This is our second time to Little Dipper. We enjoy it very much. My only complaint is that it is somewhat pricey for the quality of food. The cheese fondue and dessert fondue are great. But the portions and quality of meats leave much to be desired. The lobster was a little chewy and I guess it was my mistake ordering filet mignon because, honestly, no one should ever eat a boiled steak.
On my next trip, I may stick to cheese and dessert fondues alone.
Went with a group of girlfriends for Galentine’s Day. The service was incredible, the food was delicious, and the Valentine’s prix fixe menu was beautiful & affordable. (The dessert course came with a glass of champagne, which I thought was a nice touch.) I would absolutely go back for another prix fixe situation. Or just dinner. The weekly specials are fantastic.
Great place to fondue! Excellant service and food.
Our family had the best time at Little Dipper. We took our son there to celebrate his 20th birthday. Our server helped make it a very special celebration for us. Highly recommend.
Food was delicious and we had a great server named Aaron!! You will get plenty of food. Had a great time!!
The service here sets this place apart from almost any other in Wilmington. 5 stars!
The food was great however our table was not ready when we got there. We waited a solid 10-15 minutes only to be sat by the bar. Our server seemed to be having an off night as he seemed bothered by everything we asked him. Overall a little frustrating for a restaurant we made a reservation at.
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the time between courses for conversation. The waitress was very helpful in making recommendations and helping guide through the menu. It was very enjoyable. We highly recommend Little Dipper for anyone who enjoys a quiet dinner with a good atmosphere and being able to eat without feeling rushed as that’s the whole point.
Amazing food and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
