Our daughter’s 20th birthday celebration with the family. It was nice to get out as a family!

My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary and we were blown away by the excellent service. Thank you. You made our special day even more special ❤️

Our server Anisa was one of the best servers I’ve every had at an establishment of this calibre. My steak was a perfect Chicago rare.

Brilliant visit...GREAT food...excellent server...it was 100% fun !!!

Food was cold, we were rushed out, service wasn't up to minium standard at all. Not at all impressed with evening.

Two of us for dinner. I had pistachio crusted Halibut. It came with cauliflower mash (which I am now in love with) , roast tomatoes & green beans.steak and crab It was lovely. Fish was cooked beautifully and I brought 1/2 of my dinner home and had it for dinner the next night. It heated up lovely!
My dining companion opted for steak & crab. He requested all veg, no potato and he had a lot of veg! His remark at the end of the meal was that he wished he'd gone with the filet instead of the sirloin steak. No dessert, we were too full.
We did have a starter of the baked garlic shrimp and a green salad. Both of which were very good.

Our server Rylie was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs at the table.

I always have the salmon and my husband always has steak. Both our meals were delicious as usual. Our waitress was awesome.

It was awesome...as ALWAYS ! The quality of the steaks has improved. We went to the North Van Keg the very first day it was opened and have been regulars (almost weekly) ever since...most recently in the Coquitlam Keg...and the honest truth is...since the ‘Kansas’ special a month ago their meat has improved noticeably ! We had the most excellent New York steak and steak and lobster this visit and Lisa, our server was beyond excellent ! It was the perfect date night...for my 92 year old mother and I !

I really enjoyed the steak and lobster and twice baked potatoe but the parsnips were way undercooked to eat. The wild mushroom soup was amazing and as always the Biller Miner Pie was great. Saje was amazing and treated us well! Everyone from the door greeter, the person that sat us and the gentleman that served the entre was so nice. Looking forward to go back again soon!

the dine out menue is a great value and lots of great choices

Food at the Keg is consistent and the ambience is good too. With dine out Vancouver deal it makes it cheaper and better value. Enjoyed our dinner

My sons birthday

First of all I would like to say our server was awesome.

Unfortunately, not so much the dinner.

Both of our meals were luke warm, which for steak and lobster with some kind of barely warm rice was not very good. I never ate more than a bite of the rice and a bit of the steak, gave the rest of the steak to my hubby.

We ordered the cheesecake for dessert but they were out of cheesecake when it came time for dessert and I had the creme brûlée instead. Rather about half. I have never had creme brûlée that was more like pudding with the browned sugar on top. I guess I could say the sugar was good.

The server brought the manager to our table and he was also very nice, although when I mentioned that the creme brûlée was like pudding, he said it was the same stuff they’ve served for xxx years. That doesn’t make it creme brûlée, lol.

We probably won’t go back, not worth the price to have cold food.

As a shoutout to our server, she brought us a cheesecake to go as they just got some in as we were about to leave.

We were there to celebrate a birthday. As usual, the food was delicious and our server Natasha was amazing! This is why the Keg is our favourite restaurant. 😊

The steaks are always done my way and you can cut them with a fork.
We celebrate all our important occasions there.

Dine out Vancouver menu was awesome. Everything was perfect.

Our server was Jessica and we were not impressed at all with the service that was provided. She was our waitress just for basic needs and nothing more. We saw the other waitress and she was quite helpful and informative. I didn’t like the fact that we felt rushed as soon as our salad was done still chewing the next course came out and the the dessert also. It was a 50th birthday and she did not offer the dessert for the birthday occasion I had to ask for it. Also when we give the the sides option to it steak we had to ask what they were and felt like it was a bother to explain. She also mention cauliflower mash but did not let us know that was an extra charge. That should be relayed to the customer when offering options like that. I feel our dinner was rushed and felt that they just wanted us out of there. I honestly didn’t want to leave a tip bc of the poor service but I did bc i knew it was probably being shared with other employees and it was not their fault for her bad service. When we asked about happy hour drinks she said to us usually we are not allowed to order HH in dining room and that the manager made an exception. I have been to many HH at the Leg and have never been told that. This particular 50 th birthday was not as expected due to the lack of care and service.

I went with my husband, his sister and her husband. We were there early as we are all retired. I've been going to the Keg for decades and it pretty much is always a guaranteed good dinner. Our steak was awesome per usual.
However, they came with some sort of cut up vegetable (maybe Parsnip) which looked awful and was ice cold.
I also felt very, very rushed by the server. She was at our table constantly and shoving food under our noses as quick as can be. I was unhappy as we were trying to have a nice leisurely dinner and nice conversation.

We had the best new york steaks EVER ! The food was excellent. Our server, Courtney was awesome as always...it was a short notice visit that was PERFECT thanks to GREAT food and an awesome staff !

It was a great night, great service, and amazing food !!

Bday and Valentines day

Everything was good. However noticed that their cleaning protocols were very poor. Tables and chairs were only superficially cleaned. Only tops of tables were sprayed and then wiped lightly. Edges of the table was not wiped, nor the arms of the chairs. These are the areas where the risk of contamination is high. I did not feel safe after watching their cleaning protocol. Will not go back for a while

Valentine’s

Our daughter booked our Valentines dinner date and it was marvellous. We were treated very well under these trying times and this was one of the few fine dining outings we’ve had in months and surely the best. Can’t find anything that we were disappointed in. Best wishes for continued excellent service and food at the Keg.

If anyone wants to have a great dinning experience, great services and delicious food, highly recommend The Keg in Coquitlam.

Food was very good - a little cool - we told the waiter who promplty took off the price of our appetizers. We very much enjoyed the whole experience, which we most often do.

Dinner was great! The restaurant was clean and adhering to all COVID safety measurements. We haven’t been out much during this last year but decided to take our mother out to celebrate her BD. Glad we chose the Keg Coquitlam location because it was nice evening out and not too busy and much quieter then pre Covid.

Our server was very friendly & welcoming but she did not know the names of the type that of wine. Was enquiring about. She also gave me the wrong price of the wine.

Our food is as delicious, my husband loved his steak! The potatoes were great but the vegetables were under cooked & mushrooms were Luke warm.

All in all a very enjoyable experience. We alwaysGet a good experience from the keg, that is why we always come back. My remarks are not a complaint they’re just remarks.

Dinner was delicious and service was great. Covid safety precautions taken so we felt very safe. Enjoyed our pre-Valentines dinner very much.
