The Melting Pot is able to accommodate intimate gatherings to larger affairs, tailored to your desires and expectations. Our Rhone Room can seat 20 guests comfortably, while our Meritage Room can seat up to 54 guests for larger parties.For parties of 9 or more we ask that you choose a package from our Party Menu. Pre-selecting your menu will ensure the party runs smoothly and in a timely manner. If any of your guests have food allergies, please bring it to our attention so we can accommodate them.We also offer the option of pre-selecting wines to complement your fondue dining experience as we have an extensive wine list. If you do not choose to pre-select beverages, we can run a cash or host bar as you desire. We can also arrange for audio-visual equipment if needed at an additional charge.
The Melting Pot does not charge room rental fees, however we do require a minimum charge on the final guest check before tax and gratuity.

The food is a fun and enjoyable experience, but what really stands out is the service. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. It's nice to have a place where you can really linger and talk to your dining partners without too much noise.

Food is no longer prepared at table. Cheese fondue was cold and premixed, not fresh. Chocolate fondue was similar to cold Hershey’s syrup with a spoonful of peanut butter in the center. Burners did not heat up adequately to warm the fondue. This is not the Melting Pot experience of the past.

Food and service were great, but the prices have gone up exponentially and the amount of fondue you receive has decreased. We ate all of the fondue without getting more dippers, which has never happened. Plus, the dippers you receive are not like what they used to be. We paid $45 per fondue. Too expensive for what you get. I understand economy is hard right now, but the prices were astronomical and ridiculous. We will not be returning and this used to be my favorite restaurant to splurge.

We have been to The Melting Pot on several occasions and everything has been great. However, on my most recent visit on 02/26/23 at 5:30 pm the service was very poor. We spent close to 3 hours completing our meal mostly due to the food coming out very slowly. As we are frequent dinners at this establishment, we were very disappointed.

I asked my girlfriend to marry me. I took her to melting pot to celebrate. Food was excellent service was terrible. The waitress did not pay attention to us. She also did not turn the burner on for our fondue. I had to ask her multiple times for a drink. Each time she came to the table she quickly spouted off what she was delivering and then immediately disappeared. I am very disappointed in this because your restraunt charges a premium price. I am usually okay with it because it involves excellent service. I was very upset and felt like it ruined what was supposed to be a very special evening for myself and my fiance.

Food tastes amazing! Only downfall, out of our party of 4, every single utensil was dirty & had soap scum on it. Quick fix but shouldn't have to look at the utensils assuming they were already cleaned. Atmosphere was very nice, service was really good, we really appreciated the different types of food.

Better than prior, but ambiance needs work. I don't like hearing from someone from another area in the restaurant when I'm trying to enjoy a date night. Music in all areas may do better to avoid that. But that's more for the building owner's suggestion, everything else was ok.

We had a great experience dining here. We were welcomed from the minute we arrived to being seated in a nice booth. Our server was wonderful and knowledgeable about the food. The drinks were made perfect and delicious. The entire staff we encountered were all smiling and friendly! This was our family time to talk over a great dining experience! The concept is fun but honestly I am not a good cook and the reason I go to a restaurant is to pay someone else to cook the food properly. This would be a great place for just appetizer (cheese fondue) and dessert (chocolate fondue)! Pretty expensive for having to cook things yourself.

As usual, very expensive. The wait for our different food courses was very long, given that the restaurant was almost empty. While we like the concept and have eaten there before numerous times, I think we are going to seek out other restaurants for large (6) group dinners. We just didn't enjoy our experience this time.

Food was good but we were forgotten by our server twice. Ended up taking 3 hours for dinner. First we were sat and waited almost 30 minutes before I went and asked the host stand if we could get a server. Finally we get service and then about half way through they bring us our broth and no meats and never come back in waited another 30-40 minutes before asking if I could get the rest of our food. Service was awful but food was good.

It was NYE so we expected it to be busy. We were seated on time and had a nice booth. It was EXTREMELY HOT and HUMID inside the restaurant!! The windows at the entrance were so fogged up you could not see inside!! The food was good the meal takes a while we knew going into it. Our table of 4 adults was sweating and my hair went into reversed into curly mode after a blow out that afternoon!!! Lol We felt like we were in a steam room even with the stove on our table off it was not tolerable! The dinner was nice but the heat made ruined the whole experience!

