Very good place for a date. Bit on the pricy side per person
This was my first experience at a Melting Pot. Our server was an absolute pleasure and was very willing to talk through the process. Thoroughly enjoyable all around.
Our server Aiden was outstanding. He went above and beyond with exceptional service. He was very prompt and knowledgeable about everything. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He is the perfect example of outstanding customer service.
There wasn’t enough food for the 3 of us. It seemed portioned for 2 people. We had to wait a long time for each course to start and when brought concerns up with the server he asked why repeatedly.
Love this place, but the server took over half a hour to even greet us then didnt even bring our drinks til after the cheese fondue. It was a nice galentine event night and i would have rather not had spent over 4 hours there on a weeknight... food is overpriced but still good.
Ladies night never disappoints. I’ve never had a bad time at Melting Pot!
Our server was the best! She made our dinner awesome.
My daughter’s birthday. She loved it.
This place is so much fun! We customized our whole dinner andt it was amazing! Expect to spend 2.5 to 3 hours here...you need that time to teuly appreciate the experience!
Fun! Just a fun night out with friends
Excellent all around.
Our server was fantastic and wonderful to the children. The food was OK but was way overpriced for what you got. The place was virtually empty and with the prices they charge - I can understand why. A bill of $400 for 7 people - 4 who were children is outrageous. For that reason alone - I could not recommend it to friends and that is why we will never go back
The bartender seemed stressed and extremely busy when we sat dow to wait for our reservation. It was an hour before we even received our salads once we actually were at our table... Food quality was okay. Definitely was expecting better.
The chocolate fondue desert was AMAZING, especially when paired with their waffles; Avieta from Belgium with Pearl Sugar. Incredible.
I always love an evening at the Melting a pot.
You can't go wrong with unlimited dippers and an attentive server.
Our waiter was phenomenal with out squirmy 4 year old. Great experience!
Food was good, service was okay - there was a mouse underneath our table and the server made it feel like that happens frequently
This was me and my wife's first time going to the Melting Pot and I have to say it lived up to and surpassed expectations. From the food to the service it was all grade A. We're definitely coming back.
The food was excellent. Unfortunately the service was very slow. Also the waitress was a bit rushed. I think she had too many tables to wait on.
It was great for the restaurant week special!
The food was good. This was my second time coming to this location. We had excellent service the first time. This time the service was not so good. Our waiter was Jeremy. He came, welcomed us and asked had we been there before. We said yes. He took our order and brought the first and second course in a fairly timely manner. We waited for the main course what seem to be a fairly long time. My companion went to the men's room and upon his return stated our waiter was socializing. I understand talking with co-workers but he should be more attentive to his customers during work hours.
We really enjoyed our meal at The Melting Pot (first time). The 4-course experience is definitely worth it. The cheese mixture was the best I have had (we did the classic alpine). The salad was great; the coq au vin cooking style was scrumptious, and the dark and dulce chocolate fondue was to die for. We will definitely be coming back someday!
Food was great, service was meh. The waiter was also not very attentive regarding drinks. I had run out of water and had to ask 3 times for more. It's a bit on the steep side regarding costs. Only recommend if you've never had fondue before.
It took 2.5 hours for us to have 2 courses. Our server was busy and therefor not attentive; we had to stop other servers to get attention. Because it was restaurant week their validation of parking tickets wasn’t accepted but they didn’t tell us this until we were leaving even though the person that greeted us validate my ticket.
Service was very slow and not attentive. I had to use the same plate for cooked and uncooked meat. He was to return with a plate for my 5 year old son and he never came back to check on us and forgot the plate. My son’s drink didn’t come until after apps and the rest of the table had theirs. The whole reason I went was for the fun experience for my son. It felt they wasn’t provided and much more lacked. No manager checks, service, water refill with dessert didn’t even ask, cost weren’t explained well for the children. Bait and switch with menu options and parking validation Did not work. Checkout person even told us it may not. Of course this was after 3 hours of being there with no other options. Info online for open table did not match food we received or parking. Never again. Read all reviews.
Awesome place with great food and interactive experience.
Friday night 8pm reservation. Slower than normal (30 min to get the cheese course). Otherwise good.
Restaurant is dated and dark and in desperate need of a refresh. The service was extremely slow and not particularly attentive, which I blame on the fact that our waiter was overwhelmed by too many tables. Food was good, but prices are high given the quantity of food, ie 3 shrimp, 3 prices of steak, etc.
Love coming to the melting pot, especially during restaurant week. It's a great way to enjoy the food at half the expense. Parking is also convenient and they offer validation for parking.
My girlfriend treated me to dinner for my birthday here, and it was also our first time. I really enjoyed it and found it quite fun for a night out. The waitress and the staff made the dinner relaxing and easy.
Amazing all around
Fantastic as usual. Conversations from other tables carried far and were quite audible. Didn’t detract from experience, however.
Love the Melting Pot for our special family celebrations! Great variety of food and drink, that satisifes everyone. Prices are on the high side, but there is plenty to eat and lots to celebrate! A perfect place for a special occasion for a group.
It was a great experience overall. I came to celebrate my mother’s birthday and we both had a blast.
Really an expensive restaurant. When it’s all said and done we paid $50.00 per person. What’s in your wallet?
Very perplexed by bar service. We arrived about 15 minutes early with the intention of getting a cocktail before dinner, and waited at the bar for about 10 minutes until a disheveled employee asked if we'd been helped yet. We placed an simple order for two, which took another 5 minutes to prepare. My date's drink had not yet arrived by the time our host came to get us, so he graciously waited for a few minutes until it had been served and we were able to make a quick toast to a fun evening.
Once seated, service improved dramatically. Our server was polite, efficient, and had a good sense of humor. He helped us wade through the confusing menu, and our dinner was a very pleasant experience. The fondue was fun and delicious, and we had a lovely evening.
Excellent service and food!!! Will definitely be going back.
Had a great time celebrating a special occasion although our server was a little preoccupied with other things and forgot our salads. So service was a little slow. Server was apologetic. Food was great! And would still highly recommend.
