed or accommodated. Even when I asked to speak with a manager, the manager seemed very uninterested in our pointers and concerns. It was one of my guests birthday, so the overall experience was just poor and honestly disappointing.

It was my husbands birthday so we visited the melting pot. It was our first time so we did not now what to expect. The server was great at describing how it worked. We ended up getting the four course meal each and two drinks.

First, let me start by saying this place is not cheap! Our total bill was 125.00 for the two of us, however we left satisfied and very full.

You start by picking a cheese for tour fruits and veggies and bread. I was surprised to see that they offered seconds after some of the bread was gone. We had our 14 month old daughter with us and she thoroughly enjoyed all the finger foods so this was kind of perfect for her.

Anyways, after that came the salads which they had a nice selection. Then we each chose our own meats aka the entree. My husband went the steak route while I tried a little of everything. You get to decide how you want to cook your meat and they give you a bowl of veggies as well. We originally asked for the griddle which said “new” on the menu but we ended up getting some type of boil? It was good and gave everything nice flavor and also cooked things super fast. I think despite not being what we ordered it made sense for our first time.

After that came dessert. We went the traditional route and just got milk chocolate. You got pretzels, rice crispies, marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple, waffles etc. it was good but we were so full at this point and the baby was ready to go.

Overall, we liked this place and it felt intimate and special. It is not every day dining and I think they know that As they asked if we were “celebrating anything”. At the end they brought out a plate with the word happy birthday and a small square of the angel food cake with whip cream and a candle. It was nice but I felt it was lacking considering how expensive this place is.

Was disappointed in this melting pot. It wasn't terrible but nothing special and way over priced. We have been to others so we are able to compare that their portions are smaller and the chocolate was thinner than the others. I would have mentioned it to the manager if we ever saw him. The restaurant was dead. We saw our waiter 2xs and the host once. Overall an expensive disappointment.

We enjoyed the Customer Appreciation offering. Great value! The bacon bourbon beer cheese course was the best and we hope it stays on the menu. Great evening.

Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable. The groupon selections were great! We were pleased that we had so much flexibiliity in what we ordered. The brie and bacon cheeese fondue was excellent, as were the salads. All of the meat and seafood selections, esp. the beef selections, were great except for the duck. Great experience!

This is my daughter’s favorite place to go so I bought the Groupon that came out but this time the experience just made us want to leave as soon as possible. The cheese fondue was made with way too much garlic in it. We didn’t finish the cheese. Then for the main course, the burner was set at 3 which was way too hot for oil. As a result we all got burn from oil pops and the food charred within a fraction of the time without cooking the center. We kept turning the burning down but the oil was already passed the point of reconciling itself even after taking it off to cool it down. The manager did try to help the waiter with the pot but at that point so much time was lost and we weren’t really in the mood to eat dinner at that point and just wanted to somehow cook the rest of the raw meats to take home and eat later. We didn’t want to try our luck at dessert which of course my daughter was sad about but she too was over it and just wanted to wrap up. It was an unfortunate situation.

We’ve been going here for many years but I think it may take some time before we try again it or just never do the oil again.

Meh. The bar seems to have lost some of the ingredients for the sunshine sangria. And they brought the wrong drink twice. We just took the second one because we had waited so long for it.

No real good vegetarian options. That said, it’s definitely a place you can plan to linger and talk and hang out.

The cheese and chocolate are definitely the best.

We attended The Melting Pot for my son 18th birthday. I paid for the ballon package in which I thought the balloons were going to be the ones they had on the website but wasn’t which was disappointing. Our waiter was always in a rush when we tired to order, in which we did state to her this our first time here. She could had been alittle more considered and patient with us. I don’t know if I would return to this location if so I wouldn’t want her to be my waiter I don’t forget faces. And for this to be my son 18th birthday celebration a very special day he wasn’t all that pleased

Always a fun experience

The Melting Pot experience is always enjoyable if you are in the mood for an interactive and somewhat chaotic evening. The cuts of meat are good and the food is always tasty - if somewhat overpriced. Some of the serving logistics could be improved (it doesn't do much good to have two varieties of cheese, cooking oil or chocolate when only half the table can reach the respective pots). Also, the inside burner is inaccessible to the wait staff. Finally the skewers tend to lose the meat/shrimp/fruit, etc. especially with multiple parties trying to cook/dip. Still, all in all, it is a novel experience for a special occasion.
