The food was excellent! Great experience and atmosphere! It's a bit expensive fir a four course meal, but you will leave satisfied. Highly recommend!

We did the full 4 courses and loved it. The cheese course we did the spinach artichoke cheese fondue, Caesar salad for next course, our entree we chose the teriyaki steak, the chicken and the dumplings... all delicious. The chocolate was also amazing and we added the plate of additional sweets to dip in the chocolate. It was our 1st wedding anniversary and we sat in one of the lovers lane tables. It was intimate and perfect. Our server Stephen was excellent. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Had another good meal at the Melting Pot in Albany. We always enjoy our meals at Melting Pot restaurants. It is more than just a meal. It is an experience, and you engage in more conversation than you do over a 'regular' meal at a standard restaurant, where too often everyone is looking at their phone. Good service, good food. Recommend!

I can't really recommend this restaurant for anything. Very disappointing for the price and the service. Had to ask for seasonings and where were our salads and why is the bill incorrect. The restaurant was not crowded. for Example they tried to push the combo at $24.95 when if you ordered the 3 items in the combo separately it would have only come to $19.95. While it was national Fondue day and the cheese fondue was specially priced at 4.11, the order of Sherry Cherry fondue was very small. The Bread was stale and very hard and the vegetables consisted of celery and broccoli Stalks. Had to ask for more fruit for our chocolate dessert fondue and there were 3 people in the party. The salad was asked for first and we were at least half way through the fondue and then had to ask what happened to our salads. When we went to check out the cash register did not accept the special price and we had to point it out to them, not the other way around. For 3 Fondue specials and 2 salads, one wine and a chocolate fondue a $50.00 bill should have received better service. To say the least it was not the most relaxing meal after a day at work.

Second visit to this location. Same server as last visit (Morgan) was terrific. Food did not seem as well-prepped. Plastic from meat was still on cuts and made it into fondue and was bitten in to. Server made manager aware but I suppose he was too busy to come discuss it with us. Apparently the second time that had occurred that evening. Did not want to make a big deal out of it but as an investigator, I was curious as to the actions being put in place to prevent it from happening to someone else. Probably, the last time we will be coming here for a while due to managements failure to address the issue with the customer. However, if you go try and get Morgan as your server. She is really great.

It’s okay there. The place was overpriced and the service was nothing special. We were seated by the door and it was freezing. Would have told someone... but never saw the hostess again!

Very nice location , you wouldn't know that you are in a mall. Nice for special occasions or a date night. Different and nice. The server was very attentive without being bothersome.

Fun weekend night out with the family. The prices are a little high but the experience is fun. We were seated right near the front door, so it was cold and we were right on top of the bathrooms.
