   Carter was our waiter. He service was the best we have had. His timing was great, not pushing us to order. Very polite. Very communicative with the orders and it’s timing. Very attentive but not overly. Food was great as well. The device from carter was outstanding.

   The service was amazing. Our waiter was nice, polite and very profesionnal. But, I had much better food for the price we paid. My steak was cooked to perfection but the quality of the meat was poor. It was hard and had barely no taste.i will not be going back.

    Easy access/parking. Service was fast/efficient and courteous. Steak seasoning was good but parts of our steaks were very chewy (we ordered the top sirloin classic). Would still go back.

    A bit problematic to begin with the reservation was for the bar they seated us in the dining room at a table for two with large table on either side of us with small children It took a bit of begging and coaxing to finally get a nap ce table…had a manager called over.. very unreasonable explanations and they wouldn’t give us s table set for 3 … but then gave us a booth for 4. After we were seated the waiter was terrific the food as bd wine perfect . Kitchen way more accommodating then reception.

    Three of us dined in the bar area at 3:00pm. Took advantage of the bar specials (wines, Caesar and shrimp cocktail) which were at a reduced price. All of the food was served in a timely fashion and was hot. The waiter was friendly and efficient.

    TOO MUCH SALT ! Couldn’t finish steak. Way over salted. When we mentioned our steaks were over salted we were offered a complimentary dessert. Nice touch but I’d prefer to be able to eat steaks. Isn’t that why people go there?

    The hamburger and the Billy miner pie were excellent as usual. I ordered the filet mignon medium rare but it arrived medium well. When I pointed it out, the manager came immediately and told me he was sorry and asked if I wanted another made and it would take 8-10 minutes. I agreed. The second steak was made perfectly. When it was time to pay they did not charge me for the steak or the dessert that I ordered. In Montreal I would say it is excellent customer relation way beyond what you get in this city. We will be back.

    Food order was messed up, steak was not cooked as per the order, side dishes were wrong. Quality of the steak was very good, just had no spices on any of the steaks. Maybe just an off night

    We love the Keg always excellent except this time!! Asked for booth but got table near fireplace which was nice but too noisy & table not clean! My sirloin was not Medium but Medium rare. Asked for mashed potatoes but got twice baked.

    Excellent food quality and service, as always (not our first time here). Only problem was special coffees after dinner were room temperature, however the waiter removed the cost of them from the bill and also replaced mine (my wife had already finished hers and did not want another one, although it was also offered to her).

    Way too loud in the restaurant It’s difficult to actually hear myself Service was awesome and Anne Marie was incredibly quick. Bar staff also great! Cost of food is EXTENSIVE. I get increases, but if your going to increase, at least put a little more attention on the quality of food coming out. Tartare is Bland. No flavour and I was not liking the 2” avocado chunks and the .5” tuna… way too much avocado. However I will not that the manager was really great. He didn’t charge us for the un-eaten tartar, which was not requested but kindly offered. Scallops were OK but super tiny. Overall I am not impressed with my last 3 experiences going to Keg. I used to love it, I would def pay for a good steak, but it has only followed the unfortunate Post Pandemic loss of staff and people who actually care about work which is leading to poor quality food, smaller portions and huge price increases.

    Our server was very kind and attentive. Some invitees never dined at this location before but they made a point that they’d be returning due to the pleasantness of our server and the quality of the food… I would like to mention that I often go to the keg because of their delicious vodka martinis with the blue cheese olives, but the olives they served were with feta. Being the fact that I am Greek I know the difference between feta and blue cheese, but hopefully on my next visit, I will get the blue cheese stuffed olives.

    How to start off a great night ?..start with our waiter Francesco, he was absolutely great!, absolutely great service, it was like visiting with a friend. We went for our anniversary, my husband had the rib steak, I had the blackened chicken both dishes were delicious ! At the end of our meal, much to our surprise Francesco came with an ice cream cake & coffee's for an anniversary gift! We certainly weren't expecting anything like that! PS the cake was really good too :) Thanks for a great experience.

    Over good dinner. Keg a s expect and consistent with its quality and service. Only negative is we arriving and told to wait a few minutes. They should clarify approximately the wait so we would have gone to the bar had drinks rather then stand around being asked for drinks when it’s not clear how long your 7:00 reservation will ready and it’s 6:52??? Other then that great.
