Nestled at the foot of Schooley's Mountain in the heart of scenic Long Valley, New Jersey, the The Long Valley Pub & Brewery resides in a breathtakingly restored 250-year-old stone barn. Our brewery and kitchen are central to the character of our establishment.

Our award winning brewer and outstanding culinary team have developed a wide variety of unique beers and culinary creations to appeal to the diverse tastes of our patrons.

Like the 250-year-old barn that houses our restaurant, our hand-crafted beer, quality food and dedicated staff stand to make this a perfect site for a night out for your special occasion. The Long Valley Brew Pub is part of Restaurant Village which also features Chesapeake Tavern, Red Lantern Sushi & Asian and La Rienda Latin Cafe.
Outdoor seating is first come/first serve basis, we do not take reservations for the patio.

                                                                                                          Beautiful restaurant in a gorgeously restored barn with excellent service. Absolutely terrible food, my “blackened” fish was very undercooked, practically raw in the middle, with a strong, spoiled odor - should never have been plated, nor served. Won’t be back.

The only negatives (and I do not believe them to be systemic), were the fact that it was very cold in the corner we were seated. Rather than asked to be moved since we were just starting to eat an appetizer, my girlfriend and I both put on our coats. You would think someone would have inquired about our comfort upon seeing us bundled up, but no. Late in the meal a manager walking around asked how everything was with the meal. I said fine except that there seemed to be no heat on. And this was that rainy new year's Eve we just had. She went to check on it but never came back. The other thing was, I asked our waiter about hangar steak, not being very familiar with that cut. He said it was a very thin steak. So I ordered it rear. Turned out it was about an in and a half thick. Although pretty tender. I just would have ordered it medium instead being so thick.

                                                                                                          Went out to eat on a Sunday evening with my husband for dinner. Immediately after dinner the bar tender asked us to move from our table to another table for another party. As we were enjoying a night without our three children I found this quite rude. We ended up losing the table and having our after dinner coffee at the bar. Not really ideal. This ruined our nice dinner.

                                                                                                          Great place to get together with family before the holidays. Food & service was amazing! 10 of us and 3 checks. Our server got it all right. The kitchen got it all right. Enough of a varied menu to suit all our dietary likes & dislikes. And centrally located for us to meet and reconnect. Loved the special Peppermint Patty drink & berry salad. The pretzels too. We were seated upstairs and had a wonderful time. Thank you!

                                                                                                          Service was poor. Server was not attentive. Shrimp dumpling appetizer was served barely warm, almost cold. My wife's "medium" burger was well done and dry. My steak (tenderloin) sandwich had a skimpy piece of overcooked filet in the roll. My dinner was mostly bread and french fries. Unfortunately a disappointing evening at the brewery. At least it felt like a country Christmas atmosphere.
