Nestled at the foot of Schooley's Mountain in the heart of scenic Long Valley, New Jersey, the The Long Valley Pub & Brewery resides in a breathtakingly restored 250-year-old stone barn. Our brewery and kitchen are central to the character of our establishment.

Our award winning brewer and outstanding culinary team have developed a wide variety of unique beers and culinary creations to appeal to the diverse tastes of our patrons.

Like the 250-year-old barn that houses our restaurant, our hand-crafted beer, quality food and dedicated staff stand to make this a perfect site for a night out for your special occasion. The Long Valley Brew Pub is part of Restaurant Village which also features Chesapeake Tavern, Red Lantern Sushi & Asian and La Rienda Latin Cafe.
Outdoor seating is first come/first serve basis, we do not take reservations for the patio.

                                                                                                          The food was excellent & it’s a very nice restaurant. Our server was great. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the dessert (cheesecake) was still a bit frozen. But the experience was good & the entree excellent.

                                                                                                          We love this restaurant but will take it off of our summer list because there is virtually no air conditioning. It is a beautiful old stone building. Gorgeous in the Fall, but much too hot in warm weather. We felt especially bad for the servers because the kitchen is on the first floor and much of the seating is on the second; thus, they had to traverse steep steps in the heat, carrying heavy trays.

                                                                                                          Our first time there, and we reserved for 4PM dinner, inside. Patio was crowded but inside was relatively empty and quiet, and the staff immediately came over and took our drink orders, etc. Dinner was excellent and staff was very attentive. Will definitely go there again.

                                                                                                          It was LESS than mediocre. The server was nice. However the food was pretty terrible. We were a party of 6, 4 children and 2 adults. However our children all eat off the adult menu as they are very good eater and don’t prefer typical kid menu items. So, we ordered a salmon dish (that was way over cooked), a pork chop that was also terribly chewy, an entree salad that was overdressed and had so many different flavors it was incredibly unbalanced. I ordered a drink from the bar and it was made awful. I had to physically walk to the bar to explain it to them personally. As well, all around us while we were eating they were setting up for what I could only guess was a Mother’s Day brunch, but it was rude and annoying since they were literally dragging large 8-10’ tables right alongside our table. The manager would not have even been helpful to discuss any of this bc he was heading up the set up so clearly he didn’t care about that level of hospitality or lack thereof. It was all in all a poor experience and we will not be going back! ***if you want to go outside and just drink their average brews then it is fine, but the dining options inside and food quality leaves much to be desired.
