    The food was very good however a table near ours in the corner had seven or eight people and five small children. The children were yelling, screeching chairs, running all over the room, running, jumping rope with sweaters near tables that we’re all set up with wine, glasses and water glasses, and they were totally out of control. It made it very difficult to enjoy our dinner for our anniversary. The kids were literally yelling and running, and no one said anything to them, including the parents!

    First round of drinks (cocktails and wine) arrived to our table about 7 minutes AFTER the food. And one of the cocktails was wrong. Pizza was very good as was the ambiance. But service execution was very bad.

    I had the New York strip and it was absolutely amazing. The mashed potatoes and cabbage were also both incredible. One of the best meals I’ve ever had, especially in GR.

    The four of us were seated for a 5:30 reservation on a Tuesday. Service was a little slow. What was very hard to deal with was the NOISE of the chairs scraping the floor as other patrons were seated. Conversation had to stop every time a new table was seated. Something should really be done to correct this interruption of the dining experience.

    Mediocre dining experience. Dishes were of mixed quality - pizza appetizer was the highlight. Undercooked chocolate soufflé was the low point.

    The server was kind and knowledgeable, and the place is very pretty, I would say it has a modern gourmet concept. My drink was delicious, and I ordered the best crab cakes I’ve eaten thus far. However, I was not into the Asian inspired steak options so the server recommended the half chicken. It was very juicy which I appreciate because surprisingly not all places know how to make a good chicken. But to me, all the flavor was on the skin only, and the mashed potatoes left a weird after taste almost box like.

    Six members of my family came there after moving my daughter to Grand Rapids. My husband and I had been before and loved it. The food and service were both phenomenal! We enjoyed the calamari and wings for appetizers and both were delicious. My personal favorites are the pad thai and the chocolate soufflé. The pad Thai has a perfect spice level and the scallops and shrimp are cooked perfectly.

    Went to Wolfgang Puck to celebrate a birthday which was mentioned when making the reservation. The staff never acknowledged it once. We had a choice to sit outside or inside and chose outside which was nice right on the river. Surprisingly the food I thought was very bland for being a Wolfgang Puck restaurant. Food presentation was very nice though. When it came to service, they were severely lacking in it. Our waiter just didn’t seem attentive and never came to check on us during our meal. Asked us as we were paying the bill if we wanted our water refilled; would have been nice during the meal. Our appetizer also came out after our food had already been brought out.

    We loved the varied menu, something for even the pickier eaters in our party. A little pricey, but everything we ordered was delicious. Our waitress, Meg, was very warm and friendly. Lovely views of the river. A good experience and fun for 2 birthday celebrations, father 70 and son 38.

    This is one of my go to restaurants. It is underrated and almost hidden. The wait staff we’re friendly and helpful; not just to my guest and I but to neighboring tables. The Strawberry Field drink was refreshing. The rest of our drinks were well balanced. The lettuce wraps were delicious. They were eaten so fast no picture could be taken. My guest had pizza as recommended. The wood oven pizza was delicious! My 1/2 chicken was amazing. Very crispy skin and moist inside. So much flavor and the sauce was flavorful. The lemon tort dessert was delicious. You must eat here.

    When we first arrived, the hostess led us to a dirty table to be seated. We came for Wolfgang Puck’s meatloaf, and we were told by the manager that the meatloaf was the same as always. After we ordered, we were told that the dish had been changed. We did not care for it. We ordered a whiskey with ice. We were told they did not have the large ice cube that we asked for, but they could give us crushed ice. When the bill came, there was a $3.00 charge for rocks. When we asked what it was for, they said for the ice. We were not happy.

    Our server Carmine was fabulous. We ate there two nights in a row. First night I had the half chicken which was amazing . Second night the Salmon. We had chocolate soufflé for dessert. Absolutely the best. Entire staff was friendly and efficient. I had requested a booth and was given one each night.

    Food was delicious we had the meatloaf and pepperoni pizza. Honestly there was such a wide variety of selections it was hard to choose. Would love to go back and get 2 different entree’s because the server said you can’t go wrong with any choice all are amazing and I believe her!

    Just to start the restaurant look and atmosphere is spot on. The service is outstanding also! However the food is just okay for the price points. I would expect better presented and tasting for a Wolfgang establishment.

    We had a beautiful table overlooking the River. The entire staff was welcoming and very attentive. Wine and cocktail selection was varied and priced appropriately. The menu had a range of entrees - familiar to quirky Austrian. Our halibut, meatloaf and wienerschnitzel were all presented beautifully and tasty. Don’t miss dessert. 1/2 of valet parking was paid by the restaurant.

    Garrett and Carmen made our visit 100% worth it. My husband, our daughter and I visited after we attended Frozen at DeVos Hall. The hostess told us there were no crayons for my 6 year old when we sat down - Carmen offered a pen, and later on provided crayons. Garrett was unsure of the availability of a bottle of wine we wanted, but he and Carmen tracked it down and provided a great experience. The only complaint I have is that the calamari was very oily - but all in all, our trip was amazing. :) big shout out to Garrett and Carmen for making our experience amazing!
