Been a number of times. Always a good one to have in the repertoire.

Extremely charming setting (great outdoor setup) and delicious house specialties (try the sliders!) - also recommend getting and sharing several appetizers. Service was a little slow (several dishes came out at varying times and drink order had to be placed twice) but otherwise a solid place in the Village!

What a spot! First time dining there after hearing about it for a while. Food was great-- the lamb chops were memorable and the calamari was honestly best I've had. Service was attentive but relaxed. Outdoor dining setup was a dream.

The steak is AWESOME. Same with the corn and the sliders, but the best part is the picturesque little corner of the West Village that it sits on.

Will definitely be coming back!

Made a reservation for brunch but the host said they didn’t have it when my friend arrived and just didn’t try to accommodate. After speaking to someone we were able to be seated.

Our waitress tried to charge double for our meal and clearly expected we would not notice. Food was decent. Would have gone back for the ambience but will never go back given this experience with our waitress.

The food is exceptional. I went two nights in a row and got different items both nights. The eggplant is so light and tasty! I enjoyed the beans as well as the beet salad (though it could have use more beets). The highlight was the halibut. The texture of the fish and how they got the aioli to crust was unreal! And then on a bed of pea shoots and corn!?! It was a spring delight!

We loved the Little Owl. The food was delicious. I had eggs, grits and avocado toast. SO good. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the outside seating was really helpful.

If you pair it with the Friends Experience, it makes even better

Little Owl has been in my neighborhood for many years. My wife and I dined for the first time. They treated us like "regulars". If you love bistro food, you'll love Little Owl. They have incredibly well trained and helpful staff. They have a nice selection of wines and the food is well presented. Go and enjoy!!!!

What an amazing night out - the food was excellent, the service spot on and I cannot wait to go back. To help those coming to eat there soon, we started and shared the meatballs (yum) grilled octopus, and eggplant parm. Dinner included steak, pork chops and grilled fish (dorado) and none disappointed - sides were the green beans which had such an amazing sauce, the delicata squash, and the potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Dessert did not disappoint either - those beignet bites melt in your mouth and the cheesecake - both were to die for. A great birthday celebration out and we will be back again.

From the wine to the apps to the entree...it was a true delight. Our server was amazing. I have been very careful where I eat during the pandemic and I have always felt safe at Little Owl.
