Way too many people clustered by the door which is where our table was. Packed for covid. Delishhhh unlimited brunch food and will be back.
Great atmosphere. Safety regulations were great with 50% capacity, and table shields between parties. Food was delicious and drinks were holiday themed.
Great HH, especially the Mexican Mules. Anywhere with a good happy hour on weekends is A+ in my book. Good outdoor seating, too.
Love the downstairs better than upstairs but still great ambiance
Food was bland. gnocchi didn’t taste like anything other than mushy potatoes and “spicy” pizza wasn’t very tasteful. should have went somewhere else and saved our money
Food was delicious. Large portions. Drinks were great.
Food was great, service was great, highly recommended brunch
Great atmosphere - socially distanced but still a good/fun vibe for a Saturday evening with good music, friendly staff and tasty drinks.
Amazing brunch. Great food and drinks. Excellent service.
The food was delicious. The bottomless brunch is cheaper than a lot of other places nearby.
Always a generous and flexible Restaurant Week participant. Excellent food and service.
The food was amazing. The staff was also friendly and professional. We will be back soon.
The service was terrible. We weren’t served until 30 min into our reservation and the kitchen and bar closed after 50 min of service. Overall very disappointed.
Would highly recommend for brunch with friends. Outdoor seating is great!
The unlimited small plate brunch allows you to taste a variety of delicious items on the menu. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit there.
OK place, not great. Service was slow and had to wait forever to get the bill when we were done eating, and then nobody came for back for it so to pay it I had to go to the front desk and ask for someone to take my credit card. The Sunday prime rib special was mediocre at best, although the wings were good!
The Liberty Tavern is a great place to go if you want small plates and plenty to drink. The service was impeccable, the food was divine and brought to our table fast and HOT. I do not remember our waiters name, however, he was attentive, fast and made our visit worth coming back!
Thank you
The ambiance wasn’t really what I was expecting. For some reason I was thinking more quiet, booth style seating, warmer atmosphere, etc. it definitely wasn’t a disappointment just not what my mind was expecting. It’s very family friendly, diverse and welcoming...like a tavern should be. The good was good. Be warned, the bacon was very salty. The hi light of my brunch plates was the grilled cheese and tomato soup...DELICIOUS! It’s in a good location with a nice picturesque statue across the street.
The food was great! the service was so/so. Our waiter was busy upstairs and we found ourselves having to flag him down a few times. Drinks were great as well! we will come back
The burger was over cooked
Food was ok. I bit pricey for the all you can eat brunch. Had much better all you can eat tapas at other restaurants for $9 less and also included bottomless sangria.
most notable, was the lack of distancing between customers. I almost left due to all tables being used and only a plexiglass between tables. I don’t think the restaurant is practicing distancing and looking primarily at ROI. I have been to many many restaurants in December and most had safety as a priority. For this reason, I won’t be returning as it is not worth the risk and cost.
The food was amazing. Very affordable, fresh, and delicious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly!
New Years eve
Food is always good. Lovr the unlimited brunch option. Service could be a little quicker
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ best pizza and pasta in Arlington!
Pasta was excellent. Caesar salad was good but not great. Service was great. Wine mark ups were a little high (well over double ($68 for a wine I buy $28 retail)
Best area for dining is upstairs on the second floor. Quieter, more space and better to converse. Downstairs is great for a bit more party scene, seeing and being seen and more focus on drinks than food, though the do have very good bar grub.
This place has great food and great service overall.
I originally made indoor reservation. Due to concerns w/ covid, i called and talked to a hostess and she said an outdoor table would be warm and cozy. It was anything but. It was freezing out there, no plastic covering up, heater not on when we arrived, and metal chairs were terribly cold. They got the heater on and it helped, but we could not wait to get out of there as we were still terribly cold. Food was good.
Awesome food and comfortable outside seating. A neighborhood gem.
I should preface this with I’ve been in the service industry for 6 years and I never have left a bad review for a restaurant. We initially had asked for a heat lamp to be moved closer and they said no and that other people were using it. Fine. I get it. A lot of people are only comfortable eating outside and the heat lamps are being used. Ordered a beer and I ordered a mixed drink, fine. We ordered our dinner and it took 40 minutes for the worst lobster ravioli I imagine there is. It was dry and the “half lobster tail” that comes with it was so over cooked and dry that I couldn’t even pull the meat from the shell. My boyfriend then ordered another beer and when it got to the table, he spit out a full spider. As a bartender, this tells me that the lines are unclean. When the check came and that beer was still on the check I had to argue with the server that he had found a literal full spider in his beer and she tried to tell me that it was because “we were sitting outside” as if a spider had propelled into his drink in the 30 second it had been sitting on the table. I can’t believe we spend $70 of our hard earned money, in a pandemic, when we could have been spending it somewhere that was actually worthy of our time and money and was doing things properly.
We had reservations at 2 pm, the didn’t seat us til 2:20, and didn’t the drink deal they had that ended at 3, even though it was their fault they sat us late
Great service, food and beer! The french fries are delicious!
Excellent food and atmosphere - looks like a little local bar but presents high end food!
Such a nice bar, with great food, drinks and really friendly personnel who is also bilingual.
They had a friendly and attentive staff. The food was really good. Seating was socially distant and we were very comfortable with their safety standards for the pandemic.
Service and food were great. Convenient to metro.
Greta brunch! I had the French Toast, which came with a side of bacon (other restaurants usually charge). Prices are very reasonable and everything was delicious! Especially their scrambled eggs with cheese - very fluffy and flavorful!
The new brunch concept is phenomenal. I felt safe and will definitely go back.
Loved the vodka sauce pizza! Love the outdoor seating and their Mac and cheese is amazing. Will have to try the brunch special one day.
The brunch was excellent. Practically perfect proportions. Delicious dishes and combinations with thoughtful presentation. We opted for the all you can eat brunch menu, which was perfect. The French toast dippers were thick and cooked perfectly creating a firm but mist consistency - the pecan maple syrup was the icing on the cake for this dish. I added their examples eggs w/ cheese, and a side of the thick cut bacon - a delicious rendition of breakfast staples. After this round I tried the Cajan shrimp and grits, which was not bad at all, probably even really good for most people - but I’m from the south, so I’ve have better. My 15 year old son had about three helpings of the everything avocado toast, and the Mac and cheese was served on a mini skillet with rich, yummy white cheeses - very good.
