This location is elegant and cozy with a fireplace and stone walls. The brunch and dinner are fantastic! The staff were all pilot and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Lobster bisque was very good as was my wife's fish. My steak was lacking flavor. It was not bad and it was not good it was just a piece of meat.

This place was amazing!! Beautiful old inn, delicious entrees. The pastry chef creations were exquisite! We most certainly will return!

Our waitress wasn't very helpful or attentive. My duck entree was not good - dry and flavorless. Our waitress never bothered to ask how our entrees were. We've been to the Manor House many many times but the service and the food in the last few months simply has not been up to any decent standards. Very disappointed.

Slow/poor service but the dining room is delightful. Buffet food was so-so. Coffee was served in a dirty cup and was cold. We don't plan to rush back - despite living only 30 minutes away.

My boyfriend and I had dinner at the Manor House Restaurant to celebrate his birthday. The restaurant has a warm, quiet ambiance with a nice big fireplace in the main dining area. The service was impeccable - the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and tasted very fresh! We both thoroughly enjoyed the Virginia peanut soup and the butternut squash soup. My boyfriend loved his filet while I enjoyed my vegetarian option of a portobello mushroom Napoleon. The menu offers wine suggestions for each entree but we opted for a local Virginia wine which we thought was very good. We finished with desserts of a deconstructed apple pie and maple cheese cake. Both were wonderful! This was our second time eating at this restaurant. We loved it the first time too, but it is on the expensive side so we reserve it for special occasions. We highly recommend the Manor House Restaurant!

We went for a Sunday brunch/date. The brunch was everything I expected, except the bottomless Mimosas were a pleasant surprise. The food was upscale and the staff was extremely friendly. I surprised my date with a massage afterwards and he absolutely loved it. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a great meal with a beautiful setting - this is the #1 choice for you!
