The Mash House Brewing Company
Lump & claw crab meat, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning & other spices, served with warm parmesan flatbread
Shrimp & Grits
Sauted shrimp, roasted tomatoes & mushrooms, bell peppers & onion, all tossed in tasso ham gravy, topped with cheese grits, bacon, parmesan & chives
This is our third trip to the Mash House in 2 years. The food is great and the crab dip was the best yet. They did a great job during this pandemic to make us feel comfortable.
Great food! Excellent cocktails! Wonderful service!
Great as always!
Accomodating, great service, good food, nice atmosphere.
For a brewery their beer is awful. Service was okay, we never got our appetizer but was given free dessert instead (which was the best part of the meal). Do not get the chicken flat bread, it looks like a lean cuisine.
I was so unhappy they took my faves off the menu. I don't know if it's temporary, but I loved the bison burger and now it's replaced by a Tribeca burger, which I didn't enjoy at all. Also, the cuban sandwich was so great, please bring it back!! So, since we love Mandy at the bar and my husband loves the tuna, which if that gets taken off, we wouldn't be back.
I felt like I was in a daycare or nursery with all the cranky crying babies around😓
I'm usually not the one to complain or even write a review, however this place was horrible!! A friend of mine was going through a tough patch and I thought a nice dinner would help, boy I was wrong. To start, we had to wait even though I made reservations, took an hour to get our dinner, and the food was cold once it was brought to our table by a snobby waitress. Manager came out, apologized, and told us I wouldn't be charged for her meal but was charged nevertheless. I guess as a gesture, we were brought a piece of dryed up cake to share, but there is not enough of milk on earth to wash that down. I couldn't wait to leave and try to salvage the night somewhere else. I was embarrassed😐
No place is perfect but we're had a good time good food, great service, decent beer of the 3 I tried the porter was the best.
We celebrated our anniversary and had outstanding service and food with dessert was perfect!
Atmosphere was ok.
The appetizer was served hot. Dishes were not cleared from the table before the main dish was served. Silverware was dirty.
The main dish was served cold. Highly disappointed.
Will not return.
We sat in he patio area and it was cold. One of the panels had come loose and cold air was coming in. We waited for one hour before our food arrived so they took off the price of the appetizer . Oh well . One bad experience doesn’t ruin all the others. Food was great though.
Let me start my saying I love the Mash House. Their bar tenders are great, and the waitstaff is typically on top of their game. So it gives me no pleasure to leave a less than stellar review. With that said... my boyfriend and I went on Valentine’s Day for dinner. Our reservation was for 830p. We still had a bit of a wait, which we understood, because... Valentine’s Day. Of course it would be busier than normal. We were sat on the patio... where we froze damn near to death. There were heaters... but the windows were not flush against the walls, and let the cold air in. Once we were sat, it took 15 mins for us to be greeted. It took another 15 to be able to place our orders. And it was damn near an hour before we got our meals. My steak was lukewarm at best, and I never received the salad I ordered. However, in fairness, my waitress Logan was kind enough to switch my salad for a different side, which she brought out almost immediately after I brought this to her attention. My boyfriend had ribs, and his were cold as well. Because we had waited so long, were cold, and hungry, we just dealt with our cold food. But we were left feeling a bit disappointed with our experience. It seemed like the kitchen staff, therefore the wait staff were in the weeds, because we could overhear other tables complaining about how long it took to get their meals as well. We’ll definitely be back, in the hopes that this was just an off night.
Yes I would recommend but on this day the restaurant was very understaffed reservation was at 8:30 and it was almost 11 o’clock and we did not receive the entrée only thing we had was appetizers and our glass of wine but they try to make it up for giving us gift cards but a lot of people that I attend dinner with me it was the first time so I end up with all the gift cards because no one wants to return
Our first time and it was a great experience! We had Marty serve us and he was amazing! Knowledgeable, efficient, attentive.. the food was cooked to perfection .. A+++++
Made reservations on Valentine’s Day night. The only disappointment was, we ordered the prime rib special dinner that was advertised. To be told about 45 minutes later they had ran out of prime rib. Overall food, service and atmosphere excellent.
As a cattleman with a freezer full of home grown beef, this is one of the few places I will order a steak, usually prime rib.
Fantastic food; excellent drinks and service
Our Waitress Kristin at table 304 double charged our Credit Card (for Valentine day special for 2 Prime rib for $60). We got charged $141.50. We dinned with some friends of ours and he paid cash. Apparently the waitress pocketed his cash and put his bill on our credit card and we still have another charge of $68.04 pending. I would not recommend anyone to use a credit card and to watch your waitress closely!!!!
Husbands Birthday 😍😍
I really enjoy the casual atmosphere and great food and drink. My go to place in Fayetteville for great dining.
A friend and I were celebrating our joint birthdays, the waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was good, we both ordered filet and several bites of it were too charred to eat but overall cooked correctly. Looking forward to going back!
Good food. Excellent service. Good value in Fayetteville
Food was great and the service was good and the price was very reasonable for what you got. The only down side was that the building was kind of run down, some lights (like the sign out front) were burned out and the general maintenance seems to be lacking.
Not a complaint, I’m definitely going back... but some constructive criticism!
Seated at a table with no waitress, waited long time until someone finally showed up. Ordered entrees but they never came. Left after a beer and glass of wine . Horrible experience... will never return! Do not recommend to anyone!!!
Came here for a birthday. Yum yum.
There are likely better dining choices in the area but this was pretty solid
Our waitress Gina was great, friendly and attentive. We all had steaks, and every one of them was flavorful and perfectly cooked.
Food and service were amazing! Will definitely go back again.
Food is very good at the Mash House, but their beers need improvement.
Excellent wait service and drinks! Steak was cooked well. It is a tad pricey but you get what you pay for. Will visit again.
Food was exceptional. Will definitely return.
They were packed. Service was longer than usually for our party of 8. Food, friends & spirits made up for it.
Don’t expect to get your food entree too soon after ordering, but do try one of their yummy appetizers...
Excellent food, excellent drinks, if you’re into that, which I’m not, but the rest of my party enjoyed...
Not the least expensive place in town, so the bigger city prices may scare some folks away... but a terrific place to enjoy a scrumptious night out!!!
Had a large group with two small children and they took very
Good care of all of ua
We enjoyed ourself.
Appetizers and dessert were good. Main course (steaks) were underwhelming to say the least.
