   I ordered a 20 oz ribeye for $50. It looked smaller than usual when it was served. I ate less than half and brought the big half home. I weighed it on my digital scale - 5.5 oz. So... they cut a 20 oz in half and charged me for 20 oz. Not happy.

   Everything was as expected for service and food prep, the table was a bit tight for a party of 5, and the ability to communicate without using elevated voices was difficult. Ambience noise was my worst complaint

   Having been to The Keg numerous times, I knew that they sometimes have a tendency to rush you through your meal. However, the food is generally exceptional and fairly priced so I continue to frequent them. Saturday night’s dinner fell short of my expectations in several ways. When the server finally arrived at our table the FIRST thing I told him was we do not want to be rushed. We order drinks and an appetizer, calamari, that was just okay, not great but before we could even try to enjoy it our salads arrived. They were about half the size they had been on our last visit, several weeks ago. A short time later our entrees arrived and our bread plates were whisked away, even though a couple of us were still using them. Both of our meals, my wife’s salmon and my filet, were overcooked. My filet was ordered medium and it was very well done. All in all the experience was very disappointing! I’m afraid we won’t be returning anytime soon as we are tired of telling them EVERY time not to rush us but the continue to do so!

   Prime Rib and Calamari were both overcooked. Server was great, comped our Calamari for the Prime Rib being overcooked. Disappointing experience for my wife’s birthday.

   Never had a bad meal at the Keg. Service was very good. Only issue that they need to address is the confusion on gift card purchases on their web site. Unless you are aware to scroll down to select method of payment U.S. or Canadian, the system defaults to Canadian. You think you are purchasing a$100 U.S. gift card but you are charged in Canadian dollars. Thus when you present the gift card for redemption you will only receive the Canadian value at the time of purchase. Very confusing for anyone who gets a card as a gift and then is told the face value is not the redemption value. Corporate needs to address and correct tis issue.

   We’ve been going to The Keg for years and this was one of our worst experiences. First, the new bread is awful and has no flavor. Second, my wife and I both ordered filet, her 7oz medium well and my 10oz medium and they came out opposite. Then our twice baked potatoes were ice cold in the middle. They of course remade the potatoes and the steaks weren’t a big deal and they offered free dessert for the trouble and the service was great but this was definitely not the greatest experience since we’ve been coming here.

    We were greeted and seated on time. The Keg is our go to celebration place and we weren’t disappointed this time. The food was great and the service outstanding. And it seemed like everyone is always smiling. We’ll be back.

    We have been to the Keg multiple times and have never been disappointed with food or service. We always make reservations as it can get busy. We have had the filet a few times and it was very good. This occasion 3 had the prime rib done medium. I had the pistachio crusted salmon. All was very good. Service was great. Garlic mashed potatoes were good. We share the green salad since it is so large. Some had the wedge and it could be shared also depending on how much you like to eat or how hungry you are. They start you out with bread, so it is a lot of food. I definitely recommend the Keg!

    From start to end ot was wonderful. Our waiter was informative and up beat. Great suggestions, knew the menu. The flow of the dinner was perfect, not over attentive which is important to us. You came very highly recommended and you did disappoint us, will definitely be back!

    2 of our guests ordered the fillet and one the pistachio crusted salmon and another the New York strip, all were done to perfection and our waitress was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this steakhouse.
