   There were 6 of us to dine for my daughter’s birthday. Upon arrival it took the waitress several minutes to take our drink order. Area we were sitting in was very noisy- we asked to move but hostess said all the tables had reservations (the restaurant was practically empty) while eating our appetizers the host did find us a table but we had already started eating and the noise level did subside a bit. When we received our check there was a charge of 2 bottles of wine instead if 2 glasses- hmm…hence my husband caught that. Also, when I looked at the bill upon arriving at home (because it still seemed more then expected). there was a 20% “charged tip” at the bottom of the bill. Absolutely no where on their site does it say that there will be a charge for “ parties of 6 or more”. (Usually it’s 8 or more) Endless to say the waitress ended up with not only the gratuity on the bill, but an additional generous cash tip from me!-yikes!! On the food end, it was prepared and presented nicely. The duck duo was prepared properly and the short ribs were tender and nicely seasoned along with the Shanghai Noodles, Pad Thai and pizza. The Truffle Chips need attention tho.. Overall, please look at your bill. I truly think the change of the 2 bottles of wine were intentional, hoping it would not be noticeable on the bill….I’m sure Mr. Puck would not be pleased about our dining experience.

   You can’t beat the location & atmosphere. Great date night spot! Service was top of the line. I would give our food an 8/10! I am looking forward to trying new recipes and using this as a go-to spot for casual, yet really good food!

   We enjoy heading out to Grand Rapids to have dinner and this is one of our favorite spots! Service food and location are great we’re never disappointed!whether it’s lunch dinner or just drinks just a great place all the way around!

   Second time I've been to the Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck. Food was okay, my girlfriend and I both had the New York Strip. Mine was a little overdone, but not bad. Service was absolutely horrible - hardly checked on us after taking our order, and had to wait forever just to ask for our bill. Way different than the first time I was there, which was excellent all the way around. I'll be back for the food and ambiance but I'll make sure that waitress doesn't wait on me again.

    Service was prompt, food was delicious and hot. We were seated by the river, but close to the bar, so it was a bit loud. Had a good server, who was attentive but not overbearing!

    Not only convenient, but our dinner here fit into our Friday night plans like a cold hand into a tight, warm glove. The food was decadent, service was impeccable & the ambience devine.

    Beautiful restaurant, we were about 15 minutes early for our reservation and got seated quickly. The crab cakes were great, and my husband and I both ordered the half chicken, which was pretty wonderful too! Chocolate soufflé for dessert was a great way to end the night. Our waiter was very friendly, but a little inattentive at times (he was clearly busy though, and if we flagged him down he was usually able to help)

    I’ve been here for drinks and apps but this was my first dinner experience. The food was fantastic! I had one of the best Margherita pizzas I’ve ever had, my husband had amazing pad Thai and the rest of the table enjoyed salmon and NY strip. The appetizers were all delicious. Our server, Alex, was amazing! He made our dining experience even better. We were just talking about how we can’t wait to go back.

    Excellent service. Very knowledgeable re the menu etc. Wish I could remember her name! Ms Wisnewski?(spelling) came over to the table and was very friendly and asked if we were related to one of her classmates (he was). Very nice touch that adds humanity to us all.

    The staff were all very friendly, professional and attentive. The ambience was lovely for our special occasion. We were seated promptly. Our meal was tasty: I had the Pad Thai and dining partner at the Wiener Schnitzel. The Pad Thai sauce was saltier and sweeter than is traditional, but still enjoyable. It's nice to have the quality of The Kitchen in our community.

    Our server was very attentive and gave us great recommendations. We tried the new Lemon Tart dessert and it was delicious. Everyone was very courteous and positive, will definitely dine here again.

    I was there with my daughter and her friend for her birthday. We had a great experience. Our server was very attentive and the food was delicious! It’s a touch pricey, but it is in the Amway. We’d eat there again!

    We were greeted by friendly hostesses and experienced wonderful service by Maddie. The Caesar salad could have been constructed with greener romaine but was still tasty. The pizza was excellent and our drinks crafted beautifully. Both service and food are consistent and of great quality.

    One of the best restaurant experiences I ever had. The hostess went out of her way to give us a nice table facing the river. The waiter was phenomenal.. and the burger and fries was without a doubt the best I ever had. The soda and water could have had better quality, but no big deal!

    Terrific service tonight with Darcy. I had Caesar salad, extra anchovies; my with had a burger with no bun. Keto time. Our guests had pizza. All craved about the food quality. Our favorite wine is Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon. A wonderful place with quality food.
