The breakfast was nothing special. The eggs benedict was overcooked on the eggs and English muffin. French toast was good
All though the food was very tasty, the service was extremely slow.
This was our favorite meal of our entire vacation!! Food, ambiance and service!! Manager Chris & our server Rachid were the best!! This is the best kept secret in all of Universal. Will definitely go back and suggest you try it too!!
Breakfast was amazing.
Food was ok. Limited menu. I think this is more of a late night place for drinks.
Awesome food and the service as well. Our waiter, Craig was the best!!!
Great staff, welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and served in a timely fashion. The cocktails were very good as well. Our waiter was wonderful.
Everything was great, we had 7 adults and 5 kids. We had two tables near each other because of social distancing we couldn’t all sit together which was fine. The server was great just very busy. We had reservations somewhere else for dessert and had to send one adult with the children so we didn’t miss that reservation because we waited a while for the check.
Food was over the top delicious, wish I could live there
It was pretty good.
we waited an hour for drinks in an empty restaurant. 2 people ordered burgers and they were as dry as cotton balls. Their signature dessert was over sweet and you could taste the granulated sugar. The bill was outrageous, almost $400 for 4 adults and 2 kids. NEVER again.
Our waiter Craig was excellent and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. And we asked for a lot! The food was steaming hot when brought out and was truly delicious. The experience was very positive overall.
The wait staff was wonderful! The food was delicious! Will definitely eat there again!
We have always loved the Kitchen, but with no buffet and such POOR waiter service, we will not be coming back. It took so long to eat breakfast, and it was just due to an inattentive waiter.
Too long of a wait anywhere in CityWalk. Someone had mentioned the Kitchen burger. It said 1/2 pound but there was nothing special. For $18.50 it was plain and cheese and boring. Nothing special. The Covid Menu was very boring and not much available.
great food and the best most attentive server ever!!!..
Great food and fabulous service! Our waiter remembered us from the previous night and the fact that my son had allergies and it was his birthday. All staff were super friendly. The salmon was especially delicious.
We had a great lunch. The employees were so nice
We have been to Universal Orlando several times but never eaten at The Kitchen. This is probably the best restaurant we have patronized at Universal Orlando. Food great, service great and value for what you get was very good. We regret we did not go back during our visit to eat here again. Keep up the good work chefs and wait staff!
Our server was the best. I loved the atmosphere. Chicken sausage was a little dry but otherwise food was great.
Our server was AWESOME!! He went above and beyond. We asked for "big" ice cubes, and he went out of his way to ensure each of the 5 drinks we ordered had what we asked for. He was attentive, friendly, and very professional. Our meal and over experience was better because of him.
Our waiter was amazing. On top of every need we had. Embodied the Love All, serve all spirit.
No one else in the restaurant while we ate there! Food was delicious and our server very attentive!!
Food was great as always! Loved the stir fry!
Great service and food. I would definitely go back.
Once again the Kitchen didn’t disappoint. Went for acoustic brunch and had a fantastic time. Massive selection of food most of which is freshly prepared in front of you.
Jonathan was amazing! Definitely recommend having him serve you
This is a hidden gem. Always enjoy brunch.
Fantastic fun place to take family for an endless Sunday brunch! Live music, fresh delicious food and fantastic customer service...great coffee!
Not greeted warmly at all. Server very nice and did a great
Job. Food ok. Ambiance not special. Looks tired.
Great food and service. Will definitely go back.
For the price and what you get in the buffet it is a little over priced. The restaurant is a little dated and our table was really sticky!
Love the kitchen. Love Craig Persons, the best server in the universe.
The food was disappointing. Steak was chewy and over cooked and overly covered in a syrup type of sauce. The children’s meals were also barely edible.
We came to the Kitchen for Acoustic Brunch which only happens on Sundays. This is a hidden gem on Universal property. The selection is varied and delicious. We especially recommend the carving station and the made to order griddled specialties. There is something here food wise for everyone. The mimosas and bloody marys are bottomless and poured strong. It is relatively reasonably priced and they do take UO AP discount. We liked the acoustic guitarist way more than we though. He played everything from the Beatles to Post Malone. Overall a great way to spend a lazy Sunday.
Service was great! Food was ok, dishes and glasses were dirty upon seating, but wait staff quickly changed them out. Food came out a little slow and drink wait was long. Nice ambiance and selection of menu items.
The magician was what makes this place great, the service was okay. Got plastic/paper cups for our kids, with paper straws- would have liked regular glasses. Food was good.
