The Melting Pot - Annapolis
It was an Easter Sunday, thought it would be a mad house but it wasn't. We had excellent service by a friendly young man. Pour thing burnt his thumb, but kept up with everything! Kudos to him.
Our family went to the Melting Pot for Easter. It was delicious and we had great service. The waiter was knowledgeable and kind and everything made for a perfect Easter Sunday!
We had a wonderful evening but it it VERY VERY expensive
Great! The 4-course experience is definitely worth it. Delicious! Good attentive service too. Thumbs up!
The food was really good, and when we walked in it was a very warm welcoming.
My only complaint is very minor, the waiters were not being very specific on what we had to do. It was my first time and the food was really good, but I was constantly feeling like I was being rushed. I come in to relax and enjoy my food, not to be rushed through the meals. But other than that everyone was very nice and the food was good.
We love the melting pot but our server was not to par. She was overwhelmed I think and we ate early so there wasn’t that many tables. We did have a nice guy step in occasionally but that was after waiting and waiting.
Very fun place to eat. Can’t wait to go back!!
Word of advice “Go all in”😆
Always one of our favorite places! The staff is absolutely wonderful, as is the whole experience. Plan to be there 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Our server Sophia was great. My husband and I went for our anniversary. We loved every moment of it. It was our first time, we will go again.
We only had 2 hours to eat and our server Natalie did a great job checking on us ans making sure our food was coming out at a good pace. It was delicious as usual
Our waiter was slow and did not know the menu. Wrong drink order was brought to the table and other item were delivered before drink order was correct.
As always, everything was great. The food was delicious, waiter was attentive.. no complaints
Good food, staff was friendly and did not hover around trying to hurry you up. Had a wonderful meal, and will go back again.
Eric was fantastic. Suggested adding an extra portion to the cheese and chocolate course which gave us just the right amount of extra goodness. Always a little pricey, but otherwise good for a special occasion.
Daddy and daughter date night before dance. Awesome way to start the evening!
My daughter and I came for a mother/daughter “date”. Our server was wonderful, so friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. When there was an issue with our gift card, they took care of it without a second thought. Customer service that i haven’t seen in a long time. The ambiance is also great, private booths so you can enjoy a nice dinner with friends and family without all the background noise! I love the Melting Pot in Annapolis.
Our first time here was INCREDIBLE. our server, sophia, went above and beyond to make our first experience what it was. we shared the classic option, as well as apple cider cheese fondue and cookies n' cream w/ marshmallow chocolate fondue and were NOT disappointed!! will definitely be back for our anniversary every year (and probably a group next time!) 10/10
Amazing service and food! We took our daughter and 6 of her friends there to celebrate her 12th birthday. Everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously! Thank you!
Our waitress Mandy was excellent she made our anniversary dinner perfect
Always a great time. Good vegetarian options - want more!
The tables are enclosed and feel like tiny cubicles. Used to have a feel of elegance but now it's just a family fondue place. They could make some upgrades.
Our server, Kevin, was outstanding. I have never had such a personable server who was so attentive, nice and had funny jokes. By far best service and would ask for Kevin personally again.
Our server Kevin, was awesome. Patient and helpful. Great sense of humor. The food was awesome. It was the first time we took our kids they had a great meal and there was something for everyone.
Kyle was amazing!!! We had an amazing meal. Drinks were delicious too!
We went out for a family dinner & had a great time...
Our waiter Kevin made sure we understood everything about the menu as it was our first time there. He did an amazing job!
Enjoyed myself and the server Will was outstanding!
Service was on point. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Food was amazing.
Aside from great food, wait staff and, ambiance the beauty is it is a great place to kick back, relax and, take your time enjoying the food with your friends.
We enjoyed our time at Melting Pot in Annapolis for one of the rare few times they do lunch. The Restaurant week choices were enjoyable, and Linda took care of everything that we needed. She made the experience one of our best trips to that location to date.
We always enjoy The Melting Pot at any time. Visiting during Annapolis restaurant week gave us the opportunity to go for lunch with just the cheese and chocolate. So we got to have the experience without breaking the bank for lunch.
Great service and good time had by all. Would like to see the portion size of the fondue a little larger though even as a restaurant week menu/price.
It’s was very nice, the manager Anthony was very friendly, my only suggestion would be that family’s with young kids should sit away from people without children cause that’s who they are out to get away from for a few hours
I’ve heard many good things about the melting pot. This was my first experience at one and I don’t think I will ever return due to the service. The waitress was nice but slow we felt like we were forgotten about often. My date had to make eye contact with the manager just to get our entree. It was also my dates birthday, I had told the hostess that was the occasion ahead of time. Most places would sing happy birthday or even give you a free slice of cheesecake but that wasn’t the case here.
The waitress as great and the food was excellent a great experience.
A fowl establishment or at least this location. We arrived 10 minutes early to our reservation, the host told us to wait at the bar while they get our table ready. There was 1 family in the entire restaurant and all the tables were set. I sit at the empty bar and get no attention for a few minutes so I’m forced to stare at the crusty unclean inside of a blender used hours ago for someone’s smoothie. You could see into the kitchen from the bar and the staff was all standing around in one place not doing anything, there was a waiter with his hands in his mouth. The essential vibe of the restaurant had a terrible odor and you could tell that this location needs to go. After about 15 minutes we decided that we didn’t want to follow through with our reservation and told the host, we immediately left the restaurant and had a wonderful dinner somewhere else.
We love Melting Pots. That being said, this one needs a facelift. The building is old and stale and awkward- we walked in to what appeared to be an empty dining room; not a soul at the bar. No bartender... just a big empty bar at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Odd though the weather was dicey. Maybe people stayed home? The hostess seemed confused though we had reservations. We just laughed it off and were treated to two excellent servers and a night of good food and drink. I think everyone should experience fondue dining; a terrific way to engage with each other while dining out.
It is definitely a new experience, our children are 3 and 5 years old and it is the first time that we sit two hours at a restaurant and enjoyed ourselves without electronics for the children!!!
And the food Wes very good especially the desserts.
