We enjoyed our meal and the service. We would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to others.
We went here for my birthday! It was our first time to the melting pot and my husband and I LOVED IT! It was definitely worth every penny! We stopped at the bar upon our arrival and the bar tender, David, made us excellent drinks! Our server, Dakota, was very prompt, sweet and explained everything perfectly! We will be back!!! Very romantic, intimate and delicious! 10/10!
Went there for our anniversary. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. It was slow that night so it was very quiet and peaceful. A very enjoyable experience
We LOVE LOVE this place. It is great for any night out.
Great service, great food, great server!
We always come here for Valentine’s Day and enjoy it every time
Cole was amazing. So nice and really funny. I hope we get him again.
Went to restaurant for a Valentine's Day dinner. The experience was less than memorable if it was it would not be for good reasons. Never been to a resauraunt like this before, the waitress did not do a good job explaining how the courses work. She did not know the ins and out of the menu so the food I ordered was not something I want to come back again for. While cooking my meat portion the recommended time to cook was wrong bc the chicken and beef came out under cooked so literally it had to stay in pot close to 5-6 minutes instead of 1-2mins. After going home reviewing my check I paid for, I remembered we never recievied our salad which was a part of the four course meal I paid for. I am beyond fed up and will not go back and would rather fondue in the comfort of my own home with better results than to come back and spend that much money for something that kept me hungry after the dinner and buy something else to eat. Would not recommend to anyone and have already suggest this to no one I know.
Great food, server very attentive overall a wonderful experience.
The biggest turn off on the whole evening was when we sat in the bar for 45 minutes and then they attempted to seat us at a table in the bar that sat empty for 45 minutes.
We got there 10 minutes before our reservation at 8:45 , and we re told it would be a few minutes for us to get a table so I assume it was ok because I had some time before reservation, but the hostess was not nice at all not even a welcome or a smile, and when you are going to spend at least $300.00 on a family dinner I think that’s the least you can get .. finally we got seated at 9pm waited for 25 minutes So what’s the point of a reservation?! Anyways the food was good our server was great I just don’t appreciate the treatment of the hostess
My girlfriend and I went for a late Valentine’s Day on the 15th. I was a little disappointed that they no longer had the valentine menu but despite that everything was excellent. We have been here twice before and this time was just as good as the other two, love coming here.
Be sure and save some time to eat here. We spent a little over 2 hours here for the 4 course meal. Amazing, cozy and romantic.
everything was pretty good, the only issue I had would be the increased prices for valentines day and the mandatory 18% gratuity.
I love the Melting Pot. It's nice and quiet with a lovely bar and friendly, knowledgable servers. If you like fondue and "experience" dining, this is the place to go. While I enjoy the entrees, the appetizer and dessert courses are the stars of the meal.
We had a great time, quiet back corner booth for two was just what we wanted. Food was great as usual and our waitress was awesome
Been there before and food was good. Not really impressed this go around. Waitress was great and place is good for a quiet meal. Just not worth the money in my opinion.
This was probably the worst service ever. Our server wasn’t engaged with our table whatsoever. We felt like more of a burden to her. We came in for some cheese dip and dessert for our kiddo. Started out fine, but once we ran out of “dippers” for the cheese, it was at least 15 min before out waitress came back and asked if we wanted more bread. We asked for more bread, and she comes back 10 min later with a bowl of tortilla chips saying they were out of bread at the moment. All the while the cheese is now basically cooked to the walls of the pot. Once that was done, we did the chocolate turtle fondue. She came to the table, mixed it up and “flambéd” our chocolate. She said “it might not be quite ready just yet”, and simply walked away. Our daughter took the first dip, and you guessed it, cold! I had to turn the heat up myself and we waited another 15 min for the chocolate to warm up. I’m not one to complain, and I didn’t complain to the waitress at the time either. I just wrote this because of the extremely poor service and poor quality of the food for the price. We will not be returning to the melting pot anytime soon. Tortilla chips?!?! Really?
I loved how fast the food came out and how each individual course was just enough to fill me up for the next. If my server wasn’t available there was always someone else to help out to make sure we had the perfect dining experience. My boyfriend and I celebrate Valentine’s Day every year here ( we won’t be able to celebrate it on Valentine’s Day due to he is going on a ski-ing trip, so we are celebrating early) everything about my night was perfect, waiter was amazing & everything in general about my night was perfect and I wouldn’t have thought of any other better place to enjoy dining with someone I love. Thank you Melting pot.
It was great as always!
