Everything was received as ordered. Food was wonderful. I thought cheeseburgers would be like cafe but I was wrong. Cafe is still better. But everyone was happy with their order.
Great service and food was good.
Better meal than in the nearby parks and a short walk with plenty of socially distanced outdoor seating for dining during Covid-19. Highly recommend a lunch here mid-day when the parks are crowded.
Our family of 8 was very pleased with the service and food at The Kitchen. We are here 3 times during our 3 night stay and each time was very good. The waiters and waitresses were friendly and helpful as was the hostess. Will come back on our next trip.
Family dinner after the parks
We decided to eat two appetizers but they give you so much food, we couldn't order dinner. Very full. Will go back and order just entrees!
We always look forward to dining at The Kitchen. The service is excellent and the food is consistently good. The mac and cheese is amazing!!
We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for our vacation to universal Studios ths week. Our dinner at the kitchen was delicious. I had a filet med rare with mushrooms in a red wine demgkace that was mouth watering. My husband enjoyed the salmon and my son had pasta. Craig was our waiter and did a great job taking care of us.
Service was great but the food was subpar. I expected more flavor and "wow" factor for Hard Rock and the price. Portions were huge which was great but it just meant we had a lot of so-so food that we didn't enjoy eating. We didn't bother taking the leftovers. I had heard great things about their macaroni and cheese and that was one of the items we got. The cheese was bland and soupy. No additional seasonings used. Just overall meh.
Food was great and service was too.
Great brunch at the Hard Rock. Nice menu-salmon was excellent, egg fishes were also great. Awesome server, nice table.
Despite the restaurant being at half capacity at best. The service was very slow. Drinks took a long time to come. But our waiter kept disappearing. Twice we had to get someone else to help us or ask someone to have our waiter come to our table. We just sat most of the time waiting. We were going to order dessert but it took so long for him to come back to take the dessert order we were just ready to get out of there. I wouldn’t recommend this place honestly. And it’s too bad because the food is decent.
Very nice dinner. Jeremy our server was excellent- food was very good and prices reasonable for the cool atmosphere of the Hard Rock Hotel!
I wasn’t sure what to expect with the changing circumstances but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was still great the food was still a great quality. They definitely adhered to social distancing guidelines with the table spacing. I was very comfortable and can’t wait to come back for the holidays!
The food was good, service was great, and it is conveniently located. A good alternative if you are staying in the hotel. High quality food in a casual atmosphere.
The breakfast was nothing special. The eggs benedict was overcooked on the eggs and English muffin. French toast was good
All though the food was very tasty, the service was extremely slow.
This was our favorite meal of our entire vacation!! Food, ambiance and service!! Manager Chris & our server Rachid were the best!! This is the best kept secret in all of Universal. Will definitely go back and suggest you try it too!!
Breakfast was amazing.
Food was ok. Limited menu. I think this is more of a late night place for drinks.
Awesome food and the service as well. Our waiter, Craig was the best!!!
Great staff, welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and served in a timely fashion. The cocktails were very good as well. Our waiter was wonderful.
Everything was great, we had 7 adults and 5 kids. We had two tables near each other because of social distancing we couldn’t all sit together which was fine. The server was great just very busy. We had reservations somewhere else for dessert and had to send one adult with the children so we didn’t miss that reservation because we waited a while for the check.
Food was over the top delicious, wish I could live there
It was pretty good.
we waited an hour for drinks in an empty restaurant. 2 people ordered burgers and they were as dry as cotton balls. Their signature dessert was over sweet and you could taste the granulated sugar. The bill was outrageous, almost $400 for 4 adults and 2 kids. NEVER again.
Our waiter Craig was excellent and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. And we asked for a lot! The food was steaming hot when brought out and was truly delicious. The experience was very positive overall.
The wait staff was wonderful! The food was delicious! Will definitely eat there again!
We have always loved the Kitchen, but with no buffet and such POOR waiter service, we will not be coming back. It took so long to eat breakfast, and it was just due to an inattentive waiter.
Too long of a wait anywhere in CityWalk. Someone had mentioned the Kitchen burger. It said 1/2 pound but there was nothing special. For $18.50 it was plain and cheese and boring. Nothing special. The Covid Menu was very boring and not much available.
great food and the best most attentive server ever!!!..
Great food and fabulous service! Our waiter remembered us from the previous night and the fact that my son had allergies and it was his birthday. All staff were super friendly. The salmon was especially delicious.
We had a great lunch. The employees were so nice
We have been to Universal Orlando several times but never eaten at The Kitchen. This is probably the best restaurant we have patronized at Universal Orlando. Food great, service great and value for what you get was very good. We regret we did not go back during our visit to eat here again. Keep up the good work chefs and wait staff!
Our server was the best. I loved the atmosphere. Chicken sausage was a little dry but otherwise food was great.
Our server was AWESOME!! He went above and beyond. We asked for "big" ice cubes, and he went out of his way to ensure each of the 5 drinks we ordered had what we asked for. He was attentive, friendly, and very professional. Our meal and over experience was better because of him.
Our waiter was amazing. On top of every need we had. Embodied the Love All, serve all spirit.
