Father’s Day

First date night in awhile and we had a great time. Food was great and the ambiance was nice

Food and service were great!

We had an amazing experience! This was our first date night out since COVID-19, and the Keg Yaletown did a fantastic job at making us feel safe, welcome, and special. Everything was perfect!

Great food at a great value (especially for Yaletown). I miss the ambience before physical distancing but appreciate what they’re doing to be open and keep everyone safe. Glad to be back!

Anniversary

It was great to go out finally and The Keg did a great job making everyone feel comfortable and I was more than happy with the safety measures they have taken. Our server did a great job and was very attentive and the steaks were great.

My steak dinner was honestly disappointing. I normally LOVE the steak when I visit the Keg. First it was raw (and I mean cool to the touch) and when it came back it was really tough to chew. I always have my steak cooked to the chefs recommendations so it was disappointing.

KEG is consistently good

Every steak was cooked as ordered... fabulous food and great service from the time we entered the restaurant. The Keg never disappoints. Thank you

Requested something "fun" for appies and drinks yet we were seated in the dining room on the 2nd floor! We asked to see the Happy Hour menu and were advised it was not available. We asked to be moved - the entire restaurant was empty. Instead the restaurant opted to "offer" us happy hour where we were. It felt like they only looked at the number of guests (14) and none of the comments.

Service was amazing! Naiomi was just delightful. Always good at The Keg!

A must visit when in Vancouver. It's one of our favourite restaurants wherever we go but this location always seems better. Food was outstanding, seated quickly with a reservation and the service was great.

Tired and expensive - but still reliable. A great location and good service. But gone are the days of a good meal at a reasonable price...now its an expensive meal at a restaurant that's showing its age (both the chain and the location). The prices are now at the entry level of much better steak dining experiences in Vancouver...so the Keg needs to "add some Wow" to keep me coming back.

Love coming to this location! Found our group was in an awkward area for our table but still had a lot of fun.

When we arrived the hostess seemed very bored and was not very gracious or helpful at all. We still waited for 15 minutes even though we had a reservation and still had to ask if we would be aeated soon. Our waiter forgot about our bread and the food took forever to come BUT it was really good as always. Liked the location and the food but the service was not what we have come to expect for a Keg

Wonderful dinner and service as always!! Favorite restaurant for family dinners.

Frankie was the sweetest. Thank you for checking up on us throughout our meal. Our reservation was at 930pm, but we got seated just before 10pm. There were a lot of people around us waiting, as it is one of the busiest times of the year, we were understanding. They had wine and appetizers for us while we waited which was nice. Worth the wait. Thanks!

We are very happy and satisfied with the service that we received. Food is good. Marah our server is vey good at what she do. Great personality, jolly and full of energy. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time - first time to yaletown Keg. Amazed at the size of the place. Happy not to have music blaring so we could talk amongst ourselves.

Had an incredible experience tonight. The service was outstanding! I believe our server/ bartender was named Matt. We sat on the Upper Level of The Keg with a great view of Vancouver. Highly recommended 5*

Steak was excellent! Vegetables seemed undercooked, tomatoes soggy. Excellent service. Didn’t like the floor didn’t have bathroom

Mitch our server was excellent! Professional & engaging. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Steaks were done to perfection as ordered. The portions of accompaniments were generous and the veggies were perfectly cooked. It was the best ambiance of any Keg I have been to as it's all divided into smaller quaint sections. My one and only complaint is that there were pits in the lemon wedges which shows a lack of professionalism and brought my score down from a 5 to a 4. I am a high profile professional chef so these details matter to me.

Came here for the last night of DineOut 2020! The food was really good. Mushroom soup that only comes out during DineOut — highly recommend! Prime Rib and Sirloin were made perfectly medium rare. Dessert - can’t go wrong with Billy Miner Pie!

As with most restaurants these days, until we asked for
the service staff to slow it down, it was all bang bam thank you mam. DO NOT clear plates until ALL of the guests have finished eating. DO NOT ask for a meal order immediately upon wine being ordered, or even after being served for that matter. DO NOT ask if we want dessert when clearing our main course. Hope you get the gist of my message. SLOW IT DOWN. In addition the sirloin steak dine out selection was fatty and tough. Nice ambience though.

I already wrote my complaint Penalizing us for wanting a table away from the bassinette when there were at least 6 empty 4 seaters and then sticking us in the dungeon room- very disappointing. Its not like by moving to a diffeent 4 seater we were taking someone elses spot-- there was still ours available .
Whoever was the seating manager on Friday Jan 31 should be told they are a idiot

Service overall was excellent. As a vegetarian there were limited options ( to be expected ) but lots of tasty vegetable options. I was more than satisfied with a Caesar Salad, perfect baked potato and a delicious gnocchi side with vegetables.
My hubby had a sirloin, perfectly cooked with a potato and it was delicious by all accounts.
Our server Sean, was polite, efficient, friendly and professional.
This restaurant is quite large -spanning over 4 floors - but the dining still has a great intimate feel. I havent been to a Keg in many years. This location is the Keg Flagship location and was a pleasant surprise.

Service was exceptional and well paced. Food was very good

The only negative was that the child's menu burger was very burnt and the bun looked as if it was smashed. It was barely edible.