The restaurant was very warm and their was massive amount of humidity from all the pots boiling. It’s like the ventilation system was not working. There was water dripping off the lamps and all the glass had moisture on the inside. The tile floors were actually slippery in the hall by the restroom, in the bar area, and in the entry area. It made for an unpleasant environment, especially for a long dining experience.

STOP THERE WAS THE SWEETEST SERVER WHO SERVED US. I don’t remember that wonderful man’s name, but he was tall with dark hair and a gentle demeanor. He was so helpful and treated the table to extra servings out of his own pocket so that my mother had a happy birthday. Give that man’s a raise<3

Everything was great until a child that is really too young for the melting pot experience came to table next to us. He was screaming, fussing, restless and had to be taken out several times. We tried our best to enjoy our experience and did as much as possible cause everything else was great. We didnt want to move we wanted them to sit somewhere else and it would have to be to a back room for us to not hear. When you pay $200 for a meal you dont want to hear all that. We would never have brought our young son there its rude to others. Parents fault not childs.

My husband and I have been celebrating birthdays and our anniversary at The Melting Pot for several years. This year, we decided to invite several family members to join us. I was actually EMBARRASSED because they had such an awful experience! The waiter was late to work by about 20 minutes, so he was flustered from the beginning. He mumbled and spoke so quickly, none of us could understand what he was saying... so my family never really understood how to cook the meat part of the meal. For the fancy drink with the watermelon and cucumber... they put SQUASH slices in it, instead of cucumber. The waiter got our order wrong TWICE -- once with the cheese type and also with the cooking style. Then, on one of the cooking styles, he completely forgot to add the mushrooms, garlic, and green onions. The broccoli was hard and half brown. Looked really gross. The waiter was extremely slow — we were there for THREE-AND-A-HALF HOURS. By the time the chocolate arrived, we were so tired of being there, we barely ate anything and decided to take stuff home in to-go boxes. Overall, this visit sucked. My husband and I have been RAVING about The Melting Pot for YEARS to my family. It was a terribly disappointing experience for all of us. — — — Things we liked: the potatoes were yummy, loved the cream puffs, the waiter did do a good job keeping our sodas filled, although he got one of them wrong the first time, as well.

As usual, the food was excellent and the service poor. Can't blame the pandemic for this one as over the years the service needs help. Mistakes on orders, have to constantly remind servers for drinks ordered but never delivered. Last time there I had to go to the bar myself to get the drink and salad course never delivered. Having been a food server for 15 years I can't understand how such a pricey place can't seem to hire competent staff. I still left a $20 (20%) because the manager explained 3 people didn't show up but it will be the last time we go there because it was my wife's birthday dinner and she was disappointed.

I went to the melting pot for the first time for Thanksgiving. Our server was the nicest young man, and he did a great job, but having said that sometimes our drinks came out very slowly, but it seemed that was an issue with the bartender not the server. the food was good and it was fun, if a bit over priced. My only complaint is there is way too much salad dressing on the salad but most places put way too much dressing on the salad. I don’t get why people don’t understand that the lettuce does not have to be completely slathered in dressing. It’s nice to get a taste of just greens sometimes. Now I sound like a grumpy old person other than that the melting pot was fun, but I would not go back next year mostly due to the price.

Our waitress was pleasant and great, and she checked to see how we were doing, and let us take our time to enjoy all the great flavors and food selections for our 4-course meal, and checked on us and asked if we wanted more of any of our items, which we did ask for more because they were delicious!!

Our Rhone Room can seat 20 guests comfortably, while our Meritage Room can seat up to 54 guests for larger parties.For parties of 9 or more we ask that you choose a package from our Party Menu. Pre-selecting your menu will ensure the party runs smoothly and in a timely manner. If any of your guests have food allergies, please bring it to our attention so we can accommodate them.We also offer the option of pre-selecting wines to complement your fondue dining experience as we have an extensive wine list. If you do not choose to pre-select beverages, we can run a cash or host bar as you desire. We can also arrange for audio-visual equipment if needed at an additional charge.
