Everything was excellent with great service. Highly recommend!
Appetizers were great! Steaks over cooked and not to order. Service was really good too.
The menu had an adequate amount of selections. The burnt ends macaroni and cheese and bread pudding were delish. Our server, Craig, was great and provided great customer service.
Cena después de los parques
Fantastic!!! Good food, good service!!!! Definitely a new favorite.
Easily the worst service I have had in years.
The ineptitude of the staff was legendary.
We waited 60 mins just to get our drink order in.
Disappointed but the HRH@Universal once again the ONLY reason anyone stays here is the Express pass quality has gone way down hill at this resort.
Wonderful experience! Staff was welcoming, our drinks were never empty! Food was delicious!
After being seated in the further table from everyone near a waiter's station with a child seat in view, we waited for several minutes before being acknowledged. Once our server finally made an appearance, I ordered the exact same menu item that I had had two days before for lunch - a chopped wedge salad add steak as a protein. This item was identical in price and description as the lunch menu. The sever said I would need to order a $50.00 steak and substitute a wedge salad as a side. I told him that that is not how I needed to order for lunch. I proceeded to pull out my receipt from lunch and asked him to duplicate the order exactly as it indicated on the receipt. After he looked at the receipt, he came up with some excuse that the previous server pressed "some button" to make the order work, but that he was under to do the same thing. Baffled and hangry, we left without ordering or eating. His asked us to please stay as he wanted us to enjoy ourselves at the restaurant. I told him, I am NOT enjoying myself and said "Good night."
Mediocre food, horrible service
Unfortunately not a good experience, very disappointing specially as locals, we choose The Kitchen because we took family there for dinner because they came to visit Universal!
Food was great! We ate lunch there on our last day. Good portion sizes and restaurant was quite. Waitstaff was excellent.
Great food and service!!
Very good meal overall, the birthday dessert for our daughter was very cute.
Server was friendly and energetic with our birthday dessert!
Our server was FANTASTIC! The food was great! The ambiance was amazing! The only complaint I had was it was freezing in there when we came in. But absolutely no other complaints! We are going back tomorrow!
It was our daughter’s 21st birthday. We had to remind the staff of it, and then after spending over $350, party of 9, we went to leave and parking wanted to charge $48! My husband had to call the hotel to verify and it was only then after letting them know that we had just come for dinner, that if your meal was over $35 it could be validated by the restaurant. It would be nice to know that while AT the restaurant. Food was edible but nothing spectacular. Overall was a bit disappointing.
Steak was asked to be Medium and was delivered out rare twice. Had several issues with my payment that cause me to have to walk back and forth to the card reader to enter my pin (I’ve never had to do that at a restaurant). My bill was also originally mixed up. For a $120 meal that was entirely forgettable and an overall painstaking experience.
Wedding next day brunch.
Was great place and great food.
Great breakfast, service was great. The food was fresh and you could get made to order pancakes , waffles, omelets and eggs. Great for families.
Food fresh and delicious and server attentive !!!
Stephen in training was efficient & friendly. Great food & service. Excellent choice!
Great service! Easy to get into eat when there were long lines to eat in the parks.
Our waitress was first annoyed that we were seated outside of her area, but she was pleasant during our direct interactions.
Great food and service. Highly recommended if you are near the Universal Studios area or Hard Rock Hotel.
Excellent food and service. Our waiter, Billy, was extremely helpful with our food allergy (Gluten). They had good options for us to choose from. Nice touch to provide a birthday dessert for my daughter.
It wasn’t bad for dinner, but wasn’t great. Especially for the price.
Food was good. Drinks were a little pricey. Would go back.
A nice restaurant to get away from all the theme park hustle and bustle.
Both the service and food was excellent!
Simple food choices. Not a wide variety, but delicious. Breakfast is better than dinner.
Our server Bryan was only on his first week and he was great!
Great dining at the Hard Rock. Ate there many times during our visit and all meals were excellent.
We enjoyed the Family Style Buffet. The food was delicious. The waiter had our plates refilled without even asking. It was an amazing experience. We highly recommend everyone trying it out as it’s worth every penny.
Great option while at the hotel. Food was excellent.
Great to eat. If you can't get reservations over. Service and food were excellent. We ate there multiple times during our stay. Family breakfast is amazing if you have a bunch of hungry people!!
We LOVED our breakfast at The Kitchen. This was our departure day so we wanted to fill up before leaving for our flight and this was the perfect option. The staff was so friendly and attentive. I cannot wait to recommend this place to all of my clients for an excellent breakfast with tons of options served family style.
With an almost empty restaurant, they somehow managed to take one hour put actually put food on our table. This was breakfast so our order was pretty simple on a limited menu. Our total stay was about one and one-half hours. The food was OK but otherwise a waste of time.
It was very nice! I love the Family buffet, gave us a lot of options for breakfast and that omelette, omg 😋 was so nice 😎 Definitely will come back
Great experience. We were staying at a different Universal Hotel and made reservations on open table. Were seated promptly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was friendly and the servers were extremely personable and helpful with gluten free options for some in our party. The menu selection was excellent and all the meals were beyond our expectations. Dessert menu was amazing. We will definitely dine here again.
Food was Surprisingly very good service was excellent
