During a couple's trip we dined at The Mantel one evening. Everyone enjoyed every dish! Frog legs, French onion soup, crab cakes apps; rib eye, beef pasta, duck, chicken and fish entrees; cheesecake, chocolate mousse, creme brulee desserts as well as cocktails & wine. The sides of risotto & green beans were delicious too! Very reasonably priced at least compared to Austin TX. If The Mantel was here we would be regulars! Impeccable service and lovely atmosphere allows easy conversation.

I had never been to the Mantle Wine Bar and I was very pleasantly surprised. Wait staff was very attentive and personable, and the food was excellent. Wine was reasonably priced. A hidden gem in Bricktown. Will be back again...

It is supposed to be an upscale restaurant but gives you the feeling of a dive. Our waiter was really good and attentive because we were there right when they opened. The owner was barking out orders to his staff about “selling the special”. Just was not the upscale experience we were expecting.

Our server was fabulous. The lobster bisque was also fantastic. Unfortunately, the rest of our meal wasn’t as great. My husband ordered a ribeye medium rare, which was covered in fat and tasted like “ground beef.” My filet was better, but it wasn’t as good as it could have been. The mashed potatoes were decent, but the asparagus was over cooked and the truffle risotto had way too much truffle (and I am a lover of truffles). The server took off my husband’s ribeye which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we wanted to really like this place, but it wasn’t nearly as good as we hoped it would be. I have heard they are excellent with other things on their menu besides steak so maybe we just ordered the wrong thing.

I had a wonderful dinner with my wife at the Mantal. The host was kind and friendly. Brigham was fantastic as our waiter. The food was great along with the atmosphere. We received all of our food in a timely manner. We will be returning soon.

Waited almost 10 minutes after seated before a server came over. Not busy at all. Calamari looked and tasted like cheap fish sticks. Marinara was rough! Alas, lobster bisque, filets and risotto were all great!

It has been several years since I have been to this restaurant and was looking forward to a wonderful meal and celebrating my mom‘s birthday. I was very disappointed. The service was subpar to say the least. The food was average at best. Such a disappointment.

Made reservations at The Mantel for date night with my husband thinking it would be a "fancier" dinner option. Prices were very high for pretty low quality food. It was edible, but nothing amazing about it. The waitress we had was very nice and attentive. I would not classify this place as a fine dining restaurant. They definitely missed the mark there.

Entrées we’re not as good. Most were too salty. I love salt and my sautéed spinach was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I did make a comment to our waiter and he stated that he would inform the chef. Lobster bisque saw great and so was the crème brûlée.

The plate was $80 each for New Years Eve, i did the steak and lobster. I did not know lobsters were that small! was literally 3 bites, the steak was good, but room temp. The potatoes were cold. My wife did the pork chop, same hers was room temp and the potatoes were cold. The broccoli was good and hot, must of cooked them last. Waiter was bad, never asked us if we needed anything, only had one glass of wine. Other waiters filled our water. Have been there before and liked, but will be my last visit, for $200 I got screwed big time!

For the price, this restaurant was below average. The drinks were put together in a haphazard manner starting with the old fashioned. It was watery and had hardly any alcohol. The filet was ok, but not comparable to other steakhouses in town. The mashed potatoes were chunky, which my wife and I took one bite of. The broccoli had way too much pepper. The lobster was dry and tough, which I was only able to eat one bite. Overall, for the money, I will go to other places in the area next time.

Our proteins were disappointing. I had the special with lobster, scallops and shrimp. The shrimp were fair. The lobster and scallops were bland. My wife had the sea bass and the sauce was good along with our vegetables. The price value wasn’t there. That said our server was good and attentive. When making the reservation I notified we were celebrating a birthday. No mention was made about it.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Consistently amazing, always wonderful service, it truly is an OKC gem. I love that on any given evening, they have so many different, delicious risoto dishes available. . .but honestly from steaks to fish to chicken, I have never had anything but amazing food (and lovely people who work there).

Great place. We had salad, appetizers and a bottle of wine prior to a concert. Very friendly, food was very good. Orlando was great. I left a pair of prescription sunglasses and had to leave town the next morning. Once they opened, I called from DFW area. The manager was going to ship my glasses to me without hesitation. Class act. Thank you Eric. Will visit again next time we are in town.

We always return for the food. The scallops were fantastic and pair with the risotto and Brussel sprouts perfectly. They were so kind and made the beef stroganoff that isn’t on the menu anymore special for me. It is my favorite dish. I try to go mid week so it’s not super busy for a special request and tip accordingly as they give extra special service. We ate outdoors and the weather was perfect. It was a great birthday celebration. This is a hidden gem. Oh the bread with the dipping sauce (my favorite sauce) and salads were great also.
