The Little Village - Airline Ratings and Reviews
Food — Delicious! Ambiance — Romantic! My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary celebration at the restaurant! The manager served our champagne. The bread and roasted garlic was superb! Our pasta was tasty! The shrimp prawns I had with my fettuccine Alfredo were huge and perfectly cooked. Our server, Jake, recommended the Frangelico mousse for dessert — an excellent choice to complete our meal. It was decadent! Thumbs up!!👍🏻
We always enjoy eating at The Little Village as the food is very good. My husband thought his margarita was good, but small and not worth the $7.50 he was charged. The steak was delicious tender to cut and taste was very good. I thought the green beans were a little oily but tasted good.
We had a reservation for 2:30 Christmas Day but had to wait several minutes for our table so we had drinks at the bar. When our table was ready, we had trouble getting our bar tab paid. I finally went on to our table, but had to wait for my husband to get there after finally get the bar tab paid. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient and our food was delicious. We had lasagna and veal Milanese. Of course we had the village bread with garlic and tapenade. Overall, very pleasant experience.
Always a family favorite restaurant. The bread with olive tapanade is AMAZING! My daughter is a huge fan of the lobster mac n' cheese. Traditional Italian dishes and other entree selections never disappoint; however, in my opinion they are overpriced for the portion served.
Jake - Server was fantastic - professional - polite. Atmosphere Great. XMAS Decorations Time / Music Great. Food was delicious - hot when served. Would highly recommend. Friends and business associates have recently had lunch. Everyone recommended the "Bread". New Orleans friends "LOVED the BREAD."
The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I had the 8 oz. filet topped with shrimp and it was just melt in my mouth delicious. My husband had the prime rib (from the Thanksgiving menu) and it was also fantastic. For dessert I had the strawberry cheesecake which was divine. Will definitely be going back and recommend that others do as well.
Little Village/Airline is our "GO-TO" spot for special dinners and date nights. They never disappoint and the food is always excellent. Nightly specials are always mouth-watering and tantalizing and their normal menu items are specialty as well. WE LOVE LITTLE VILLAGE!!
Yummy, Yummy! I thoroughly enjoyed my shrimp and grits. I thought the sauce was lovely. I also tried the soup du jour which was tomato basil. I loved it. I think that Hugh is a wonderful manager. I had a shrimp missing from the entree and he brought me 3 more. Our waitress who is usually the bartender was nice and helpful. She was really on the ball.
We’ve been here several times. Took my wife here for our anniversary recently. The manager provided complimentary champagne and the waitress and greeters were great. Every time we’ve come we’ve had a great experience, with attentive staff and great food. Highly recommend.
After getting to the Little Village
early, the place was nearly empty. Our server was ver friendly and well spoken. He immediately took our order and brought us our drinks. More people began coming in. There were people at the tabes on each side of us. We kept waiting, and waiting and waiting but no food. The people at the other tables had long been served and left. i complained to our server and he brought over the manager. The excuse was that they had been very busy. Five minutes and we had our food which was like spaghetti and meatballs. it was already prepared type food and just had to be assembled. i would never go back not even for a free meal.
