Our Server was amazing but may we feel she have had extra tables assigned to her during our visit. Just a couple of meal issues we did not mention to our server. I ordered steak/grilled shrimp as my main - the shrimp were very over cooked. My daughter’s filet was rare (was ordered medium rare). Husband ordered a non-alcoholic beverage that never arrived. Everything was delicious otherwise.

The prime rib was absolutely the best ever and my daughter's steak was done to perfection. Sides were awesome. Snow crab was just ok. Some.of the shellsl were soft and hard to split. the Billy miner pie was great to share. Mmmm, that prime rib!

My drink was made wrong , the mushrooms Neptune which is usually too hot to eat was stone cold in the middle we had to ask if we still get the bread for the table and there was way too much dressing clumped in the middle of my husbands salad and my salad had hardly any dressing and only 3 croutons and the lettuce was brown and wilty. The only bright spot for us was the waitress was great

It was my wifes and I first time dining at the Keg. We were celebrating my birthday, and this was the highlight of the day for me. Great meal, great service, the restaurant has a nice private feel to it, and the waiter gave us a perfect suggestion for wine to go with our meal. The experience had us leaving with more joy and laughter then when we first stepped into the restaurant.

I’m an avid griller and can’t say I’ve ever went any were that I thought the steaks were as good as what I can cook until last night! Grilled to perfection, and one of the best rib steaks/bone in that I’ve had to this day! We had a great server and everything to impress the lady for Valentine’s Day was perfect. I was not at all impressed with our experience at The Keg for our Valentine's dinner. It was very crowded and noisy (which is to be expected on one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants). Understanding it was a very busy night, I can see why our server was not by our table very often. That being said, it took a very long time for our complimentary bread to come out, and then shortly after, our appetizer arrived. I was mistaken in thinking this meant our food would be out shortly as well. When our food arrived, I was very disappointed in the selection of "seasonal vegetables" (beets and green beans) and you could tell by the texture of the mashed potatoes that they had been sitting for a long time. The chicken I ordered was very over-seasoned (salty) and very wet. I did not finish the meal. My partner had a burger and fries which is very mediocre in general. Most of this could be forgiven if it weren't for the price. It is a crime for them to be charging what they do for these meals. The only reason I wasn't more upset was that we were using a gift card to pay for the meal. I will not be spending my own money at the restaurant again when there are so many better non-chain options in my area.

My honey took me out for an early Valentine Day supper. Our waiter was very pleasant. Ordered our appetizer which unfortunately came to us on an unwashed plate!! There was someone's else's sticky food on the appetizer plate! Not sure how that wasn't noticed in the kitchen. Lost my appetite! They did however bring us a fresh appetizer but at that point I was turned off. Dinner plates were served and it was good but I wasn't very hungry so I took most home. Disappointed to say the least.
