First time dining there.....great experience....loved it👌
Food quantity was minimal for the price. Service between courses was slow.
Such a fun experience! Great for a date because you can both really bond and have fun trying the different food together in your own quiet booth
Our waiter, Jordan, was top notch. Extremely knowledgeable, attentive and quite frankly made the entire experience phenomenal.
We had a lovely dinner and left happy and full. It's a nice quiet and private atmosphere. Our server was Dakota and he was a delight!
Everything was wonderful!
We went to the Melting Pot for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was romantic and we had a fabulous time.
Fondu appetizer and dessert were good. Salad was good although the black pepper ranch's pepper is a bit over powering. The entree is actually the part I didn't like. Everything is cooked in a fondu pot at your table including your "steak". They bring you put a pot and set it to boil and give you a plate of raw steak meat and you have to boil your own meat. Boiled.....meat.
It was fun to try, atmosphere was quiet although a bit claustrophobic where we sat. Service was great and these folks work their tails off to earn that tip so tip well.
This was a first-time visit for some of my family. They had an incredible time. I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday with family. Thank you for amazing food and wonderful service. You made my birthday extra special.
It was a little expensive for what you get, but it was fun, and the waiter was fantastic.
We went here for my daughters birthday and took a few teens with us, they really liked it and enjoyed the experience. I personally thought the idea is neat and you get a lot of food. My husband was not really thrilled at having to pay so much and cook his own food. Overall it was a nice experience, we will visit again.
Great food quality and value. A comfortable establishment with excellent service.
The atmosphere was very romantic in the seating area we were at. The food was delicious, although I would have liked the chicken to be previously marinated so it had more flavor but it was very tender and the additional sauces did help.
It was ok but not really something that we relished. It was a good cultural learning exerience. Probably would go back to 3 forks, Texas de Brazil, or VB Steakhouse first.
Make our reservation on Open Table was quick, easy and very convenient.
We totally enjoyed celebrating Father's Day here!! It's becoming our annual FD tradition. The service was outstanding!!!!!! The food was very good as usual. We did the Father's Day Special. Wish it was a wee bit less expensive especially for the kids, but it was 4-course all-inclusive so we got a lot of food and what we paid for. Thank you!!
Service was terrible / possibly the worst I’ve wver experienced (but I’m quite sure we got a bad waitress/we was a bummer being Father’s Day and wanted a good experience) / almost 3 hr meal w/ no refills on our drinks (asked towards end and took an addtl 10m) /// I don’t even want to begin to get into the service issue (its already been addressed) / I love the cheese & chocolate fondue / the entree always seems bland even w sauces / we brought our 6-8yr olds ... prob wouldn’t do that again.
Was there early and the front ladies stated it would be closer to our time of reservations. We went to bar which DAVID is great!!!! It became our reservation time and no one came to get us, so I went back to front desk and they stated not ready yet. It was in a pleasant way in my perception. Lady who walked ya to our table was nice.
It was our first time at the Melting Pot and we were really looking forward to it. We had expectations and they exceeded all of them. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back.
Our dinner took 3 hours it was too dark to see if the food was cooked properly. The booth was very uncomfortable and the food was overpriced
I love The Melting pot! I have been going here for years! This time we had a new server name Kim and she was horrible! She left us waiting for very long periods of time in between courses. Overall our dinner lasted 3 and a half hours!!! We have never waited that long to get our food. On top of that she had a attitude! We had to take our money to the front to get cashed out because she never came back. It was my moms birthday and she had never been here and will not be returning because she did not like the experience. I will be going back here because I love the food but I will make sure not to get her!
My friends and I always have a great time here. The food is great and so is the service.
Had a great experience and love going here with family
Wonderful experience! Will be back soon and often!
I wasn’t necessarily displeased with this restaurant, but there was little bang for the buck. The wine selection was good and the glasses are generously poured. They seemed a little short-handed, but were making efforts to keep the service goIng. They also ran out of oil, so we couldn’t fry anything. I thInk we would’ve had a better experience with more staff, oil, and a little more wine.
