Wonderful restaurant. Worth every penny. This is a dining experience. You can tour the kitchen and request any food!!! Staff is super fun!!!!!

No other dining experience comes close. Between the way they make you feel comfortable and “at home”, to the one of a kind amazing meals and all you care to eat dining - there is no comparison! Been going there off and on for over 10 years. Better every time!

Awesome experience. Exceeded all expectations for a great night of food and fun. After working in restaurants for 40 years the cleanliness and presentation of the establishment could not have been better. Hats off to everyone.

I'll just say that dining at The Kitchen was quite an experience. There are some things that one only needs to experience once. With that said, I won't be returning.

WOW!!! The whole evening was a WOW! Every single course of this spectacular March menu was a winner and every course was sublime. The scallops were prepared perfectly and served with an incredible English pea coulis. The pasta with frog’s legs were scrumptious with a decadent veloute sauce and the rabbit was fabulous, with a light sauce. The beef loin with pierogi was over the top - the porcini mushroom sauce was incredible, with just a hint of sweetness. The dessert (Bavarian cream) was perfect - not too rich nor too light. And the post-dessert treats were all excellent, as well. The staff accommodated my husband’s need for a gluten free meal, at every course...including bread. Service was attentive and excellent throughout the evening. Kudos to Chef Kelly and Chef Alllyson for a winner menu, executed perfectly! The Kitchen is definitely worthy of a visit from Michelin (their loss for refusing to come to Sacramento!)

The entire experience was amazing! We truly enjoyed the ability to converse with everyone who took part in touching our meal from start to completion. Plating was exquisite and ambiance top notch. Would definitely love to attend again.

What an experience! We had heard wonderful things beforehand but had tempered our expectations.
The overall experience was unforgettable! The food was exquisite, the service impeccable, and the ambience loads of fun.
Hands-down, the best dining experience in the Sacramento area. You certainly pay for it, but wow do they deliver!

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how much they try to make you feel at home.
It was so much fun and the food was excellent.
My date got sick, so I had to go alone. They did everything to make me feel comfortable and had a meal packed for me to take to my sick date after the dinner.

We love going to The Kitchen for special occasions or date night. It’s such great food but also a great experience. Chef provides dinner and entertainment!!

Overall we had a great time, but I also feel like we have a great time wherever we go. I think that the overall experience is something that you can't get anywhere else! The staff was absolutely exceptional! The food was really good. I feel that the prices were way to high for the overall experience but I get why they have to be so high.

We have been to the kitchen a few times and as always it was spectacular. A truly great dinning experience. Typically I would give them 5 stars for service but this last time our Sommelier forgot one of our party's wine selection two times and had to be reminded twice. Value gets 4 stars only because cost for what you get is subjective. It is not some where to go if you don't want to spend much money but if you want great food and experience and don't mind spending a good chunk.this is the place to go.

Came here for New Year’s Eve dinner. Everybody was friendly and the environment was nice and warm.

We came here for NYE and it was not what we were expecting....WE HAD SO MUCH FUN! We thought we were just going to come here and eat good for 4 hours. Nope. It was a 4 hour party! The food was great, the staff was amazing, and the experience is well worth it.

Delicious, fun, and festive! The shrimp course, the oysters, and the champagne were all outstanding. Definitely a special occasion treat. Oh! The house Manhattan was maybe the best cocktail we’ve ever had—e.v.e.r.

Usually the food here is unreal but last week the food was average at best. Was disappointed but definitely will be back.

It was a great experience being able to walk around everywhere and get food to feed our appetite. Only 2 issues that we ran into while dinning at this establishment. The first was some of the food was too salty. Normally most people would put more salt if they need it. The other issue was only one stall for the bathroom, so there was always a line to get to the bathroom. I would suggest removing the man and woman bathroom signs and make it unisex. If one gender takes awhile then at least another person can use the other bathroom and would speed up the process and guys wouldn't feel uncomfortable using the woman's bathroom.

A restaurant that makes you talk about it for days and reminisce about all the good food, wonderful service and a great chef that entertained his customers. An unforgettable experience and worth every penny.

I loved everything about this place! The food and ambiance were amazing. I highly recommend this for a special occasion.

Came here with my husband for our anniversary. It's not what I expected, also I was pleasantly surprised. I expected a bunch of stuck up rich people. Everyone was really cool. You could go anywhere you wanted to in the restaurant. For the price I would expect it to include a glass of wine. But then again this isn't the place to go if you're budget conscious. You come here when you don't mind spending $500 for 2 people. You can eat as much as you want.

The experience was awesome! The food was good but very rich. Drinks were extremely expensive.

The chef was fabulous as well as ALL the staff! Can't wait to come back!

The dinner experience at The Kitchen is a Once in a lifetime Experience. Everything was AWESOME. The entertainment, food, atmosphere, chefs, wait staff, were MARVELOUS. This is a dining & entertainment experience that no one would ever forget!!!!

The dinner and the show were excellent. Best service ever. The staff and chefs were engaging.

Apparently I live under a rock, because I had not heard of The Kitchen. I found it while looking for someplace new and exciting to take my foodie daughter for her birthday. This. Was. Amazing. Location is so non-descript from the outside, but inside is classy and elegant, fun and vibrant. The staff does an amazing job of making the entire evening totally casual, while maintaining formal dining manners.

THE FOOD!!! The food is wonderful. Add the wine pairing, and it's flat out divine. Chefs Allyson and Kelly have found ways to make flavors meld and pop at the same time. The meal itself was spectacular, but then all the appetizers, in betweens, tastings... If you leave here hungry you have no one to blame.

Stand outs - an absolutely amazing terrine/pate; the scallop in a beurre blanc; the beef tenderloin with the corn ravioli - heavens that was good! And the coconut cake with curry ice cream, and stone fruit tart... seriously. Too hard to pick any ONE thing that was best.

Cheap? No. You want cheap - go for fast food. But this was worth every penny. And if you love a foodie, the look on their face while they enjoy dinner makes it even more wonderful.

Awesome service!!! Live the welcoming greet by everyone and personal interaction with the chefs and cooks. The food were fabulous. There were so much food and we really wanted more but did not have room. The wine pairings (both regular and reserved) paired very well with the dishes. The outdoor seating was very glamorous with the lighting and cozy. Thank you for the great experience and delicious dishes. The presentations were spot on.
