The staff was nice. The grilled food was not hot. The seating is very uncomfortable. Salad bar was fresh. There was no music playing and the big open room felt very cafeteria style. The experience all together was lacking enjoyment. I am not interested in going back.

Quise darle otra oportunidad, pero definitivamente algo pasa con este restaurant, la carne es practicamente basura, se nota que pronto va a cerrar, cuando me trajeron el filet mignon, creo que la moneda de 25 centavos era mas grande, luego el bife de chorizo parecia bife de chancleta.
Fue la uktima vez que visito ese restaurant...

My wife and I went to this restaurant because there was a Groupon that was available for sale. We arrived here at 7:30 PM for dinner. Baron mind we paid $50 for two people for this restaurant. In the final print where you need a microscope to see The details of the entire coupon, there was no drink provided. I am not referring to alcoholic drinks but rather even a Coke with ice tea. Some of the salad bar items that were actually good or not replenished when they were gone. This restaurant closes at 11 PM . Why would you not replenish your bar with the items that are being utilized the most. This perplexed me beyond believe I have wasted more money on this restaurant that I wouldn’t care to ever spent for things that were not up to par

Limited selections compare to Brazilian restaurant we are used to! Food prep is like food court. Meat is not up to par. Service is not good. Waitress was trying to carry all dishes and drop the steak knife in the mid body part of my wife and landed to my wife’s lap down to floor. She wasn’t cut but the fact that it’s a knife and the impact of how it was dropped was unacceptable. She didn’t even apologize until my wife pointed out when she “returned” to pick up more dishes. Only then she acknowledged. We will not come back again! Not worth it!

Been going there for years and I have seen a steady decline in the food quality and variety, and in the service. I was there on a Sunday night and the salad bar had several empty bowls that were never replenished during the time we were there. The salad bar food also appeared to have been out for a while. As for service, the restaurant was short-staffed. I saw both on-duty managers working the kitchen. Our waiter juggled with many tables. While he attempted to provide good service, he had too many tables to wait and the quality of his service suffered. I don't know if I'll go back. It is a shame because this restaurant used to be a family favorite.
