the juice from the steak tasted off. Made my husband sick

Food was good, all be it a little pricy. Waitress was less than attentive, never refilled our drinks, and never stopped by after delivering our food. We had to flag down another waitress to get some one to bring our check. We waited 20 minutes for the check after we had finished.

We were in Niagara for a quick getaway and added The Keg to the itinerary for a great dinner. We were not disappointed. The steak was perfect and the lobster; delicious. The only negative would be the escargot. The spice in the butter was overpowering and almost sweet and truthfully did not even look appetizing.
The highlight was our server, Easton. She was attentive and made sure everything was perfect.

We had one of the best meals of any of the Kegs that we had previously visited in the Niagara region with good service and friendly staff. The music was very relaxing and not too loud but we found that it ended too early for a Saturday night. Overall we would highly recommend this Keg to anyone.

The food was mediocre at best. The soup was cold. They forgot my Caesar salad. Definitely not worth the cost. I would expect more from such a prime location.

The Keg never disappoints whenever I go and eat there. It rarely matters what location. As usual, our waiter was spot on in his advice and attentiveness. The shrimp cocktail was great and our entrees were on the verge of greatness.

Tuna (sushi grade) was a very dry, cutting back on the cabbage (enormous serving) and maybe add a starch, like jasmine rice

Online "Open Table" a great idea for making reservations. Food was excellent, quiet atmosphere and the staff was very helpful.

Conveniently located next to the hotel lobby, this Keg location delivers excellent food, service, and drinks consistent with the chain's other locations. 5/5!

Food was great. Server was amazing even with her having a big party in a different section. I don’t remember her name tho.

Nice, big Keg location. We showed up at 8:45pm for a late dinner reservation and they sat us in some tiny booth way in the back when 80% of the restaurant was empty. Our waitress tried hard but just kept dropping stuff all over the place and just kept coming by and interrupting at strange times. Steak was a little dry but still good.

I enjoy eating at the Keg usually having steak.
This time I thought I would try the Cauliflower Steak, I was not impressed.
It was not tasty and it was cold, maybe that is how it is meant to be?... the asparagus side was good. I also had two lobster tails which were dry and just barely warm.
Next time I will go back to a meat type steak.

We had a very un-Keg like experience. Ended up leaving and going to other Keg in the Falls. We have enjoyed this location in the past and we do love dining at the Keg. Hopefully this was just a bad night.

Arrived for my wife’s 40th birthday. Service was quick, server was nice and polite. I found this location to be over priced. I know it’s Niagara Falls. The meals are approx. $10.00 over other location prices. I would have no problem paying that if this location had more to offer. There are no views and is locates in the lobby of a hotel. Overall, the food was excellent, But it’s the price and location that I was not impressed with. Dinner for 4 adults was just under 200 without alcoholic drinks. For the money there are better places with a view.

Awesome experience and great food!

Our experience at "The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Niagara Falls Courtyard" was very disappointing. The food was exceptionally oily. The beef sliders had large chunks of fat posing as 'meat' which rendered them inedible. The fish that was ordered was nicely cooked, though seeping in oil, which created quite a translucent masterpiece on the plate soon thereafter. The pricing of all of the food at "The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Niagara Falls Courtyard" was horrific, given the "quality" of food received. Also, our server Colleen, was less than friendly. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant, nor will we be recommending it to our friends. Also, it would be beneficial for there to be 'everyday comfort foods' offered as part of the Appetizers section. For example, chicken fingers with salad (or fries). The aforementioned food is only offered under the kids' menu which is not available to adults. Unfortunately, given the questionable quality of food at this particular restaurant, maybe their chicken fingers wouldn't be a better option. On a lighter note, this restaurant did serve a nice glass of ice water... not too icy... just right!

I cannot believe this restaurant serves garam masala spice in the escargots garlic butter (gross), I thought you had to follow the Keg franchise rules, if I wanted spicy escargots I wouldn't have left Brampton. The manager argued with me that the garlic buttered escargots didn't have garam masala spice in it, he even brought me the ingredients from the frozen escargots. The manager on duty was either in denial or has never had the escargots Our waitress payed more attention to her friends who were sitting at the next table - crappy service, My husband order his steak that was cold (obviously sitting there to long well the waitress hung our with her friends) the loaded baked potato had nothing on it ( seriously never again) I would stick to the one in Brampton at least it is consistent with its food and service

For the price you pay you should have outstanding service. Our waitress was not friendly, more of probiotic. No smiles when she greated us, did ask how we were doing. Very cranky looking and monotone. Our food was delicious except the prime rib was over cooked. The restaurant is beautiful and all other servers seemed nice and helpful. We were excited for our dinner but felt mad after spending so much for dinner and not really enjoying it. She took out receipt so not sure what her name was.

Excellent Keg experience! Went for a birthday dinner and everything was great; best Keg dinner we have had in a while.

We only use the keg because it is part of the Marriott package and a$40 off coupon.
WAY WAY WAY overpriced for what you get.

Food was not prepared properly. Order a steak medium arrived well done. Second steak arrived rare. At that point gave up. They still had the nerve to give me a bill. I have been to the Keg at Sherway and thy comped both meals and drinks. This location needs an education in customer service.

Excellent atmosphere, you overpay for the location compared to other Kegs, the steaks were all improperly cooked. They did refund some of our meals thankfully

Enjoyed our evening and had great food. Waitress was friendly and very cheerful. Explained everything we asked.

I unfortunately forget our servers name but she provided some of the best service I have ever recieved. Very punctual, funny and made the experience wonderful. My date loved her as well. Food was terrific as well.

We were seated at our table then she took our order for drinks then we never saw her again so after 20 min we got up and left.. Was not a good experience at all...

This is a excellent restaurant great food a little bit to casaul we were dressed up a hardly anyone else was but was a good experience.

We celebrated Valentine's a bit early, our server was great, food was amazing, nice quit corner, we also had the breakfast buffet was a great selection. Been to afew kegs steak house this was the best one
