   They were out of Gruner Vetliner and Prosecco; they ran out of schnitzel. But our waiter was very good. Meatloaf had a sugary bbq sauce that one friend enjoyed, one did not. Pricey dinner and drink’s.

   Kitchen has wonderful food and it came quickly. Our server did a fantastic job in attending to our needs and making adjustments as necessary. The restaurant was a little loud from time to time, but not terrible. The prices are on the high side, but not unexpectedly so and the menu is on their website so you can see what you are getting into.

    The food was really great! It was a little pricey, but we expected that going into the restaurant. We went for our anniversary and had a great time. We would definitely go back for a special occasion.

    Phenomenal food. Fantastic service. Our waitress had a giant party come in during our dinner and never once did we feel forgotten about. She was available and prompt with her service. Food came out at a good pace and as I said before was phenomenal. My fiancé had the meatloaf and I had the Shanghai noodles, and we shared a crème brûlée for dessert. Couldn’t have asked for a better night.

    I went with my 2 nieces and we loved our experience. Everything was wonderful, however we were disappointed that the kids menu was very sparse (only chicken tenders or pizza) and we couldn't modify an adult menu item to suit our needs. This was not our first visit and previously the kids menu was more extensive. This was the only negative though. We enjoyed our evening immensely.

    Pad thai was excellent the crab cakes were delicious as well to top off with a perfect dirty martini. My server was overloaded but gave excellent service i think his name was alex always attentive and smiling even though he had do many tables

    We had another amazing meal with Carmen! We started off with a wonderful bottle of Cab, crab cakes and truffle fries, which were delicious. We dined on Shanghai noodles, wood fired pizzas and chicken. We finished the evening off with chocolate soufflé, beignets and warm chocolate chip cookies. Brian made some very refreshing passion fruit cocktails! Perfect evening!

    The roast chicken was, without exaggeration, the best chicken I’ve ever had! We will come back to Grand Rapids just for that incredible meal. The service and ambiance were amazing too!

    Amazing! Might be our new favorite place in GR to celebrate a special occasion. Hefty pours from the bar, service was spectacular and incredibly helpful, and the food was amazing! Would highly recommend the salmon & chicken.

    We had a wonderful table by the water and our waitress was amazing. She had a pleasant personality and was very attentive. I had the Shanghai Noodles and they were delicious, I will crave them for months. My husband had the meatloaf and it was delicious. The only thing I would say is the portions are small but it was fine. We can't wait to go back!

    Food was ok and service was good. However all dirty dishes were not removed from table between courses. Crumbs were left on table. No ice was offered for water. Wine glass dirty and sent back for a replacement. Leftovers we had to box up ourselves. Skimpy berries on creme brûlée

    Had the salmon with "forbidden Rice". Was not impressed. Not sure if the rice was not cooked throughly or if that was the way it is supposed to be served. Texture and taste left a lot to be deired....

    Attentive service. Really good Brussels sprouts appetizer. My salmon “hong kong” style was really salty - and I like salty. But my companion ate off the children’s menu and their pizza was wonderful and at $7.50 a great deal for a huge pizza! Dessert was fabulous, too!

    We had reservations for 4 for dinner and were seated promptly. Our high top gave us a nice view of the Grand River. We ordered the crab cakes and the chips with bleu cheese sauce for an appetizer, and they were delicious. For the main course, 2 of us had the Pad Thai, 1 had the hamburger and fries, and 1 had the salmon. Everyone raved about their food. We all had drinks as well- 2 draft beer, 1 wine, and 1 martini. Atmosphere was very pleasant, not too noisy, and our dinner went at a leisurely pace. I felt we paid a fair price for our meal. An excellent experience. We will definitely be back.

    For starters we arrived and were asked if we would like to be seated at a window seat next to a big party. We requested a different seat because we did not want to be sat next to a large party with all of the noise. We were sat next to a large party of 10+ people anyways. About 10 minutes later our waitress arrived and gave us a menu along with water. She then came back and took our drink orders and appetizer orders. We did not see her for about 20 minutes later, they brought us our chicken wing appetizer, which was phenomenal, and then she brought my drink well after the appetizer arrived. When we ordered our meals we got the meatloaf and the Shang hi noodles. We also both orders ceaser salads. We finally got our dinners but our salads never showed up. Our waitress never asked how are meals were and we had to flag her down to let her know we never got our salads. She seemed very confused when we told her this and apologized, we told her it was fine but we would just order a desert and requested the bill as well because we did not want to wait any longer. Overall the experience was very poor. I brought my spouse with me to have a nice quiet meal and instead we were seated by a party that had absolutely no regards or respect for anyone else dining in the establishment to act like adults. The chicken wings were the best part of the entire meal and that is very disappointing to say when you have such high expectations for a nice resturaunt. I was contacted by the company in regards to this review in hopes that they could rectify the issue. I reached out to them and it has now been 7 days since then. It sure does not seem as if this issue was too important to them to respond in a timely manner. So very disappointed with this establishment. Would not recommend dining here.
