The Melting Pot is able to accommodate intimate gatherings to larger affairs, tailored to your desires and expectations. Our Rhone Room can seat 20 guests comfortably, while our Meritage Room can seat up to 54 guests for larger parties.For parties of 9 or more we ask that you choose a package from our Party Menu. Pre-selecting your menu will ensure the party runs smoothly and in a timely manner. If any of your guests have food allergies, please bring it to our attention so we can accommodate them.We also offer the option of pre-selecting wines to complement your fondue dining experience as we have an extensive wine list. If you do not choose to pre-select beverages, we can run a cash or host bar as you desire. We can also arrange for audio-visual equipment if needed at an additional charge.
The Melting Pot does not charge room rental fees, however we do require a minimum charge on the final guest check before tax and gratuity.

Through a miscommunication our server didn’t know we were there. After a little time I asked if server was aware we were there. Management immediately rectified and made sure we were well taken care of through out the evening. All staff apologized and we were given a round of drinks on the house. My only criticism is that the sauces could be a bit more variety.

Great food, small meat portions. Was out of the beer and cooking style we ordered. Sounded like US Foods was out of everything for months. Was surprised by the 3 percent kitchen surcharge- especially since we did all the cooking! Get over charged, we had 5 people and were charged for 5.5 people. Not sure why- 3 of them were kids.

My husband and I go here every year. It's a special place to us and we love to take the time to enjoy this atmosphere, service and food. Eating there for our date this year was awful. Our server I think forgot about us multiple times as we didn't see him for about a half an hour in between getting our servings. We ordered two different items they were out of. We ordered cocktails and waited 25 minutes for our server to come back and "check on us". We asked about our drinks and he seemed shocked and forgot we didn't have them. Then returned without my drink and said he thought someone came to tell me they did not have my mix in stock (which is fine I know it happens). Then he charged us at the end on our receipt for this drink I didn't get. The service was just terrible and really made the experience a flop. Very disappointed...

Don’t Eat Here!! Left review 26 days ago was told to email Melting Pot and restaurant would contact me and I’m still waiting and waiting…. Original Review: Used to be a great place not anymore We were about ten minutes early and got seated right away then sat and sat waitress took order for drinks and water and we sat and sat. Fondue was okay not worth $180 my salad wasn’t edible. We were rushed out because they were closing so didn’t get to eat chocolate fondue. I tipped 25% on top because the service industry is hard work but go anywhere else but here for your special night.

The two-person booths in the claustrophobic hallway are cramped and uncomfortable. Our entire meal took a little over two hours. The food is overpriced, and then there is an unadvertised 3% added charge to help the kitchen staff earn a living wage. I would think it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the living wage. I assume my tips also go toward that purpose.

This was our first time here. We were celebrating a birthday. Wasn’t sure what to expect. We had a wonderful time. The service was good. The food was amazing. The only downside was the bathroom. Not very clean and out of paper towels. Hopefully they will fix that one issue. Because we definitely would come back.

There was a set menu for Mother’s Day. The food was good but not great everything felt very commercialized not a fine dining type of experience but the price tag was way more than a fine dining experience. If I’m gonna pay that kind of money this is not where I want to eat. Granted that it was Mother’s Day the wait staff were very busy but we pretty much had to ask for everything and had to wait a long time to ask for more sauces more water. The bathroom was completely out of toilet paper and dirty basically the place felt more like an Applebee’s experience with a Ruth Chris price tag. Haven’t been to the melting pot in over 10 years and don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

3 hours for a meal we didn't get to choose! If the restaurant chooses to have a price fixed meal on special occasions it shouldn't be to complicated to get it out to the table in a timely manner. We waited on average 15-20 minutes between courses! RIDICULOUS! Especially on Mother's Day.... where you are bound to have children who can hardly sit still for a three hour meal! Kudos to those kiddos they behaved wonderfully! All this and we waited 30 minutes passed our reservation time to be seated! I wont be going back.

If you love cheese and chocolate this is the place. Whether casual or formal night out this is the place to be. It was my son and gf first time at The Melting Pot so treated them for prom night...we were they're Uber drivers🤣. They were in complete awe of the 4 course big night out selection. The Alpine and Bacon/Brie fondue were very yummy... The meats were nicely seasoned for Coq au Vin broth and then turtle dessert fondue ...oh my we were content afterwards! Will definitely be back in the future!

