Dancers Rejoice!! The Leopard Lounge is so perfect in many ways!! Great Piano with a dedicated Dance Floor, plus Food that is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Wife's Birthday and she had the Crab Cake/Filet/Cake special (was INCREDIBLE) and i had the Seafood Salad (Lobster and Shrimp - Crazy Good) with the Lobster Risoto. We had GREAT Cocktails and excellent service in a beautiful setting. Summary: Fabulous!
When we arrived we were not informed that the air conditioner was out. The service seemed rushed and off - not sure why. Additionally, there was an 18% gratuity added to the check for a table of 3.
I have lived in Palm Beach County for decades and have heard of the iconic Leopard Lounge at the Chesterfield Hotel in Palm Beach. It was on my mental list of places to get to and I finally got there. I wish I had gone sooner and I plan to go again in the very near future. It was just lovely. My brother and sister were visiting from California and I thought it would be a fun adventure. The restaurant is not large which is nice, there is a small dance floor and a wonderful piano player and lounge singer that entertains you through the evening. The food was fabulous! Do not miss the crab cakes. They are all crab, very little filler and can be had as an appetizer or served over salad. I had the scallops which were beyond excellent. Every bite was absolutely delicious. Every dish was very good and all of us loved the dining experience. The music was not overpowering at all. We loved being in an environment where you could get up and enjoy a dance after dinner. We tried several desserts, Chocolate lava cake, apple tart, key lime pie and they were all very good. This is an interesting historic place to visit but more importantly it is a fabulous restaurant that deserves to be visited on a regular basis. I’m sorry it took me this long to get there!
Love the ambiance, the piano, the food, and the outstanding service. It's nice to return again and again to this place where conversation can take place without having to shout, where the music lends a romantic mood, and where everything else accompanies the rest to make it a perfect evening out for a couple or for a group of friends.
Great atmosphere. Don’t miss the Shrimp Stroganoff!
Loved everything about this place. Classic high-class steakhouse ambience, live pianist bashing out rat pack covers, crisp martinis, and thick juicy steaks.
OUTSTANDING service! Had a quit and peaceful dinner with our wonderful waiter Jason. Staff cares about your every need and food is so fresh and delicious. Will come back again soon and highly recommend for special occasions or even a date night out.
A great experience of a Palm Beach lunch spot. I noticed the tiny dance floor in the lounge and wondered if we should come back for a late night spin around it?
What a wonderful boutique hotel and restaurant that's been around a very long time in the heart of Palm Beach. The staff is always polite and professional and gives you the best service. The bar is inviting and serves great cocktails and background piano music that is hard to find these days. Old elegant with great cozy atmosphere. My rack of lamb was outstanding served med-rare and hot as I ordered, the baked Alaska was good and the wait staff was very attentive.
Thank you for making our anniversary extra special too.
-easter brunch was eggxelent !
Very disappointing Easter Brunch!
They were behind setting up the brunch? We had to wait 40 minutes after our reservation time to get it together.
The all you can drink mimosas were in a water pitcher left sitting outside. The orange juice spoiled as a result. It took 3 requests to get cream cheese for the bagels.
Totally disorganized. So not worth the $250.00 for 2 people!!!
Both my Mother and I got sick from the food and spoiled
Orange juice upon returning home.
Contacted the General Manager of the Chesterfield.

Spectacular dining, dancing, music experience
We had a fabulous dining experience tonight at the Leopard Lounge! The food was absolutely delicious and our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive! We will definitely be back!
Great place and food
NY Strip certainly not prime meat.....was "chewy" Clientel poorly pressed.....loud
Lovely romantic restaurant.
Would like some new menu items.
Same menu forever.
Two us had afternoon tea which was delightful!
Great. Not to be missed Palm Beach experience. Terrific food ambiance service and entertainment.
Had a reservation here for my birthday. Specified this on opentable but seemed to not know this when we were checking in. Quickly gave us a good table. Waiter at first was attentive since we were earlier in the evening, but as the tables filled up, service became spotty. Had to wave down to order and when our meal arrived only saw once more for over 30 minutes. Had to wave down again for check. No dessert offered or Birthday dessert. Once too frustrated by then. Food was good but service was not.
Very good and very expensive
Wonderful food and service. Music and dancing make it even more special and unusual for the area!
