Red snapper was amazing as was the ginger soup and mushroom salad. The steelhead trout lacked flavor and the short rib was fatty. Restaurant was charming and the wait staff were great.

Most items on menu not available, was told the one fish appetizer is “dangerous” to eat. Short ribs pure fat, chicken and dumplings bland at best

The food was amazing from the fried Brussels to the snapper with crispy skin. The staff were great! The craft cocktail was fantastic...did not skimp on the alcohol.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. no idea that 5:00 was happy hour. AMAZING happy hour menu, service and prices. We shared plates. Fried Brussels sprouts with Thai chIcharrones were delish. Tuna Tartados presentation created awes. The flavorful tuna tartare, wasabi aoli and other complementing flavors on the wonton chips made for another tasty treat. Loved the tempura shrimp with spicy aoli sauce and very generous portions. Beet salad unusual with a peanut sauce was tasty. Squash soup with pear definitely worth trying. Enjoyed service and food!!!

The food at Kitchen was fantastic. It was my first time back in a while and everything was excellent! My husband and I had the veggie crudo, the fried brussels, the hamachi, the short rib entree, and the korean breakfast entree. Everything was perfect!. We ate at Westbank Grill at the four seasons the night before and the food was double the price and half the quality. I will definitely be back at Kitchen soon.

Excellent service by friendly staff all around! Food was interesting and tasted great! Chef was flexible to substitute sides. Only complaint was the light under the table that glared up at person sitting near wall. The air conditioning came on and blew right there too but they quickly resolved that for us. Great job!

We loved celebrating our anniversary at The Kitchen. Small, trendy, bustling with the Jackson Hoke holiday vibe, Chef Quincy Cherette made sure our evening was fun and the food memorable. Service was impeccable yet casual and fun. Can’t wait to go back. Already planning our daughter’s birthday there.

Everything was great overall. My only comment would be that someone in the kitchen has a bit of a heavy hand with the seasoning of the fish. Both the Trout and Sea Bass were very salty. The deserts more than made up for the salty main dishes. They were amazing.

We went to The Kitchen for our Christmas dinner in Jackson Hole. It was our best dinner of the trip. The waitstaff and manager were friendly and talkative. The appetizers such as the squash soup and the luxury shrimp were delicious. Our kids had the chicken and dumplings and i had the Korean breakfast and my significant other had the steelhead trout. All delicious. The Root Down cocktail was different and exceptional. Then for desert the potato chip pie and cookie skillet were very good and I had the best, most flavorful guava sorbet I have ever tasted. Put The Kitchen on your lust when visiting Jackson.

The Kitchen was recommended to me by an acquaintance and also website of top dining in Jackson . The spot is small, but quaint and has chic decor with an interesting sloping roofline. I went with a group of friends and all of us enjoyed our food. We had the luxury shrimp (yum!) as well as the Tuna and Beef appetizers, all of which were delicious. I had the scallops for dinner and they were very good too. Overall, we were pleased with the service, presentation and overall atmosphere.

I couldn't finish the scallops because they were so salty. This was one of the saltiest meals I've had, which was very disappointing considering the quality expected.

Food was good, service friendly but unprofessional. Had to ask for things several times, nobody served the wine from the bottle, food was not served to everybody at the same time, one of the servings was returned since it was cold.
Last year was much better!

Because we were there in off-season, the chefs were trying a new idea: cuisine from another country. This year they were cooking food from Cuba. It was excellent. My only disappointment was that they did not have their usual selection of tapas, so we had to order a main course. It was delicious, and I wish they had offered those selections in tapas form. Service, as usual, was excellent.

Food service to table was slow. The main entree took much longer than I thought it should but the food was great! They brought us free dessert because it took so long. We all appreciated that nice touch.

The cuban menu was outstanding. The scallop dish with pork belly was one of the best dishes I have had in years. My wife's pork chop was excellent. Whenever the Kitchen has their special menus they are a real treat not to be missed. Creole is next. We will be there

This is now our favorite restaurant in JH. We are frequent fliers and come every time we are in town. Delicious food and exceptional service. Highly recommend.
