Super set up giving a covid19 environment. Felt very safe eating there.

The service was too long. Had to wait quite awhile for almost everything. She also forgot some of the appies we ordered.

Excellent customer service and fantastic environment to dine out, even with all the restrictions during the COVID. Will definitely come back again!

The tables were nicely spaced out as per requirements. Tyler was quick and efficient, always friendly. Food, always excellent, that is why my family has been coming to this location for years and years.

I got the prime rib with cauliflower mash. As a former chef my only recommendation is to peel the asparagus.

Isabelle was very attentive and made every effort to make our experience memorable. Food was delicious as always.

I love how you call "loud" energetic! Good way to phrase the noise level! Our server was Serena (I think). She was amazing! food was really great, she was really hospitable, fun and responsive to our needs. We never had to "call" her to our table. She did many table checks prior to us needing to ask her over!

I've been to this location twice and each time gets better! The food here is always on point and the staff are beyond friendly. I've only recently become a fan of The Keg, so I'm not entirely sure how others' experience has been, but I definitely have added this to my list of recommendations!

Our server was great. Prompt and professional. Made a great suggestion for lunch and it was a great one! My only negative was the overly loud group which resulted in my friend and myself having to yell at each other to be able to hear.

Food was good but over priced for what you get - I think the steak sixes have shrunk. At least our server was amazing - he had such a great personality!

Service was quick, servers knew what they were doing. Wasnt a problem splitting french onion soup. 1 order for 2 people. They did it no questions asked. Drinks were top notch, food was cooked perfectly to your needs. OUTSTANDING OVERALL

The whole staff was very friendly and the establishment was immaculate. Christiana, the GM was especially welcoming and we would recommend to everyone. Great night, great food and lots of laughs.

We were greeted by more than one employee and they made sure we were looked after. They had a nice table ready upstairs and seated us before our reservation time. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed getting to chat and not feel we needed to yell over the noise as it got busier. It never felt too loud or crowded.

The service was exceptional! We got there about 840 for our 845 reservation. The restaurant was packed as it was Valentine’s Day, however we were greeted right away and even had the door opened for us upon arrival and at the time we left. Our server was very fun and personable. He got our drinks right away and our food orders in. The food came very quickly and it was made tonperfection. We were out out by 10. This was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time.

My husband and I had an excellent dinner at the Keg, and a perfect meal to celebrate Valentine’s Day. My only issue was that I had booked using opentable and specifically requested dining room seating. we were greeted very warmly when we arrived, and were promptly seated, but to a hightop table in the bar area. I didn’t mind at first, but realized later the televisions at the bar were very distracting during our romantic dinner.

Friendly staff greeted us and our waitress was awesome.

The ambiance was great even with as busy as it was. I figured an early dinner sitting would be a little quieter, but it wasn't noisy either.

No appetizers this time, straight to dinner. The food for both of us was prepared perfectly and delicious.

The sides with my prime rib were phenomenal. The cauliflower mash and the gnocchi were simply delicious.

We were too full for dessert, maybe next time.

Had a small issue with one of our dinners and it was corrected far above expectations. Excellent service and had a great meal!

I liked the fact that they accommodated our request to sit by a screen so we could watch the hockey game. Our server was very pleasant but she had forgot to serve our side salad to start. Other than that, out family enjoyed our dinner at the Keg.

We have eaten here on several occasions and have always had an excellent experience. This visit was once again superb. The staff are so professional, cheerful and pleasant. We had asked for a window seat and that was provided. Our server was charming and knowledgeable about the food and wine. We had steaks and salad followed by creme brullees. All were prepared to perfection and were delicious. A visit to this Keg is consistently good and a memorable experience.

Although the steak I ordered was not completely charred on the outside (I ordered a 6 oz "chicago blue" top sirloin steak), the atmosphere and pleasantness of our server made up for it. Service was very quick even though it was very busy as it was a Saturday Night. Will definitely be back again and again!

Birthday dinner .. not that great for small kids, even though they have a but kids menu .. food is always a hit

My daughter was here for a dance audition. It was really loud with a lot of big groups next to us. Our server was excellent though and the food was really good.
