Great service and food. Would definitely go back next time in New York.
Ketch has become a regularly for me to dine with friends, family, and colleagues. Great variety on the menu and so far all the meals I have tried have been exceptionally good. The service staff are very attentive and always pleasant to deal with. In the summer or they have a roof top dining area. This was a great find that was recommended by a friend. Enjoy.
The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was very good. We all had the salmon and each was prepared differently and very tasty and fresh. The deserts were standard but enjoyed by all. The restaurant is attached to a hotel and has an open feel with large window front. I would have preferred the Frangelico in a snifter and not a shot glass but believe that was just due to experience.
Food and staff excellent! I am a regular with clients, and I am never disappointed.
We came at Christmas day for lunch, quiet. Except a few tables, group with kids. Not noisy at all. Food & service excellent!! Despite the rest room is located at hotel lobby. However, we could take pics w/ tall christmas tree. Having a good time!
Excellent food and excellent service! Excellent food and excellent service!
Great place for my daughter and friends to celebrate her Sweet 16. We had spend a lengthy day sightseeing and shopping and needed a nice place with a good meal and some nice wine for the adults. I️ would definitely dine there again and recommend it to others . The girls loved the food, decor and outside patio for photos!
I go to Ketch Brewhouse any chance I get - good food, great service and the owners greet you as if you were family.
Food was sub-par. It was empty on a Friday night.
We hosted a dinner for 8 on a Sunday evening. They seated us in the back room and we had the place to ourselves, so it was very quiet and private. Service was very attentive and the food was fresh and well-prepared. They have a very comprehensive menu. Everyone found something they liked. Favorites were the lobster roll, the angel hair pasta with shrimp and the pistachio crusted salmon. Dessert favorite was the Chocolate Fantasy - a combination of chocolate mousse and vanilla bourbon mousse.
Since I've been here several times, the servers are extra nice. My only compliant re service is because it's not busy at lunch, they can forget you're there. In terms of the food, very fresh (seafood) and creative. A great addition to the neighborhood!
Restaurant service was not great. Lunch menu should include a soup.
Was an amazing experience. Food was wonderful. Drinks were good Too But the Terrace was the Place to be.
Excellent service. We loved the old Ketch on Pearl. They are back, updated menu, very nice space, the same warm excellent service. We will definitely book dinner again.
Had a business breakfast with a client. Good service and Good food. I would come back to the Ketch again.
Excellent tuna two ways!
Ketch had an expansive beer selection, and the appetizers were tasty. My friend and I caught up at the bar, where we took in the city views while enjoying our drinks. Overall, it was a solid post-work choice!
I met friends recently for an early dinner and we all enjoyed our evening at the Ketch. The place is nicely decorated and was quiet enough for us to have a good conversation. Appetizers and entrees were very good and we enjoyed our happy hour cocktails. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and didn't rush us out of the restaurant. I recommend the Ketch for a very pleasant dinner.
It's your typical sports bar with food. It was nothing spectacular. I had the blackened Chicken tacos. Very average. Service was OK.
I had a great experience dining with my family. The food was great, the scene was vibrant and the service was everything you could ask for.
Food was pretty good, service was sub-par
Ok good and service. Nice location, but for prices expected more.
I miss the sea bass with white beans and escarole entree that used to be on the menu at the old Ketch. Otherwise, always good at the Ketch. Food is fresh and beautiful; portions are perfect and good value for the money. Lovely atmosphere and excellent wait service.
We arrived in time for our 10 am brunch appointment and the restaurant was barely filled. The gentleman who came up to us asked if we wanted a table. He then left us in the empty reception area of the restaurant - which may have had 10 guests at tables - for 7 minutes. We actually decided that our business was not welcome so we left.
I really enjoyed my dining experience! The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious, especially the fish and shrimp tacos!
Good place for after work cocktails. Food was average bar fair.
The waitress was incredibly rude and the order came out incorrect and we had to send it back.
Nice neighborhood option. Food was all tasty and reasonably priced. Not a Michelin star gourmet celebrity chef type of place, but a good reliable neighborhood option. Friendly service. The only thing was that I went on a weekend evening, and it was dead. Apparently Mon-Fri are pretty bustling, but it's completely empty on weekends. So, good if you like to have the restaurant all to yourself, but not much of a vibe.
My friends and I had the steak and it was very, very good. Highly recommended!
very nice atmosphere, good food, great service
Coming to this restaurant was very last minute. We had resetvations for a different one, but it looked way too casual for the event. In the end, we were very happy we chose The Ketch.
Ahi tuna salad was meh. Nice outdoor spot. Wished it could have been more.
Quality of food what not what I expected from a New York restaurant, it tasted more like "hotel food" that could be pretty much anywhere. Bit disappointing. Staff was friendly though. Atmosphere is very corporate (business after hour) young crowd of professionals..
Amazing for bottomless brunch. Can't wait for roof top to open.
So glad that a new incarnation of the Captain's Ketch has opened just a few blocks from it's former home. In the new Four Points hotel, complete with two levels of outdoor seating, the new Ketch is more laid back and welcoming than the old location. The menu is quite extensive between bar bites, pizzas, seafood, pastas, salads, burgers, etc. So far in three visits we've had the mozzarella sticks, goat cheese omelette and pulled pork (brunch), crab cake, shrimp cocktail, and the Brewhouse burger. All of these were out of this world.
