The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Grande Prairie Ratings and Reviews
Traditionally a very good experience, and it was again a great place for our special occasion. One feature I hope you improve on during your renovation is disabled access. We have a friend in a wheelchair and we literally had to carry him into the place and out, and no disabled parking that he could find. Accessible washrooms is another issue. Not sure how or why this can happen these days with accessibility requirements, so please address it for our friend's and others sake.
Made reservations on Friday for Sunday and they had no idea about it. Got there and they looked us up and found our reservation but had no table for us. Went downstairs where it was noisier and not a quiet booth like I had requested. This was a Birthday dinner for my husband. Steak was over cooked and tough and the butter for my husbands crab was cold. Wasn't very happy at all.
My husband and I do date night at The Keg once or twice a year. We have had mostly a great experience every time until this time. We always order the same thing, I get the pistachio crusted Salon and he gets the prime rib. This time my salon was cold asking with my Brussel sprouts and my husbands prime rib was so thick and tough it was awful and he couldn't even eat it. Not to mention our waitress didn't really tend to us so we could let her know. He left not satisfied at all.
Upsetting as this is our "go-to" date night place.
