Wonderful location, amazing views. Enjoyed a walk after he meal and watched the sun set, just perfect!
Of course the food and service were exceptional and good value for money
A perfect lunch in an amazing location…..will be back
Fantastic location on the headland with amazing views. Great food and lovely staff.
Overall still good, not outstanding, the menu is the same as a few years ago. Would like to see some starters rather than nibbles, and desert choice was a little strange.
Staff excellent, friendly and helpful
We loved this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food brilliant. There can’t be many restaurants with such a fantastic view. It was recommended to me and lived up to expectations. We would have come again but it was fully booked.
Went here for lunch and I must say, the views are breathtaking. Food is ok and I’d say you’re paying more for the views than the food. Service was great with limited waiting time.
Great setting even better food! A proper treat. Will come again soon
Friendly attentive staff who kindly moved our table when we felt cold. We felt very safe in covid times with well spaced tables. Good quality food.
Great food, excellent service, looking forward to returning later this week
Everything about the place is excellent.
Setting and views are matched with great staff, service and quality of the food.
Would highly recommend anyone to visit 10/10
A fantastic lunch at Lewwinnick. The food and service was amazing. Our host was Faith she was excellent, polite, professional and a credit to Lewwinnick Lodge.
Well done Faith you’re a star
A wonderful lunch on a warm sunny day with a fabulousous view over Fistral beach and Watergate Bay. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Edith who ensured we had everything we needed when we needed it. Food was delicious with good choices on the menu. Will definitely visit again, very soon
Friendly attentive staff
Great Sunday lunch
Lovely food cooked well. Service kind and attentive.
Lovely food , lovely spot was a hot day we had booked 3 weeks prior so eat inside which was dissapointing but still nice
The staff, food and drinks were lovely. The views were amazing. Good clean and efficient
Brilliant view and brilliant view, highly recommend 👌🏻
Food was good, service once seated was very good and waitress was lovely but we were left sitting outside for 20 minutes before anyone came to take a drinks order as our table was not ready. View from balcony was amazing but food was good, not amazing.
Second time we have been here. We certainly be back again!
Superb evening. Lovely food, good service and felt COVID rules were followed well.
Fantastic views, food excellent but not cheap . Part of the restaurant is dog friendly which was great for us.
Lovely place, we come here often just for a drink! One of the best in Newquay!
Great experience. Couldn’t fault it.
Awesome food, service and a place. Highly recommended
It was very pleasant it was a quiet day at Lewinnick from other times that I have been, but it was very nice.
The food was excellent.
Fantastic location and gorgeous food. Service was very good. Highly recommend.
Delicious food. Staff very helpful. Only downside was two tables of very loud youngsters but once they left the atmosphere returned to a more comfortable level.
Views are amazing over a cliff. Great breakfast options. Good drink options including non-dairy milks for coffee. Staff friendly. Nice chilled atmosphere. Would recommend
Disappointing visit, usually enjoyable. This time our table was missed by the waitress and we waited ages. The squid starter and my burger were fine, but my wife's crab linguini (gf) was basically a massive bowl of gf pasta, enough for two, with a little crab running through it and virtually no sauce, there was a nice lot of crab shell in it though. We did mention this to the waitress, but always wonder if message was delivered?
Normally we would recommend, but on this visit, not.
Great food as usual staff brilliant highly recommend
Great venue as usual and great service.
As a local I always bring my guests to the restaurant for at least one meal during their stay in Cornwall.
Lovely Ribeye Steak, great atmosphere and lovely views
Lovely sea view but unfortunately was mist and shower!
Couldnt fault it. Best meal of our holiday. Steak was cooked to perfection. Staff were excellent. Very friendly gave good wine recommendations.
Would have loved to of seen the views more clearly but no one can help the weather. Just means we will definitely be back again!
There was a disconnect between placing our food order and what we actually got. The restaurant repeated their mistake with the next table. We spoke to the manager who realised the same problem was recurring.
Otherwise a nice restaurant
Lovely place. Hard to find as satnav takes you wrong way. Food a little expensive for amount you get.
The atmosphere and location were great.
The service left a lot to be desired. We weren’t offered any water for the table and had to catch the waiters attention a couple of times to place an order. There was an unfortunate incident whereby the waiter spilt one of our meals all over himself, the floor and my guest as he was bringing it to our table. The meal was still served (lacking the soup on the floor and on my guest) and my guest was not offered any way of cleaning the soup from her clothes! It was an accident, which happen from time to time, but how it was dealt with wasn’t great on this occasion. It wouldn’t stop us returning but we might think twice about what we order next time! Nothing that can be spilled!
Lucky to get a last-minute booking and so glad we did. Food was delicious and enhanced by the most amazing views. Service was friendly and helpful. The hard surfaces did mean there was quite a lot of noise, but it didn't detract from the experience for us. Food was beautifully presented and cooked - great flavours. We felt it was good value too. Would highly recommend.
Great location but food not as good as previous visit two summers ago.
Service very friendly.
Fantastic food in a wonderful location. The staff were so attentive. We’d definitely return
