It was quite nice experience will definitely be back!
Great place with amazing view, nice service and good food. However my reservation through open table wasn't in their list.. anyway, they weren't busy so we got a good table.
One of the servers/host recognized me and welcomed me back... even noticed I was there with a different friend. Both my friend and I had the steak and lobster... it was very good... her first time and she enjoyed it as much as I did! Great value for out money. Service was good too... beautiful evening, so the ambience was great 😁
We'.ve been here a lot and this time found it disappointing. The servers are lovely but we feel the chef is eliminating some really good things fro the menu
The speaker was broken so there was a loud “thumping” that droned like a car with a heavy base-that was quite annoying. The food was good and our server was prompt, informed and witty! We will be back!
The food was disappointing. We have been here before and thought the food tasted great. Our waiter was "off'. I'm sure he meant to be funny but he came across as rude. It was a disappointing night all round.
Service was outstanding and food was very good.
it was a wonderful experience and a great Valentine's dinner. we are coming back now for the steak and lobster night............
Great meeting with Jayna and her boss
Sandy was awesome! Great service and attitude!
Birthday for dis in law. Server was amazing!!!wine suggestion perfect.
We had a lovely lunch, great food and lovely to look out onto the golf course. We thouroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will be back!
Great food and great service. Noise level was very high as the seating area where we were was open to the level below and all of the people noise carried up. Not great for quiet conversation
It was really very lovely . Myself and friends who met there have decided it will be our go to place when we all get together out in Maple Ridge . Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and we could talk to one another without shouting . Great experience overall. Thank you
Service was on the slow side. Prices are high for what you receive.
We love the Loft, especially on a clear day, the view is fantastic. However, for the second time, the restaurant did not receive our reservation through Open Table. Not sure why I get a confirmed reservation message. We were lucky that there was one table available.
Great service and very accomodating with two kids at the table. There were a few weddings going on around us but this did not deter from the excellent food and our server was very attentive.
The Steak and Lobster was outstanding, the steak medium rare "perfect" & "tender" & tasty".
Service was quick and efficient "what more could we ask". The local brewed IPA was a good choice, great to see you supporting the local micro-brew's. Will come again and recommend to others!!!:)
Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our dinner had an awesome waitress and the prices are good for good quality 🙂🙂
Had the lamb shank and found it very tough, Salmon was great and my two guests said they enjoyed their steaks, however I do I’d see one cut into steak and it was done much more than medium, they did no complain to me.
Took my family here for Father’s Day. Was there for the Sunday brunch. Wasn’t busy and yet a lot of the containers were empty even though still serving brunch for another 2 hrs.Not a lot of selection either. For a brunch only had one type of salad, one type of soup-which had no flavour. Soup didn’t come with any bread or buns.Had to ask a server twice for dinner plates, and soup bowls . No bowls either for the yogurt. My daughter had to eat her yogurt from a salad plate! Had 2 types of bread for toast but had no butter or jam to go with. Advertised that had French toast but none to be had. Had an omelet station set up but no person manning it. Had the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage but nothing special- could have had it anywhere. But I do have to say the lasagna and the pork loin were good, what little there was of it. For a special day seemed understaffed. Very disappointed in the food and the service. Will not be coming back here again.
The food and atmosphere as great but the service was super slow.
Great location for my hubbys 40th birthday. The food was very well reviewed by all, especially the steak and lobster. The view of the golf course is fantastic and had a large deck for the kids to do their thing. A small scare only a couple of hours before we were to arrive by event coordinator as we were told our numbers weren't confirmed and they were very busy. Ended up being okay upon arrival and servers were friendly and professional. Would certainly recommend!
The food and service was very good. The restaurant gets a bit noisy when it is filled. Our table seemed to be under a vent with cool air coming down on us so we didn't stay for dessert.
Great staff, fantastic food and extensive wine list. Great environment for a quiet dinner or celebration
Never know this one in my neighborhood and is a surprise to find it and dine there. Better than my expectation.
We went for Valentines dinner. Happy that we could get in with same day reservations. The set menu was appealing though a bit pricey. Overall the food itself was very flavourful. However for the price we felt it unacceptable that the rice and vegetables were COLD. The only warm part being that covered in the sauce of the main course.
Overall though we simply felt disrespected. We were seated well before the people next to us who received and finished their first course appetizers before ours arrived. Our glasses sat empty and we had to ask to order a second drink. For some reason leaving us with a drink menu didn’t seem to be an option.
Unfortunately, and I know these things happen, I found a small bug with several little legs rolling around on my oyster shell after I had eaten the oyster. My stomach turned and I just wanted it removed from my sight as quickly as possible. We flagged down the first person whose attention we could get. The girl took the plate away and apologized but as we suspected, likely didn’t say anything to anyone else on staff. When our waitress finally did come to our table and we told her she looked sufficiently horrified and said she would tell the manager. The result: when she dropped off our bill as she rushed away she mumbled ‘we took two drinks off.. sorry about your oysters’. I felt as though she didn’t believe us. What I would have expected was the manager to come over and apologize and acknowledge it. It’s not so much that they didn’t comp my meal but more the manner in which it was handled.
While the food itself was tasty and we considered that we may come back one day for a brunch, our experience with the service (or lack there of) will deter us from returning or recommending this restaurant.
The food was pretty good for a set menu on Valentines day. An enjoyable experience with the food and piano music was a nice touch. We enjoyed ourselves :)
We were there for New Years, great service and food . Lovely place
Our waiter Daniel was a gem. Always appreciate the intimacy of this place. Food consistently good although portions on the Christmas menu were on the small side. Thank-you for making my birthday a lovely memory.
Hidden gem in Pitt Meadows delivers great food - a little out of the way, concealed in the clubhouse, but worth finding.
Service was amazing... food was amazing will definitely go back . Thank you everyone for a great evening 😊
The food was great, the view is wonderful and the service was great~!
Group of 7. First time here. Everyone had a most enjoyable experience. Varied menu. Good service. Food was very very satisfactory. Will be back for sure.
Excellent choice for dinner with friends. Quiet and comfortable enough to sit and talk... very nice!
I had made a reservation through "opentable", but the hostess had no knowledge of it. She said it would be better to phone them because they aren't near a computer to acknowledge the online reservations.
I ordered a glass of wine that came in a disgusting smelling wine glass, which had to be returned.
The waitress seemed inconvenienced by us guests in the dining room. There were private members in another room that were perhaps keeping her busy. The seafood linguine was very good, as was the Caesar salad. For the venue and the price of the food, I was disappointed with the dining experience and service.
Just in case others aren't aware (as we weren't) this is a golf club. The restaurant is very small and when entering the building you wouldn't know for sure it's there as there is no signage on the front outside.
It is very pricey for very mediocre food. The service was ok. There is a buffet with salad and pasta choices at $22.00 a plate. Good if you are a big eater I guess. We won't be going back.
Everything was great!
Very lovely view. The waitress was energetic, knew the menu, very friendly. Food is delicious. Great deal on the steak and lobster. Would recommend to all friends.
We had an excellent waitress who was quite happy to move us out to the deck to have our dessert and coffee. We were seated next to a large crowd who were meeting to celebrate a birthday and we just wanted to have a quiet chat. We appreciated the extra attention she gave us. One of the reasons we like the Loft is that at lunch it is not super noisy so you can talk and not have to compete with TV screens and loud music.
