Very good. A little pricey
Always great service, especially from Adam. And always great food.
Our weighter was great and we enjoyed the new skillet cooking. We were disappointed that you didn't get anything for your anniversary unless you buy chocolate covered strawberries or flowers. Also don't sit on a corner. The waiters and waitresses yelled "corner" EVERY time they passed by.
The food was really good, and our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely sociable. It was a good time for our family.
Honestly……. We were disappointed. The food wasn’t great at all. I’m not sure why this place for 4.5 stars in the first place. Wasn’t our scene. Dallas has waaaay better food. The only saving grace was the service. Our waitress was simply lovely and so were the other staff.
Hostess was wearing an oversized graphic hoodie, black leggings, and beat up checkered van sneakers, hair was a mess! Not a great first impression, for the guest I took to dinner. Very dead, but waited 10 minutes for the server. She was nice, but couldn’t get salt and pepper until well into the third corse, then she brought us an empty salt shaker. Only 1 bathroom with 2 stalls. Had to make 3 trips before I could use the facility. Keep in mind, the restaurant was dead. I don’t know how it would be possible to accommodate a full restaurant. The sauces were terrible, Cajun spice tasted like sage, I won’t be going back.
It was our anniversary
Overall good service
Everything was great! Waiter was attentive and had good pacing. It was a little loud. I think it was someone clearing a table and they could have been a tad quieter.
Had a date night with my son. He rally enjoyed the experience. And wants to do it again
The entire experience was amazing. Dipping things in cheese will always be good. Experiencing cooking your own food was pretty cool and the dipping sauces that came with it was a bonus. But the star of the show was the dessert. Obviously. Nothing beats melted chocolate and the array of sweets that came with it was superb. Caleb was an amazing server and completed the experience for us.
Excellent all the way around. We come here for special occasions and are never disappointed.
I just believe that for the price it wasn’t worth it. I wasn’t given the option to just eat the main course even tho it was priced separately I was still charged full amount. My date and I were still hungry at the end because it wasn’t much we liked. The bill at the end was high even though we didn’t eat the salad or want the desert. Overall, I will not return. I’d rather go to another place spend that amount and be full. The service guys were awesome.
The picture that we had taken was dark. Only wished I’d looked at it before leaving.
Mentioned here on open table and to the server that it was our anniversary, which was not recognized. The cheese, meat, and dessert cooking plates were all unattended so long that they started to smoke and we had to unplug the table. Terrible service but the yin Yang dessert was super cool. Experience as a whole was trash.
The price for the 4-course meal is in my opinion well worth it. I've tried 3 of the different cheese fondues and each one is great in its own right. I'm not one for salads but the house and Caesar salads are good. Baja flavor for the common pot cooking style for the main course is right on and the curry sauce one of my favorites. I'm a chocolate lover so I'm biased towards the chocolates. I love all 3 I've tried so far. The Dulce Leche is pretty good, a different taste with the salt included.
Great time as always!
It was a great experience! We will definitely be back!
Dinner was lovely as usual. Great food and even better service.
We always enjoy coming here!
Food was great as usual, cheese was a little too “wine” tasting and our server didn’t bother to address our issue when we told her. Our server wasn’t the best and was highly inattentive to our table. Overall another great dining experience, just wish our server had more of a personality.
Great I loved everything about it
We had a awesome dinner. The service was exceptional. We received all of our courses in a timely manner! Definitely will be back!!!
Great amicable staff, had a a great time celebrating my wife's graduation.
First time there and it was the best fondue ever!!! If you are a cheese person I recommend this place for sure! Chocolate fondue was heaven as well!!
Our server, kiara, was pure perfection! We told her about our special occasion (we’re having a baby tomorrow!) and she was so kind and congratulated us many times! She was so sweet and gave us chocolate covered strawberries to take home! Definitely made me tear up! She made our experience a 12/10!
We dined for our anniversary and the service and food was second to none!
We love eating here as we’re from out of town and the food and service never disappoints!!
It was a great first time experience for my husband and for a long overdue date night. The service was amazing from the bar waitress, to the manager talking baseball with us, to our incredible server. We will definitely be going back.
We had a weeknight 6:30 reservation for table of four... everything was explained and served very well. Time between courses took a little longer than expected, but we were having a good time so didn't notice too much.
My husband and I went for his birthday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Our server was very knowledgeable and personable. We had not been before and had lots of questions. We mostly followed his recommendations were not disappointed. We’ll be back!
Always a pleasure for a nice evening out. I drive across town to go here and it is worth it everyone.
Amazing food!!! Waitress was spectacular!!
The food was great! Our server was good but seemed very busy…we didn’t get as much attention as we would have liked. That won’t keep us from coming back, though!
Our server kind of forgot about us on this visit, after the second course we had to leave, and had to ask another server to take get our check, and if they could remove the dessert course off our check. We didn't let it ruin our evening, just our opinion of the restaurant.
Love the melting pot, great martinis, good food
I travel to the area to visit an ill family member every few weeks.
I am trying to eat healthier and this was my second visit here in the past month for dinner solo. The first visit was excellent with exceptional quality, preservation and spot on service. The second visit was a C+ with lackluster service and presentation of my big night out meal. They were moderately busy but the whole big night out meal costing ~$80 plus was not great quality. Fondue was barely warm. Food items were very lackluster quality this time.
Our server was what really made this experience go from “what I expect” to “above and beyond”. Great jokes, he was there when we needed him and didn’t crowd us, and he was very knowledgeable with the menu and recommendations. Even another server on our section was great! And the server assistant was also fun and fast! We loved the medieval-looking oil vice thing haha. There was no awkwardness or weird silences, the food was perfect in presentation and amount, our table was intimate but we also had plenty of room, the hostess was lovely and down to earth—overall exactly what I was hoping for. 11/10 would recommend!! :D
This is our 2nd time taking our littles here and it's become a family favorite.
