Join us for Afternoon Tea at The Langham Huntington Pasadena, Los Angeles with live entertainment. Enjoy a seasonal menu including mouthwatering sandwiches, baked scones, scrumptious sweets and a flavorful array of tea selections. Delicious Gluten-free and Vegan menus available.

Please include the number of adults (and if they have any dietary allergies) and number of kids (and if they have any dietary allergies) in your reservation notes to enable us to best prepare for a seamless experience.

Offered Thursday-Friday 11am-3pm, and Saturday-Sunday 10am-3pm with live harpist.

Our grace period for reservations is 15 minutes.

Let me start by saying that the service, ambiance and presentation were excellent. However, the food is where our disappointment came in. It's unfortunate that for the money we paid for each person, the food did not get the expectation what it should have been. I have been to so many restaurants, including in London, that serve high tea and unfortunately our food experience at Langham did not rank on top, it was more so on the bottom. Surprisingly, each serving only included one sandwich as opposed to two, which has been our experienced. Here's our feedback: sandwiches were pretty skimpy; egg salad was bland and all we can taste was onions; prosciutto was barely in the sandwich; changing the traditional cucumber/cream cheese sandwich was bad; chicken salad and salmon tart were decent; desserts were TOO SWEET to a point that it was hard to swallow. Not sure if I'll ever do this again. This was definitely not worth $89 a person. Sorry to have to leave this feedback.

Our two servers were excellent. Belvaneda described our afternoon tea options and we chose the noble tea option. When the scones arrived, Belvaneda described the two flavors and then when the rest of the food arrived, she described each pair of them. We got to choose two different teas with an option to change them if we wanted to later on. We chose the cherry blossom and the mountain berry and ended up sticking with the mountain berry. Belvaneda and her partner kept our tea cups full. The views from our sofa was stunning. The orchids and other flowers were beautiful. And the piano player, played happy birthday to one of the guests having a birthday celebration 😀. Belvaneda gave us a version of strawberry shortcake for our anniversary. That was so sweet of her. Thank you Langham for making our special day memorable.

I consider myself quite the Tea connoisseur, enthusiast, and steepster (insert cheeky laugh). We had made reservations through OpenTable to try this place out some time ago. Upon arrival, be prepared to valet your car. The lovely entrance welcomes you to a special day.. It's the perfect setting for your Afternoon Tea. Tables down in the (I call it) Solarium portion of the Lobby Lounge are made up of the traditional 2 or 4 tops - combining a couch with 2 chairs and your Afternoon Tea spread placed on a coffee table. Excellent scones - moist and never crumbled when we spread the lemon curd and clotted cream on them. I would say the sandwiches were perfect! The bread was so soft, and the fillings were plentiful. My favorite was, by far, the Chicken Salad. They prepare Tea Leaves (out of Canada) Tea OMG!!! The Vanilla Earl Grey and the Thunderbolt Darjeeling have always been my favorites from Tea Leaves, and I was thrilled to see them here. I'm excited to return! Respectfully Reviewed.

Honestly felt overcharged. There wasn’t that much food on the tiered tower and expecting a tip on top of a 20% surcharge is greedy.

The ambience was really great. The hotel is beautiful and the property grounds are absolutely stunning. The tea room was also very pretty. The food was nothing special. I’m very overpriced. We did the classic package and there was two of us and it was plenty of food, but the price is outrageous for what you get. This is a one time experience. It’s not something that I’ll be going back to do again.

Love this place and service was amazing! I've been to the hotel many times for their brunches, but the tea was a nice experience. We had a view side table and they gave us each roses for Mother's Day. Nice touch!

Extremely disappointing. I've been to tea at two other Langham locations (Sydney and Boston) and had wonderful experiences at both. The service was terrible. The food was not good. We didn't eat most of it and we are not picky eaters. But at least it was expensive.

I’ve noticed throughout the years, the food quality has gone down. Tea sandwiches and scones were dry . Nothing extraordinary about the sweet desserts. Selection of teas was good. For context, I have been going to Afternoon Tea at the Langham at least once or twice a year.