Service was extremely disappointing. Turns out they add 18% automatic so the servers don’t care. The food was just meh. We reserved a table for 7:15 on a Friday in the height of season (mid March) yet no one was there to eat, but service was still very slow. I appreciate not being rushed and taking my time during a meal, so when I say it’s slow, it’s sloooow. The server did not come back to check on us nearly often enough so I only had two drinks in nearly 3 hours time. My friend and I both ordered one of their specialty martinis. The first time, her glass was full and mine was partly full. The second time, mine came in a smaller martini glass than hers (same drink.) It was my birthday and I was handed an obligatory dirty old stuffed singing bear but no sweet treat. Yuck. The piano player stopped playing at 8, so I asked about the advertised entertainment that was supposed to start at 8 and was rudely told they would start at 8:30. So we waited. Once they started, it was oldies, with a couple of depressing songs. Around 10pm they finally got as current as disco hits and the place finally filled in - on our way out to HMF at the Breakers. Definitely a much older crowd here, which you expect in Palm Beach, but it was old even for that. And we are not spring chickens. Will not be back any time soon. Better places to go in PB.
Loved the atmosphere. Mediocre service. Mediocre food experience. Will return!
Good food and the people watching was memorable. Lots of singles dressed in glitzy outfits wandered in to dance and mingle as the hour got later!
We had a big group. The service was medium, the food was pretty good, the atmosphere is really fun!
Our service was poor. Our waiter Jason never checked on us once during the course of our meal.
We were given a gift certificate for a romantic interlude as a wedding gift. It was a delightful evening out.
Great food and music not too loud. I had the rack of lamb which was perfect. We had some nice wine and desert.
Terrible service. We went for brunch on a Sunday. The restaurant was almost empty, but our food took forever, it was mediocre when it arrived, and no one ever come to check on us. My husband had to walk inside to find a server to refill our drinks. To top it off, even thought there are only two of us, they added an 18% automatic tip.
Delicious food, good service, fun atmosphere. Enjoyable evening
Great atmosphere, nice crowd, good music and food, a little surprised that they put an automatic gratuity on the check for a party of 4
Only one remark, the price for two at $325.00 plus 20% tips + taxes made it very expansive for a very orninary dinner. Just take it easy next time on the price.
The whole dining experience was wonderful. Food was outstanding and the service was superb. Loved the pianist and his selection of music. Will come back again and tell more friends about the Leopard Lounge.
We hadn’t been here in awhile and only on a week night. Wow....Saturday night the place was rockin’. The menu has changed for the better. It has something for everyone. I had the seared scallops and risotto, and my husband shared a steak with his cousin. Everything was delicious. The music is a tad loud during dinner, but we sat around the corner and it was just fine. Later in the evening the dance floor warms up and the people watching is wonderful. Although I remembered it positively, The Leopard Lounge is way up on my radar. I’d also recommend the hotel to out of town visitors.
So old world. Great for people watching
Our second meal at the Leopard Lounge, having first enjoyed it three years ago. Friday night is a wild night! We were celebrating our 43 wedding anniversary and managed to dust the dance floor a few times when we could find space among the (obvious!) regular crowd. The live music was excellent. The menu is pleasantly varied and the food is good. Service was overall good considering that the restaurant was "heaving". It was a fun evening.
Tip: They don't require jackets but you would feel less out of place by wearing one, until you are warmed up on the dance floor
We mentioned when we book the restaurant that we were celebrating a birthday and it was never Acknowledged
The service was terrible. They include an 18% gratuity for a couple. The table to my left and right also complained about the lost service and both got up and left.
We went here for our anniversary. Everything was perfect. My wife and I started with chicken noodle soup - I know not exciting, but the soup was almost as good as my grandma's. I had the rack of lamb with mashed potatoes. The lamb was cooked excellently how I asked. My wife had the salmon and she said is was excellent. For dessert, my wife had the chocolate molten cake with ice cream. She said the cake was extremely light. I had the baked Alaska. The last time I had baked Alaska was on the Queen Mary for my eleventh birthday. It brought back fond memories. The service was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant.
LOVE this place! Great food in a fun atmosphere. Live music but at a level that you can still hold a conversation. Excellent bar and service. Not the place to go if you're in a hurry because not hanging out and dancing would be a waste. Wide variety on the menu from steak to seafood, asian touches as well as good old fashioned burgers. And the desserts are to die for! Iliana (sp) was training with Jose last time we were there, but this time she waited on us and was awesome!
