My wife and i decided to go to the Keg to Celebrat Mothers day and our 25th Anniversary and we were very disappointed with our meal. My wife got the 8oz sirloin with a lobster tail. The steak was way over cooked and the lobster tail was rubbery,i had the 18oz prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and a side of fries. I had to send my prime rib back as it was cold so i told the waitress and she took my plate back to have them make a new one,once it arrived at the table it was nice and hot but i ordered it medium and at best it was medium rare and so much fat,basically every bite was a chunck of fat. Prime rib has fat but not every bite so at this point we were pretty fed up as it took us 40 min to be seated after having a reservation and another 20 to take our drink orders and about an hour to receive our food after we ordered. Needless to say the overall experience was not a good one and we will not be returning. 200 dollars for our meal with tip and we didnt even have a drink. Not Happy Keg especially when we were celebrating our 25th and had been looking forward to this all week.

We were disappointed for a fine dining experience with reservations. We waited 15 minutes to be seated with reservations. The food took 30 minutes to arrive. The manager (male person dressed and checking to see how things were after the shattering of glass/plates) reached over my parties food to give me my food - unacceptable reaching over anybody to give food. The noise level was too loud. No excuse for Mother's Day. Didn't look like much caution of sanitary and hygiene etiquette which the 101 rule in the food industry. Managers cleaning and setting up tables without gloves so wondering when did they clean their hands. Meticulous food critic

I would like to thank Kendall and staff for a wonderful Mother's Day experience this afternoon! It was a pleasure having her as a server. She made our dining experience like we were her only table even though we watched the restaurant fill up. Kendall was very personable. I loved how she presented the way we wanted our steak & prime rib cooked and eash accompaniment. So fluid & refreshing. Thanks again for another delicious meal from the kitchen staff as well.

The only booking we could get was patio. The weather turned windy and cold just as our meals arrived. The staff was more than happy to clear a table inside and allow us to move in order to enjoy our more meal.

We always have a great experience when we go my sister-in-law really enjoyed it. I love the food. The ambience and the service was excellent thank you for the consistency.

As always. we had a great meal and dining experience at the riverside Keg. The food was outstanding, the server was attentive and professional, the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping-lively in the bar area & quaint and cozy in the booth. We will definitely be back!
