Flood is always good Separate bills make this place a winner Larger groups there can be a problem, Not good. As most are couples there is not that many bills Getting the Business is more important

Food other than yorkshires which were burnt and not up to normal standard was excellent and restaurant was noisier than normal. Waitress was outstanding but was not able to get kitchen to replace over cooked yorkshires.

I had the worst espresso martini I’ve ever had at The Lobby and will for sure never order it again. It was quite disappointing actually for a nice restaurant like so. The food and service were good, but the portion of food was on the small side for sure.

A member of our parties food was ice cold when delivered to our table (the lamb dish). To the point that it was obvious it had been cooked and frozen again. Waitress offered to have the dish remade, but we had already waited 40 mins at that point. We asked to speak to the manager and have the meal removed from the bill. The meal was removed from the bill, but the side dish was still charged. Other meals we had also had slightly over cooked steaks.

The different vegan dishes have been wonderful on my only two visits. Service was excellent. Our anniversary desert was on the house—a nice gesture. ParkMobile (Easypark group) adjacent to the PInnacle would be better for customers if they installed pay machines in the parking lot, rather than have parking customers forced to sign up for their parking app. in the parking lot. The Easypark across the road was full, mostly due to it being an "Evo" parking "garage."

Food was excellent - we had my 87 year-old father in law with us. We ordered the northshore breakfast/crab bennys/salmon bennys/prime rib hash. We also ordered croissants - very, very good! The greeter, server and staff were very nice.

We went for the Sunday night special- Prime Rib dinner with Yorkshire puddings. The beef was really quite tough and it shouldn't be for a prime rib. Perhaps they're just not buying quality meat; or, meat that has not been property aged. The vegetables were delicious - grilled to perfection and the garlic mashed potatoes were very tasty. The demi-glaze was delicious. Service was great, but music too loud.
