   A wonderful dinner experience at the Keg. The food and service was excellent, and were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Billy Miner Pie for a birthday that was being celebrated.

   Good food, great service. Prices have gone up again since last time we'd been but still comparable to other similar restaurants.

   Okay experience, I had to wait over 10 mins to be seated as the hostess wasn’t there which wasn’t a great start but she was super nice when she finally addressed me. The food was also okay, I asked for med rare steak and got med to well.

   Had an issue with meal from the kitchen. Staff went OVER and BEYOND to make it right! Our server Jamie was a gem! She was helpful, kind and funny! Thank you to the manager, we look forward to seeing you again. Crystal & Kevin E.

   The Keg Steakhouse is always a solid choice. One of the most consistent restaurants around ...you always get a perfectly cooked steak, friendly staff, and good service. There may be "higher end" options around, but the consistency & value of The Keg is definitely hard to beat.

   I was extremely upset and embarrassed. I came to this keg with friends for my birthday. It was my first time at this location. NEVER AGAIN! my steak was over cooked. They kindly took back the steak - however I had to wait almost 30 mins for my med rare steak to come out. Meanwhile everyone at my table was already done their meal. I mentioned to the server I was no longer hungry and although I was very polite, she could see I was noticeably embarrassed and upset. The server came back with our bill, which they charged me for the meal I didn’t eat and came with it packed in a bag. I didn’t want to cause a problem so we paid for our meal but know, we will never come back to this location again. I’m still confused as to why the server charged me for a meal I didn’t eat and packed it to go as if it would be med rare if I were to reheat it. So disappointing.

   Raquel and Mark were very attentive and honest. Even though they were busy, they didn't ignore us or avoid us. They knew the menu and was able to explain dishes and make the proper recommendations. They made the experience top notch and I appreciate them for that.

   Tried to accommodate the best they could unfortunately communication among staff is poor and they are also short staffed for waiters and waitresses it seems. Long wait time for food and not worth the amount per plate. My 14yr old picky eater was still hungry after a 12oz striploin with keg fries, a hand full of fries isn’t enough to even fill a plate, it’s just fries not alot of $ to add that to a serving. My teriyaki steak was so chard and salty I couldn’t eat it so just ate my beets and baked potato with a few pieces of it. They never even offered me anything in terms of credit either which is surprising. Not a good choice of venue for our bday celebration. Also had a huge mix up with the full sized billy miner bday cake we ordered, however in the end they did try their best to accommodate a solution for that at least. Unfortunately will not be returning to this location.

    The food was excellent as it always is, but portion size was better! The waitress was top notch, very attentive and checked it at regular intervals. The only downside to our visit today was that the restaurant was extremely dark. I found this to be very unusual. Never been to a Keg where the lighting was so low. Other than that, great evening out!
