The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel
Serving over 100 different wines and 35 wines by the glass plus a wide variety of signature cocktails with fresh ingredients, you'll have trouble selecting just one to enjoy. Lil' rockers have their own special place to hang out plus enjoy special entertainment on select nights. The Kitchen's walls are adorned with culinary-themed memorabilia from the hotel's many celebrity guests.
Always good dinning!
Don’t waste your time or money!
Extremely slow service and extremely bad quality food. I got the tuna expecting something of higher quality. The vegetables and rice were not eatable. Not what you would expect for these prices.
Food was cold!
Food was great! Our server Jeremy was awesome as well!
Food is really below average. The service is great.
We had dinner before a show at the Hard Rock. Our server was top notch and made our dining experience great. We ordered a bottle of wine that was corked. The manager came by to personally apologize. He was sincere and made us feel valued. We all had burgers and they were very good. They are a little on the pricy side, but for a venue at Universal, you would expect to pay more. The next time we attend a show at the Hard Rock, we will dine at The Kitchen. They validate your parking and you avoid having to walk through the crowds to get to the show. It is a win-win in my book!
Food was yummy. Service was great. Will definitely be back.
I love it it’s was beautiful however. I just believe for what I ate the price wasn’t worth it however I’ll probably do it again anyway! The atmosphere is worth it
I love The Kitchen. Mid-priced option at the Hard Rock Hotel which is just what I needed. I've eaten here several years in a row and it's a great option. The food is delicious comfort food that's cooked to a high standard. The wine list is a bit pricey for the wines offered but it serves it's purpose. The wait staff is great. Overall, one of my go-to option at Universal.
Nice atmosphere outside. Waiter was great with our kids, and food was very good!!!
Kids loved the magic tricks. Did take a long time. 8:30 arrival - 10:45 departure. Took 20 minutes to change us from high top table. Reservation was for 6 adults 2 children and they had us at a high top table. Other than that it was great.
Food was iffy, good one day, just ok the next. Same thing with service. This is a great place for families with kids, a bit disappointing for those of us who don’t have little kids. It’s dark and the ambience isn’t very nice.
The service was great, food choices were broad. Really enjoyed this restaurant.
Great breakfast buffet, very good value for the price. We were so stuffed we had to rest in our hotel room after visiting, so much good food we had to try
Food was delicious, waitress was very nice, love eating here.
The food service was very slow and the food quality was sub par at best. Very disappointing.
great place for families with young kids, they have a playroom with games and toys for kids to play with while the parents dine. Service and food was good too....
Overall one of the better choices at UO.
Gotta love all the music. Food at UO is pretty bad overall, hard to find any healthy choices some accommodation here. Cauliflower Tempura was awesome! Stuff too salty of course goes with the territory. But we ate dinner here 3 days in a row. Mainly because it is a great atmosphere good service and better food than anywhere else at UO.
Great experience - food was delicious and service was excellent.
The Kitchen exceeded our expectations! Deviled eggs and wedge salad were delicious. Filet was outstanding. Kids enjoyed their mac & cheese too. They wanted to go back the next night. The magician was a a nice bonus for the kids. Service was fantastic!
It was amazing as always! The service, food and atmosphere never disappoint....the Brussels sprouts were so delicious...the gluten free pasta was very tasty, not too hard and dry like some others. 2 in our party had the chicken noodle soup and loved it, could definitely tell it was homemade....overall fantastic experience!
The eggs benedict and hashbrowns were delicious!
The Kitchen was the perfect restaurant after a full day at Universal Studios. They were completely flexible when we asked to change our dinner reservation (later time and increased the number of people) earlier in the day. The table was perfect, the service outstanding, and the food hit the spot. The atmosphere was fun and the value was just what we were looking for. We are so happy we booked our Saturday night dinner during our Universal Studios vacation at The Kitchen!
2nd time eating here. Nice casual atmosphere, excellent service. Wife ordered the ribs and the serving temp was in the food temperature danger zone. 100 degrees max. Fully cooked, just not served at the right temp. Appears someone in the production flow failed to properly heat them up prior to service.
Terrific drinks and menu that satisfied the finickiest of eaters!
Terrible service. Took over two hours to get our food and pay. Server disappeared constantly.
Stopped in for dinner while staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. The meal was great (beef filet and shrimp/scallop skewer) and our server (Ashley) was fantastic! Great, relaxing, enjoyable dinner!!
As the only "kid friendly" onsite dining option for the Hard Rock Hotel, this place is OK...but could be much better.
Kids loved the magician!
Godo food. Very good service. Nice and friendly waiter’s service too. I’d strongly recommend it.
Server Johnathan was great !
The magician Doug was AMAZING ! Our kids loved his show and so did we ! Food was great and atmosphere of the hotel was great.
My friend and I were hungry after a day at the parks. The restaurant we wanted to return to had an hour wait. We hadn’t yet eaten at The Kitchen during this stay. We made an immediate reservation via Open Table. We were seated right away. Our sever Ryan was great. We had yummy foods like the pretzel and corn bread, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, and Mac and Cheese. We would have had the shrimp tacos too, but we had already had enough food. Ryan has great beverage recommendations. The Kitchen gave us a season pass holder discount. Thumbs up all around. We will return on our next trip to the Hard Rock next summer. Thank you.
This place is hidden on the he first floor of the Hard rock hotel. The food is prepared with mastery! The waiters and waitresses ate second to none anticipating your next sip. Just a really nice, relaxing hidden gem in the Hard Rock Hotel, Orlando!
It was wonderful
Have to at least try the kitchen sink cake. It is huge, but really good. Four of us only made a dent in ours.