Service was extremely slow. It took about 30 minutes just to get refills of water. The waiter brought us the broth but took another 30 minutes to bring the meats for our one guest out to our table. Very disappointing service.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and they made it a special experience for us. Our table was decorated with rise petals, there was a box of chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us, and we received a special "Happy Anniversary" desert plate at the end. The manager came by to make sure we were enjoying our evening. An overall wonderful night. The price is high, but the experience is wonderful.

An unforgettable experience at an unforgettable restaurant!!! From our arrival when we were greeted by name, to the friendliness, proficiency and professionalism of the entire staff, including the hosts, the bar staff, the wait staff and the cordial managers, it was truly delightful! Horrible experience across the board. First round of drinks took 30 minutes. Cheese fondue was served without the charcuterie board we ordered. By the time the charcuterie board arrived all of the water in the melting pot had boiled away. Server then delivered salads, only one of which was correct. Took about 30 more minutes to get a second round of drinks and the correct salad. When the main course came the cooking method was incorrect. Complained to the manager and had some costs taken off the bill but would much rather have had a waiter that actually knew how to wait tables. Still cost me over $100 to have the worlds worst fondue experience. So if you’re interested in that - this is the spot for you.

1st time going with a party of 7 and wasn't sure how the meal would go just because it is a big party and the times I have dined there it has always been just my wife and I. Also I never do a review so this is thanks to our waiter Kenneth. He was the best waiter we have had there EVER and thanks to Kenneth we will be returning for more meals. He was friendly from the get go, courteous, not rushing us through the courses, attentive, explained what would pair well as food combinations and made the experience perfect. Yes prices could be better but you pay for the experience and the quality of food is very delicious.

We scheduled a dinner for our daughter and arrived they weren't able to serve us due to a limited valentines meal that required purchase of alcohol. They didn't notify us at scheduling and were unwilling to work with us.

We were seated promptly and our waiter was excellent. TIM is by far one of the best waiters we have ever had. He was very energetic and on top of everything. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He is a waiter that I would recommend for every customer to request.

The food and service was good. The food is a little pricey for what you get. Also the bottle of wine is like a $10 bottle (moscato) they try to make it seem like your getting alot but it's minimal. It is good for a special occasion but still on the more expensive side.

They canceled my reservation 15 minutes before because of a plumbing issue. Did not issue refund for my table reservation

It was my very first time to The Melting Pot and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Everything about it was absolutely amazing and I give everything five stars! Expecially our waitress Jackie !! She was an outstanding bubbly person and I will definitely be going back and requesting her as my waitress again! We got the Hatch Green Chile queso pot and it was the best thing I have ever tried! None of the courses disappointed they were all amazing in their very own way!!

Always our favorite dining place at the holidays! There have been some changes to the way things are done (such as preparing the fondue in the kitchen instead of at the table) but the food is still wonderful. The staff is was attentive and we had a wonderful time.

Way too expensive first of all, drinks took way too long to come out. Fondue was okay, I make better fondue. The coq au vin boil pot was okay, salad was good and very small. Chocolate fondue was disappointing. I don't think the heat level was right on anything, cook times suggested we not right. I'd rather have a cooked entree. They did have gluten free options and the gf bread was okay but for 250 bucks, I'd rather go to town at Pelicans or Farm and Table.

We asked for the lovers lane and they sat us in the main area. Floor manager said he didnt see it on the reservation when he sat us. We had to wait in the the lobby 30mins before seating and a additional 40 mins until the waiter approached for drink order. Gave us the wrong cheese and was told well this is what came out.

The food is ok but not worth the price. You get a bunch of different meats with really no sides.

Our Rhone Room can seat 20 guests comfortably, while our Meritage Room can seat up to 54 guests for larger parties.For parties of 9 or more we ask that you choose a package from our Party Menu. Pre-selecting your menu will ensure the party runs smoothly and in a timely manner. If any of your guests have food allergies, please bring it to our attention so we can accommodate them.We also offer the option of pre-selecting wines to complement your fondue dining experience as we have an extensive wine list.
