The staff was nice. The grilled food was not hot. The seating is very uncomfortable. Salad bar was fresh. There was no music playing and the big open room felt very cafeteria style. The experience all together was lacking enjoyment. I am not interested in going back.

Meat was raw twice, when asked to be well done. I thought they would have more choices of meat.

My wife and I went to this restaurant because there was a Groupon that was available for sale. We arrived here at 7:30 PM for dinner. Baron mind we paid $50 for two people for this restaurant. In the final print where you need a microscope to see The details of the entire coupon, there was no drink provided. I am not referring to alcoholic drinks but rather even a Coke with ice tea. Some of the salad bar items that were actually good or not replenished when they were gone. This restaurant closes at 11 PM . Why would you not replenish your bar with the items that are being utilized the most. This perplexed me beyond believe I have wasted more money on this restaurant that I wouldn’t care to ever spent for things that were not up to par

Limited selections compare to Brazilian restaurant we are used to! Food prep is like food court. Meat is not up to par. Service is not good. Waitress was trying to carry all dishes and drop the steak knife in the mid body part of my wife and landed to my wife’s lap down to floor. She wasn’t cut but the fact that it’s a knife and the impact of how it was dropped was unacceptable. She didn’t even apologize until my wife pointed out when she “returned” to pick up more dishes. Only then she acknowledged. We will not come back again! Not worth it!

Been going there for years and I have seen a steady decline in the food quality and variety, and in the service. I was there on a Sunday night and the salad bar had several empty bowls that were never replenished during the time we were there. The salad bar food also appeared to have been out for a while. As for service, the restaurant was short-staffed. I saw both on-duty managers working the kitchen. Our waiter juggled with many tables. While he attempted to provide good service, he had too many tables to wait and the quality of his service suffered. I don't know if I'll go back. It is a shame because this restaurant used to be a family favorite.

Service was great, but the food selection on the buffet was very limited. Grilled items were great, but would like to see more variety and options on the buffet line such as sides and appetizers.

The waiter seemed put off since I had a Groupon. The Sangria was watered down. There was no explanation as to which kind of cuts the meat were and the staff at the grill only spoke in Spanish and didn’t understand the difference between well done and every other level of cooked meets. The salmon was the only thing I had cooked properly. HUGE disappointment. Glad I didn’t pay full price.

First the good. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. How ever the rest of the evening was less than memorable. Upon arrival, they did not have our reservations (they attributed that to Open Table), but since it was not busy, it was not an issue and we were seated promptly (at a table next to a bucket collecting water from a roof leak). The open floor and table layout made it look more like a cafeteria. The salad bar offered very little and there was one soup offering. The meats were cooked well and taste was good, but the offering was limited. Chicken (roasted). Beef (one type/cut). Pork (ribs or loin). The vegetables were grilled (onions, peppers and then a mix or corn, squash, zucchini). Almost all seemed to have some cheese melted on them. Desert offerings were a bit more abundant, but all focused on high sugar content Latin style deserts (something I'm not big on personally). The restaurant has no control over guest attire, but you would think that with the prices people would not be wearing shorts and sandals. But then it is South Florida and 'proper' dress code here seems to have a different definition than in other places.
Overall, we were not impressed and will probably not return.

There were only two waiters working the entire floor. My boyfriend tried the chicken which was too dry to eat. He also tried the steak which was too tough to even cut. I tried the roasted veggies which seemed like they had been sitting there all day. Our sides (white rice & fries) never came - granted we were probably there all of 20 minutes when we decided to check out and eat dinner somewhere else. More than 10 tables hadn’t even been cleaned off from prior parties because they were short staffed and the waiters were running around doing all of the work (waiting on tables AND bussing tables). The entire place just seemed like they were barely keeping their head above water. Sad to see, but they need help badly. Manager was nice enough not to make us pay, since we didn’t eat.

Iwas there with my wife for our 41st anniversary.
It was our first time there.
We had a great and memorable time!
Our server (Christopher), was amazing!
He went beyond what he probably is responsible for. He could not have done anything more to make us feel welcomed and happy.
Thank you Christopher! You deserve a raise..lol!

Food has no flavor. The meat didn't have any salt to lock in juiciness and flavor. Low quality cuts of meat. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to come start us off and explain the menu. You had no idea which neat was what. You could smell the sewage water from the bathroom in the dinning room. I see why they add so many "free or included" items to compete with other similar places. I would put a KFC buffet above this place.

Used to go to the Knife often a couple of years ago. Passed by the other day and suggested another couple and us go there for dinner. The steak was great. I remember having a lot more meat choices though. The ribs were dried out. The waitress forgot that we wanted mashed potatoes with the meal and then when I asked for my beer she completely forgot that as well. When I reminded her about the beer I ended up canceling it anyway because we were already done with the meal. Overall it was okay but not the enjoyable meal I remember previously.
