Been a long time since last visit and was pleased to see many favourites were just as remembered

Very consistent with great service and great food. I've been to higher end restaurants and had bad service. Food is always good and done right. I had a prepaid Visa that they had trouble processing and the manager came and gave us our dessert for free and gave great service. Definitely one of my favorite places to go for good steak and good service

Food was surprisingly good. Service was great- there when we needed them yet not hovering over the table. A lot to like.

Our experience at the Keg on Dunsmuir redeemed a few previous experiences. Our steaks were excellent and out of this world good.

Every aspect from the front of house staff.. Our server Aimee, and our food was more than we could have expected.

We ordered the Texas strip steak, and the salmon, both were super delicious.
One of the best dinner we had for a long time.

Had a date night with my spouse. We were seated by a family with small children. It was noisy for a bit until they left, not the end of the world.

Food was cooked perfectly, it was lovely. Service needed a little more work but overall a good experience.

Keefer made sure we were well looked after. Food was delicious as always.

It was just ok.

Great place to go for any occasion. One of my goto places because staff, food, and atmosphere are great. Out of the dozens of times a year that I go here we had one mixup with the food tonight. It was promptly corrected and even the manager came and apologized for the mix up. They went above and beyond to fix the problem. Definitely recommend going here.

Nice dinner and evening. Service was decent, made sure I was good with my gluten free meal as I'm allergic.

We had the best time and enjoyed our food thank you Amoree for the most delicious grill cheese sandwich ever, plus Melissa our waitress the best we never have complaints we know when we come in we will leave satisfied and happy .

Isebella the keg really hired a winner my husband and I are coming back for dinner so we can see her again, everyone at that Keg Dunsmuir are so nice and friendly takes extra care of you to make you feel comfortable and welcome I live in Richmond on No #5 Road we have a Keg two minutes from us but to get personal welcome kind service we will drive to downtown to anytime

It was a birthday dinner, but this dinner doesn’t make us feels like a birthday dinner at all, the server kind of rush to bill us and seat was assigned to a corner right behind the cashier counter with loud music. No complimentary slice of cake as usual, server doesn’t care about what special occasion it was. Pretty disappointed

Good food friendly and fast service just a good place to enjoy.

We always have a great time. Could turn the music down a bit. The music from the bar and upstairs can be different and competitive.

I really wanted prime rib and they were out.l was disappointed but ended up having rib steak which was good

One of the best steak dinners we have had at the Keg in recent years. Maybe less traffic allowed the chefs to pay more attention? I have already told two people to visit based on our last experience.

It was awesome the manager was awesome the experience was way better than at the still creek location

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, joined by a dear friend. Staff were great and attentive, our server was lovely and manager ensured my meal was perfect as I’m celiac. They treated us very well and I’d recommend this location if you’re looking for a nice experience.

Dallas our server was the best

Been to this location many times. My office is just a block away, and I live downtown. Service is usually quite good here. My only complaint is that staff seem to like to treat most patrons like it is their first visit to The Keg, wish they wouldn’t do that, otherwise I won’t return as often.

Was great food and service as expected. This particular location didn’t have a great atmosphere compared to any of the other kegs we’ve been to. But other than that it was really good.

Service was excellent, a shout out to our server Nikita, she was terrific. Other staff were good too, we come maybe once every 2-3 months and this was the best experience we’ve had here. Was a longer break due to covid but we’ll definitely be back. Food was delicious.

I came here to celebrate my husband scholarship. I’ve been here twice absolutely love it, food, service everything just perfect. They even gave us desert cake ice cream for us