Birthday for my wife. We love Melting Pot. Server very slow and barely check on us until the end. We asked for extra veggies and sauce the minute she left the entree. She didn’t return for almost 20 minutes; after we had long ran out. Again we love melting pot and will be back but this service was not at normal level
We had a great experience. It was our daughter's 20th birthday. It was a first time experience for all of us, and we will definitely be back! Our waiter was very friendly and super helpful, along with being patient as it was all new to us!
The food was pretty good. If you think about it, it's just bits of chopped up things, but it was fine. Our server was very good, though her Manager ended up giving her so many tables that she wasn't as responsive to us near the end of the meal as she was at the beginning. I was frustrated by the Manager being the old to cash us out. He added an automatic 18% gratuity to our check, which was fine - except he added it to a total that included $60 in COOKBOOKS that I purchased. I wouldn't normally give an 18% gratuity on cookbooks. This was disappointing. It's not a great value. Six people and, with that automatic tip, our meal cost $450.00. Quite expensive for what it is.
My boyfriend and I loved the food. Unfortunately this was our second attempt to attend this restaurant. The first time to attend we got seated and no one came to our table for 20 mins so we left. The only reason we came back was because our food would be comped and had a free night without kids. I was very pleased with the owner/manager Dave he is very nice but the staff needs some work. They start you off with cheese fondue then your salad then the main entree then chocolate fondue. After completing(no loner eating) every entree we waited about 15 mins for the next entree. Again, the food is great and maybe we're just homebodies but I don't like getting to a restaurant at 6 and not leaving till after 8. In my opinion the experience would have been wonderful if our waitress was more punctual. If you like spending the whole night at a restaurant, go for it, this is your place to be!
I’m sorry, I generally do not give reviews. But, this was one of the worst experiences I have had.
We travel. A lot! And we eat out almost daily. So, we know the different between a good and, bad dining experience.
1. We waited so long in between our servers visits to the table that, we actually pulled out the phones and surfed the internet to pass the time.
2. Food. The cheese was gritty and of poor quality. Main course meats were average. Not the quality I expect at these prices. When it came to chocolate, there was not enough to dip even half of the fruits.
3. Price. This experience took over two hours and there were only two of us. Food and service were not representative of what we paid.
We won’t be back.
This was a first time experience for most of our group. We were celebrating the graduation of our granddaughter from High School. She choose this place and it was wonderful. The staff was great and kept things going. Before I realized it, a couple hours had passed. I would recommend this to everyone.
This was a great place to come for a date night or small intimate birthday celebration. This was our first visit and we will surely be coming back. I highly recommend the bacon & jalapeño cheese fondue and I’m not a chocolate fan normally but I really enjoyed the S’mores fondue (both were delicious)!
Dave was great! He explained the menu and what to expect prior to the day of my event. The service was wonderful & I will be returning soon.
The dining experience was good. Wait staff was helpful in explaining all of the special instructions for the nature of the restaurant. The food was plentiful but did not look fresh. A few members of our group went home sick.
Everything was great
Went for mother's day
Its was romantic
And the food was great
Thanks melting pot
This place is beautiful. I love how elegant it feels. The waiter was very sweet and explained everything to us. He was always there when we needed him. The food was delicious . This is a great place to go for an anniversary , bday or holiday :) I do recommend it to everyone. Just be ready to spend about 2 hours there and some cash.
Our waitress Kim was amazing. She was attentive, informative and so friendly. Even if the food wasn't amazing also we would return just for her This was our first experience there and we will be back for sure.
The food was wonderful! My family and I went for my birthday and enjoyed everything! Might not do the full 4 course meal, was so full after that it was hard to eat all the dessert.
I’ve resisted the ‘Fondue’ experience for years because it seemed like an expensive gimmick. Decided to roll the dice this time and treat the family to an unusual
