Our server was amazing. We had a reservation for 8:15 and didn’t get seated until about 8:35. Other than that everything was great.

The food and atmosphere is always better at the Howard location. Downtown is for children and the punks. I will continue you go, but only to the Devonshire location.

The best thing about The Keg is that you always know you are going to get a perfectly cooked steak and delicious accompaniments regardless of which Keg you walk into. We've been to Keg's in Toronto, Ajax and Windsor before and during the pandemic and its always consistently great. I don't know how they train their chefs, cooks and wait staff but they should bottle and sell that process to other companies in or outside of food services.

Meal and service were good. Steak had a little more fat on it for the first time that I've had and the broccoli was outright burnt. Server offered more, dinner was done by then, took it anyway and my dog had some steak fat and broccoli.

Always enjoy our time at the Keg, food and drinks are quite good. I am finding that the prices continue to increase making it more difficult to justify going unless it is a special occasion.

I reserved a table 2 months in advance to be sure I got a table in the dining area. In stead We got put in the bar area right across from the waitresses station. I was not impressed. So I complained to our waitress and she moved us to the dining area. The waiter was very professional and he made sure the rest of the night for us was enjoyable. Hi name was James.

Our nachos and sliders were delicious! Our server (Patrick I think his name is) in the Bar side section @Devonshire Windsor was great! He didn’t hover but always made sure we were taken care of!

I ordered the Classic Teriyaki Steak and the waitress never brought me my casesar salad I ordered with it. We had appetizers as well so I did not realize it till we were heading home.

We have enjoyed the Keg for many years, celebrating birthdays , anniversaries and have never ever had any complaints. This last visit we had we were so very disappointed in the food . My husband had the special and it was full of Grisel and fat but we were with other people and he didnt want to complain.

When we arrived about five minutes early to our 4:15 reservations, they made myself and my 90 year old grandmother wait almost ten minutes past our reservation to be seated. They seated others who came in without reservations and we were not pleased. When questioned, they told me they were getting the table ready. I don’t think I will return. The service set the mood for the dining experience.
