Excellent food and good service. Have tables outside for those who would prefer outdoor dinning right now.
We went for the family style breakfast and loved it. Definitely the right decision with three teenage boys.
The service was amazing. We brought my nephew who's a very picky eater and the server totally understood and made the experience perfect. The food came out quickly and was delish!
Dennis was incredible, the new Chef did a phenomenal job. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and highly recommend it.
We ate the Thanksgiving dinner and it was wonderful. Great combo of a traditional thanksgiving meal with flourish. Everything was delicious.
Was very pleasant and enjoyable. Our waiter was amazing!
Good food, but the service was just so so considering the bill was $330 for 4 people.
Nice meal. Small portions and they forgot our salad course and didn’t offer a discount. Still we enjoyed overall.
The best food we had on our 4 day Universal trip! Steak was a good surprise.
Our service was the best we've had in a long while! My tea glass never got empty before I received a new one, with a new straw!
We are here twice on our trip. It was delicious. We had the same server both night nights, Bryan. He is great he remeber our drink orders from the night before. The tuna was awesome! We felt welcomed and not rushed. It is rare to feel like a regular while eating on vacation.
Had a great time and had Jonathan as our server.
The service was top notch! Our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had a great evening. The food was delicious; everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The only downside is it was a little pricey.
I had lunch on a Thursday. There were two other tables in the entire restaurant. It took 35 minutes for our food-2 cold sandwiches and a flatbread.
$70+ for their breakfast that is exactly the same tasting as IHOP is a waste. Service was good, just blah food. I miss the buffet.
The meal was wonderful! We have eaten here before and the food is always good!
Everything was received as ordered. Food was wonderful. I thought cheeseburgers would be like cafe but I was wrong. Cafe is still better. But everyone was happy with their order.
One of the best restaurants in city. The foods are delicious and their service is excellent!
Great service and food was good.
Better meal than in the nearby parks and a short walk with plenty of socially distanced outdoor seating for dining during Covid-19. Highly recommend a lunch here mid-day when the parks are crowded.
Our family of 8 was very pleased with the service and food at The Kitchen. We are here 3 times during our 3 night stay and each time was very good. The waiters and waitresses were friendly and helpful as was the hostess. Will come back on our next trip.
Family dinner after the parks
We decided to eat two appetizers but they give you so much food, we couldn't order dinner. Very full. Will go back and order just entrees!
We always look forward to dining at The Kitchen. The service is excellent and the food is consistently good. The mac and cheese is amazing!!
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for our vacation to universal Studios ths week. Our dinner at the kitchen was delicious. I had a filet med rare with mushrooms in a red wine demgkace that was mouth watering. My husband enjoyed the salmon and my son had pasta. Craig was our waiter and did a great job taking care of us.
Service was great but the food was subpar. I expected more flavor and "wow" factor for Hard Rock and the price. Portions were huge which was great but it just meant we had a lot of so-so food that we didn't enjoy eating. We didn't bother taking the leftovers. I had heard great things about their macaroni and cheese and that was one of the items we got. The cheese was bland and soupy. No additional seasonings used. Just overall meh.
Food was great and service was too.
Great brunch at the Hard Rock. Nice menu-salmon was excellent, egg fishes were also great. Awesome server, nice table.
Despite the restaurant being at half capacity at best. The service was very slow. Drinks took a long time to come. But our waiter kept disappearing. Twice we had to get someone else to help us or ask someone to have our waiter come to our table. We just sat most of the time waiting. We were going to order dessert but it took so long for him to come back to take the dessert order we were just ready to get out of there. I wouldn’t recommend this place honestly. And it’s too bad because the food is decent.
Very nice dinner. Jeremy our server was excellent- food was very good and prices reasonable for the cool atmosphere of the Hard Rock Hotel!
I wasn’t sure what to expect with the changing circumstances but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was still great the food was still a great quality. They definitely adhered to social distancing guidelines with the table spacing. I was very comfortable and can’t wait to come back for the holidays!
The food was good, service was great, and it is conveniently located. A good alternative if you are staying in the hotel. High quality food in a casual atmosphere.
The breakfast was nothing special. The eggs benedict was overcooked on the eggs and English muffin. French toast was good
All though the food was very tasty, the service was extremely slow.
This was our favorite meal of our entire vacation!! Food, ambiance and service!! Manager Chris & our server Rachid were the best!! This is the best kept secret in all of Universal. Will definitely go back and suggest you try it too!!
Breakfast was amazing.
Food was ok. Limited menu. I think this is more of a late night place for drinks.
Awesome food and the service as well. Our waiter, Craig was the best!!!
