   We've been to The Lobby many times before and have always enjoyed great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, our Mother's Day experience was a disappointment. Our server truly did his best despite the restaurant being clearly understaffed, but the food fell short of the usual standards. The fixed menu offered very few alternatives for dietary restrictions—particularly for those needing dairy-free options. The kids' meals were served with noticeably smaller portions than usual and arrived stone cold. While the staff corrected this quickly, the fact that such meals left the kitchen in the first place reflects poor oversight. Even the prime rib, typically a highlight, was underwhelming and lacked flavour. While we understand the need for a simplified menu on busy days like Mother's Day, the overall execution was lacking. Until improvements are made, we won’t be returning for special occasions.

   Lovely experience for our Anniversary last night. Food was great and Alexa our server was fantastic. She was very pro-active as we didn't have to wait for anything. Overall she made our night a great one. It's not often these days you get a nice waitress like her. Thanks again.

   Our waitress was very good, we were a group of six and she was very attentive to all of us. Everyone enjoyed their food, great atmosphere, would go again.

   Excellent service and good value for money. I brought out of province guests and they enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service for breakfast on Easter Sunday. Have eaten at the Lobby many times over the past 10 years. Consistently good food and service.

    We love going to The Lobby for dinner with friends; its such a nice place and the servers are friendly and very nice. The food was very good and we will be going back again in the next few months as the weather improves.
